hello everybody
how i can root my phone ver 4.4.4
can i do it with chainfire auto cf root?
Yes I did and it works fine
this post has the files you need

Important:- after rooting, your SuperSU app will force close because its not compatible with 4.4.4. You have to install the new version SuperSU v2.02 provided in the above post.
I did not use any recoveries mentioned in the post. Just rooted.

Hi guys,
Recently updated my S4 Active to 4.4.2. I was previously on 4.2.2, with CWM Rec and rooted.
After updating to 4.4.2 official version from sammobile.com I can no longer root my device using the previous method of flashing CWM Recovery via Odin3.09, then rebooting into CWM Rec and installing SuperSU1.80.zip.
I am curious if there is another method of rooting 4.4.2 official or do I have to wait?
Thanks
EDIT: Rooted now via towelroot.
Try towel root. Get it at towelroot.com, consider donating for the developer. Its super easy, just run the apk and install su from play store.

Is there any easy way to root this build now that has been updated on my phone.
I can see threads on how to root to this version , but not sure how to root when this version is installed.

At this stage the only way to root lollipop is to flash a pre-rooted zip.. meaning you have to downgrade to KitKat root and recovery that, then flash a pre-rooted zip
Hi,
Is there anyone have lollipop kernel for Xperia zr(c5502).I want to root my phone through flash my phone to kitkat kernel and after rooting my phone I'll flash back to lollipop kernel. If anyone don't have the lollipop kernel then please tell me how to get kernel from ftf file.
If you want to root just use the kingroot new version. There a guide in this forum. is it really works if rooting with flash the kernel??

I have tried kingoroot's latest version and it didn't work for me.So I want to try rooting my device in old way. When my device was in Kitkat 4.4.4 version I couldn't root it because easy rooting method was only available for kitkat 4.4.2,So I used 4.4.2 kernel to root my 4.4.4 kitkat updated device. This is why I want lollipop kernel for my device.Easy rooting instruction-“flash kitkat 4.4.2 kernel>use towelroot to root your device>after that again flash lollipop 5.0.2 kernel", that's all.Now you can have root access in your device.
Don't think so when i tried to flash 230 "4.4.2" kernel to root it it failed i got boot loop after flashing it and even after flashing the 454 kernel it still there and i had to flash the L Rom again

So what to do then?I need to root my phone and there is no way to easily root lollipop. So that easy rooting method was only available for kitkat version only?

I tried kingoroot but it didn't work for me.It installed as a system app and dose nothing at all. Also my device reboot automatically sometimes without any reason. So I wanted to remove it but I couldn't because it was a system app.I had to flash again.

I have a AT&T Note 3 that I rooted and updated with Kingoroot from 4.3 to 4.4.2 and have a baseband model number N900AUCUCMLG. Is there any way for me to upgrade to stock lollipop without losing root?

If you have Safestrap installed, then you just need this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=59666958&postcount=2. It is rooted Lollipop. If you don't have Safestrap installed, then you will need to install Busybox https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=stericson.busybox&hl=en (installed it, open it and do a normal install from inside the app). Next install Safestrap http://forum.xda-developers.com/devdb/project/dl/?id=7216 (install it, open it and grant Supersu permission and click install).

Towelroot/Kingo only work on NC2 or older. You'll need to odin back to 4.4.2 (NC2), install towelroot, SafeStrap (3.75), & Busybox. Afterwards, you can open SafeStrap & flash the rooted OC1.

You can't root OC1. You have to downgrade to NC2 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=54803130&postcount=136 when root it. Once you do that, then you can install Busybox and Safestrap, then flash the OC1 Rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=59666958&postcount=2 in Safestrap. Just in case post #4 http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-3-att/help/att-note-3-lollipop-t3100657 has anything else you might need.

I have 5.0.2 with root using kingroot with twrp recovery. Can I flash 5.1 pre-rooted rom so my phone is updated to 5.1 and still have the root? I cant search a kingroot method for 5.1 so I'm asking this. I dont know what pre rooted means too. Thank you!
