No one can help me and teach me how to restore the Vivid?
You need to lock the bootloader and run the phones RUU.
Do you want the ICS or GB stock?

Well I'd rather have ICS lol
But whichever works
Go here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1564776
This is the phones RUU.
Click the link in the post and it will download automatically.
Then once that's downloaded, Boot into H-Boot and go into fastboot usb.
(Assuming you have android-sdk installed)
Go to where you have the fastboot.exe installed. Should be with the adb and all in platform-tools.
And hold shift and right click and click open command window here.
The type "fastboot oem lock"
Run the RUU.exe you downloaded.

Yeah i tried this method dozens of times, the command prompt just sits there and says "waiting for device"
or something similar
Do you have the drivers for the phone?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1450105
The drivers for Windows 7 and XP Are in the download links of this forum.
Drivers as in the HTC Drivers installed on my PC?
Yeah
Can you type in "fastboot devices" when you're in fastboot and it give you the serial number for your phone? Or does it just show nothing?
shows nothing
You need drivers. Try re installing. I posted a link above.
I successfully converted my One into GPE some time ago and was trying to change it back. I tried to flash the RUU but my hboot was too new. I flashed to downgrade the hboot to 1.44 but now my phone isn't recognised by my PC in fastboot mode. It is still recognised while booted properly. I can't flash the RUU again because it gets stuck 'waiting for bootloader'. I am S-OFF and my bootloader is 'relocked'. Anyone have any ideas?

Could that actually be the problem? I've used fastboot commands successfully before (after some problems) on windows 8.1.
From most reports 1.44 HBOOT doesn't work with 8.1.

Yep use windows 7 machine. I had the same problem. I issued every command on a windows 8.1 laptop until the ruu flash. Once the phone booted into the ruu mode it was an "unrecognized usb device"
Using windows 7 did indeed solve it! Thanks.

Hey guys! I'm kinda stumped here. :crying:
I wanted to restore my phone back to the stock developer edition RUU (Brightstar US) but it threw an error 155. So I tried the Google Play Edition RUU but I guess I should of downloaded a newer version because mine was on 4.3. As usual it asked to flash the file again but it didn't work. (waiting to device)..
The GPE bootloader was already flashed with the OS: coloured red. Fastboot commands wouldn't work so I boot up into Android and I thought of flashing the ENG HBOOT via ADB. Which worked. Alas fastboot commands still won't work and I can't get my device to boot into anything else except into the bootloader.
If you need more information just ask. Any help is greatly appreciated! :fingers-crossed:

I have Windows 8 and USB 3.0. But I did try using the USB 2.0 Ports. I have another laptop with Windows 7 without the HTC Drivers installed and it seems to work.
So I bought the Htc One m7 about a week ago. It had Viperone installed in it and I didn´t like it so I tried to go back to stock. Now I´m just stuck with my phone. I cant get anywhere else than Bootloader or Fastboot. Right now my phones says "Tampered, Relocked, Security warning, S-on. It has Hboot 1.55. I think I have tried everything I know now but I cant get it fixed. I´ve tried to install 4 RUUs (zip), when I tried that it always said something like "Signature fail". I also tried to install .exe RUU but it always quit running after I pressed the first "next". What should I do now? Is there anyway I could get this fixed by myself?

Ok, I have succesfully unlocked the bootloader and flashed the "part 2" but now I ran into a problem in number 3. When I try to use adb commands it always says "access denied" (translated, not sure exactly sure what it would say if i was using my Windows in English.) And it happens with any adb command and I dont know why. Any ideas? Thanks for helping me btw

You are using adb commands while the phone is booted into TWRP recovery right?
Also make sure you launch your cmd window as Administrator.

Ok strange, you can try killing the server
Code:
adb kill-server
disconnect the phone for a few secs and reconnect.
Code:
adb root
adb devices
If that works try to push with
Code:
adb push "nameofrom".zip /sdcard
The Rom file should be in your fastboot folder
Also check your drivers are up to date and also your sdk.

It sound like a permissions issue with your pc. Or you not running the commands in the correct place.
adb kill-server should work even if there's no phone connected.
Can you post you command window text here so I can see the error.
Check you user permissions on Windows or better still use my mini guide to boot ubuntu on a usb stick.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=54272479
No permissions or driver issues guaranteed

Ok everything seemed right in there. I just installed Ubuntu on my USB so I´ll try to fix this with Ubuntu. I´ll tell you how that goes
Yeah I'm not gonna install ubuntu. Too hard with my bios... What there could be wrong with the adb? I don't understand what denies my access? My user is the administrator, I run the cmd as an administrator... I don't have anti-virus/firewall on so there shouldn't be anything that could deny it

You don't need to install ubuntu you can just boot it from a usb stick, what is the problem with your bios? You have Windows 8 machine with UEFI.
I'm sorry I'm not sure why you get this error with adb in Windows, maybe something is being lost in translation here but but as far as I can see it should work. I don't use Windows as my first OS which doesn't help. Maybe @clsA or @nkk71 have an idea what's going on.

THANK YOU! It seems like there was something wrong with my adb because yours seem to work fine if I´m right? Except it doesnt show my device but is it supposed to? If everything is correct now how do I push the file to my phone?
I have unlocked the phone and flashed the twrp recovery. Is "adb push "nameofrom".zip /sdcard" correct like @Danny201281 said? I don´t have an sdcard though so where should I push the file in my phone?
