"There’s a very quiet but discernable rattle in the case – something that other reviewers have reported as well." indipendent.co.uk
Did someone solve this?
if you search for ascend p7 rattle in the case you will be able to find pages reporting the issue. I've also posted a video, but I need to wait until my account on XDA will allow me to post links...
possible root causes
most probably this is the camera or the vibration motor, did anyone have the same annoying issue? Did some of you sulve it? Thank you for your posts.

Hi guys!
I've been experiencing this 'issue' (I really don't know how to call it) for a while now; it's going to be more than five months since I have the Z with me (I'm a really happy costumer and I don't know precisely when it started, so I'm expecting for your fresh view on the subject
When in the Camera app, sometimes, it looks like the camera is really making an effort focusing, leading to a 'pop' (or 'tac') sound, like if the lens just jumped in there. I don't really know for sure, what's causing this. Not mentioning I'm kind of embarrased if this turns out to be a REALLY dumb question
Hope you guys can clarify my mind on this.
Cheers!

Just curious I know my some of my really old phones (aka iphone 4s) had a rattle to the camera when you shake it, unless you open the camera app. My note 5 does the same, any one else hear it. I'm not returning it or complaining, just curious if anyone else hears it. It's not all that loud.
Yeah, that's the image stabilization mechanism. BTW, per the sticky at the top of the General section, questions should be posted in the help/Q&A section.
Hi there. I just bought my wife used s5 mini (still under warranty) and she complains noone is hearing her good while talking to them on a phone. When she is on a speaker is much better. Unfortunatelly I've noticed this too. Is there a software fix for this? Is this a known s5 mini problem. Please help me solve this as elegant as possible. She is on 4.4 stock non root.
Edit: It seems music is low in general, like listenin the youtube, ringtones everything...
How can I fix this?
Hm. Noone faced such problem on s5 mini?
Clean the mic hole with a little needle i have heard helps ... at least for me...

Have you tried to update to 5.1.1 Lollipop? I think that it can be a sofware related problem...I can't update my phone yet because the ITV update is not yet rolled out. Resetting phone don't work for me. After update if it still not work i'll go for RMA.
don't know if this forum is the right place to ask, but i consider to buy huawei p9 in israel and want to know if this device suffer from any widespread issues of GPS, call recording issues, bootloop issues or something really serious that will prevent from me to purchase device. i saw one person in this forum asked about GPS problem. this is very important to me because my current device is suffering from POOR GPS antenna and i don't want to buy another device with GPS issues.

This might sound stupid but have you tried cleaning the glass on the camera? And make sure that it is not scratched/cracked.

post some photos of the blurry image here. Post a landscape and portrait photo of a close subject. my friend also had same problem, he changed the camera module himself and all is good now. luckily the module is cheap if u bought directly from china. not degrading in picture quality overall.
I've seen a similar issue on other users phones in OnePlus forums and elsewhere. Everyone seems to be having this issue on the 4.5.XX update. Do a clean flash back to 4.1.x and see if it's fixed. If not, your focus sensor is dead.
As thes3usa mentioned, Seems like many users are facing issue after OOS 4.5.x update. But still its not confirmed whether the issue is related to hardware or software.
Its also reported in the OnePlus community that flashing old version of OOS doesn't help either
Can anyone tell me whether can i claim warranty for this camera issue ?
Any update to the issue friends?

Hey,
Where did you buy your device from? OP Store? or a reseller in your country? Whichever it is, unless you've given the device a hard drop or something like that, I think you should be able to claim warranty on camera failure, since it's an internal error, and not done by your own hands.
P.S.: Next time, use the reply function when you're replying or quoting another post.
Cheers!
