Is there a way to change it for when receiving a call? It seems a little weak now.

Hey people,
I have quite a few issues with my new Z3 Compact. This is my second post here (link to first http://forum.xda-developers.com/z3-compact/help/mobile-data-disappears-reboot-t2899890?nocache=1 )..
My question is as follows: Do you guys also have the issue, that the other person in a call can't hear you when you have the call on loudspeaker? It happens to me every time I do it, and as soon as I toggle the speaker off, and use the phone normally up to the ear there is no problem.
This was never an issue with my Galaxy S3 fortunately, but now it is.
Also, any ideas for a fix?
Thank you in advance

Working fine here. Could be so that you're speaker input is broken. Normal call and speaker phone doesn't use the same input.

I am sorry, I didn't explain well enough. They can hear me, my voice is just muffled they say.
I can't wait for cyanogenmod to get to this phone I am having a bunch of software issues
I have the same issue. Usually only happens when you are too close to the mic and you have to be close because the speakerphone is not loud enough
Try speaking a little further away.
Hello!
I have problem with mic I tear apart main flex cable) durring replacing LCD screen and mic(on the bottom of the phone is aint working. But there is a way durring the call if I turn speaker on the other mic(located on top of the phone) is working and the person on other side can hear me. Is any way to use this mic durring the call without speaker on? Is a way to select from which mic will be voice taken or is a way to send the phone "fake" signal that speaker is on?

Hello, I've just got this phone, and I'm wondering if I got a dud. Can anyone check if they can clearly hear the vibration motor? For example when long-pressing on the home screen. On my device it is very strong and quite loud in a quiet enviroment. On my previous Xperia device, the X, it was strong, but really silent and smooth.
No one can answer this question? It is a simple test: long press on the home screen. Does it make a buzz sound?

Long press home screen I reserved for assistant apps like Google assistant.
You can choose them.
I deactivated it somehow.
Maybe because I removed the Google assistant app and use a different app.
The vibration motor on this phone is supposed to be stronger then others. I don't find mine to be disturbing though. My wife has the Xperia X and that is actually louder than mine.

My previously Nexus 6 was loud as hell.
In my opinion the xz2 vibration now only half as strong.
Hello there. I bought a new xz3 ds some days ago. It has a lot of static noise during calls. This happens mainly at low service signal areas. Is this "normal"?

You mean degraded voice quality if you have a weak mobile signal?

No. I mean that at times and especially with low signal, i hear a high pitched buzzing sound, like the one that you hear when you have a phone next to a pc speaker and a call comes in.
I have to add that things get a lot better when i turn off clearaudio+.

I would report that to Sony to get this software bug fixed.
Hello again. Today with clearaudio+ turned off, i had the same problem.
It is not happening at every call. Only once in a while. Tried disabling wifi and bluetooth and nothing changed. I was not close to any electronic device at the time. Also i tried without my tpu case and same thing. Tried lowering the volume during the problematic call, same thing also. Maybe i should try repairing from Sony's companion.
One more update. Tried repairing and still same thing. Sound from speakers during YouTube videos is perfect. Only problem is during calls and when I restart. When the phone is restarted and I have the procryon notification sound I hear a buzzing sound as it plays before I unlock my phone.

Did the imei change?
Usually they give you a new phone.
Or are you sure they switched hardware parts?
Hello. By repairing i meant through Xperia companion, sorry for the misunderstanding.
