Okay so basically yesterday I got my lovely spanking HTC ONE (m7) and quickly proceeded to downloading the One_All-In-One_Kit, uncloked the bootloader and rooted the phone successfully.
I then proceeded to download ARHD and flash it accordingly, everything went swimmingly, the ROM installed via Aroma as it should, yep all nice and dandy. NO! After the installation, I rebooted, get to the HTC bootscreen, I'm presented with a nice new red message at the bottom and then the phone restarts itself, tries to enter recovery, that doesn't work, then it tries booting up again and does the same thing over and over.
I've flashed the ROM several times and get the same thing each time. I've tried RGUI and get the same sort of thing with that only with RGUI the phone doesn't try rebooting into recovery it just stays on the HTC bootscreen.
I'm desperate for help on this so please, if anyone has any insight it would be highly appreciated.
I hope you're not also flashing any of the custom kernels on here....cos they're not compatible with 4.2.2
Nope not flashing anything else but the ROM itself..
after flashing did you try "fastboot erase cache" ?
sometimes that helps when phones get stuck on the HTC logo after a rom flash.
Use the toolkit to erase cache

Yeah done that several times too. Can't seem to work out why it isn't working and I too can't find the correct RUU for my device meaning I can't even take it back to stock
try to hold power + volume down to get into the bootloader to get back into recovery. Once in recovery factory reset, erase cache, erase dalvik, and reflash the rom.
also download the andorid SDK for fastboot and adb, then try "adb reboot bootloader" if you can not get back into the bootloader to get into recovery
My friend had his do this loop as well, we had trouble getting it into recovery, but held the button combo of power and vol down several times (probably 10) and it FINALLY booted into the custom Clockwork recovery, then we reflashed and it worked like a charm.
Also try redownloading... it could be a bad download

Just a word of advice. Update your profile to say your country and carrier. It helps people identify which device model and carrier you use.
Thanks for the help so far guys, basically I can get into recovery, that's not the problem, the problem is the phone gets stuck on the HTC screen after the ROM has been installed. I'll try downloading the ROM again when I can, in the hope that it is just a bad download. Hopefully this is the case and re-flashing a newly downloaded ROM will solve all my issues.
I'll post back with the result as and when I can.

I would be restoring my nandroid backup and make sure the phones that way first and then start again
Thanks again for the help guys, went to phones 4 u this afternoon and he exchanged the device for me.
First and foremost I am a newb when it comes to rooting. I tried installing the newest Viper Rom on my phone and everything was successful until the phone tried to reboot. It is now stuck in the fastboot/bootloader screen and I cannot go into recovery mode at all. I tried doing a factory reset and it just keeps taking me back to the same screen.
I was running Cynogen MOD 4.4 Rom and everything was working fine. I backed up my phone and wiped my phone before I ran the Viper Rom. I don't know what happened and I'm kind of freaking out. I tried connecting my phone to my computer via USB when I run "fastboot devices" through the command prompt it keeps giving me "waiting on device". I did some research and everywhere kept saying that I needed to install the htc drivers through both htc sync manager and the individual driver files I found on the internet. I did everything possible and it still doesn't seem to recognize it.
I'm currently stuck/lost on what to do hopefully someone here can point me in the right direction. Attached is a screen shot of both my device manager and command prompt. I will continue to look on the internet for any type of answer. Thanks everybody.
(Sorry for starting a new thread I just didn't know where to put it.)
Does your phone boot? Can you get to recovery or bootloader?

It boots but it keeps going back to the same screen where it says bootloader, factory reset, fastboot, etc... I had cwm installed but every time I push recovery it takes me back.

I was going to update my Rooted Stock Rom, and when I went to go flash a new Rom on my Nexus 6 I incorrectly wipe everything off my Nexus 6 and noticed it was stuck on the Google Lock Screen. So Forced it into the boot loader and went to boot my OS and it said No OS. I am having trouble reinstalling everything and could use the help! I have tried using Wugs and its not working for me.

if you have a twrp, well probably you have. plug your phone to your pc while in recovery mode, your pc should recognize your phone and download a custom rom and kernel and supersu from your pc and copy and paste it on your phone that's it..
it happened to me once so don't panic. XD
peace out.
hope i helped. dont forget to press thanks.
Hello. My friend recently had me attempt to root his HTC Desire 626s and I told him that I had never attempted on anything other than the Samsung galaxy series before (without ever bricking) he was sure I could get it done and I attempted. I was able to unlock the bootloader and install Cyengyon recovery (forgive me for incorrect spelling). Then, I installed the supersu update via the recovery and then the phone would not boot up. It would get stuck on the white HTC powered by android screen. I then tried to factory reset via the recovery, wiping partition cache etc aswell. No luck, still the same white screen, and now I know I should have updated with the system.img from htc. Because I factory reset, usb debugging isn't enabled and whenever I enter download mode, I am unable to update with adb in the recovery as the device isn't recognized. I know this is not a driver issue. I also realized that the methods I used were for the 5.1 software and I had the 6.0.1. Is there anything you guys can think of to solve my issue and unbrick this phone? I feel really bad for my friend.
Also, I always use XDA in the past, I personally have a Samsung S4 Active which I am rooted running android 4.4.2 <3 xposed. I have never had a need to post a thread until now, which is why I finally made an account.

I was in the same situation as OP, I followed what you said, and it's on the mend, thanks and please let us know when the Root for Marshmallow is coming
Re to your question about root mm
Well there is a root for the HTC desire 626s marshmallow 6.0 what I noticed was last time when trying to root it I flashed latest version twrp and the incorrect version of super su I flashed super su 2.46 wich cuased me to be in a boot loop after fixing my phone I tried it again but this time flashed the latest super version su wich is 2.76 and the latest version of twrp the phone rebooted and it worked I have root just that the first time booting after flashing takes 4mins then your phone should be working with root.
My phone model is gt-i8190t and its rooted via kingroot. I wanted to install twrp recovery to install cyanogen rom. Before that i went to nandroid to create a backup and at the middle of the process it says it stopped working so i clised it. Then i used ez unlock to unlock bootloader which it said successful. So i went to rom manager and pressed the button called reboot into twrp recovery. Then the phone got switched off and never turned on again. Not even the charging icon shows up. Tried removing the battery for a while that didnt work.
Please guyz i really need your help. Thanks alot.
