Android L port on Note n7000? - Galaxy Note GT-N7000 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

is anyone working on this???

I think PA or CM for sure.

This thread should not be belong here....

Hi lewonsky,
No, not until it's out... No one will be.....
... and by out, the official Source Code. All we have at the moment is Developer Previews, that are good for nothing at the moment... Unless you own a specific Nexus. When it comes out officially, you can expect all those who worked on KitKat roms, will be doing the same for Lollipop....
So expect it to arrive, around November / December time...
Thanks, Lister

Really off-topic but, what phone do you use?
I'm really impressed that you and jacob develop for the wildfire without you actually owning one yourself.
On topic:
Will this help adeadrat, for example, to get the bluetooth and light sensor etc working? And also help jacob with his cyanogenmod?
Shouldnt be I got it from the american developers website.... But I havenet checked it

Are you using the older kernel in openfire? i assumed you was using the one ripped from the chinese rom, which is the same as this one is it not?
Openfire is getting there, i love how its only a <>50mb zip. It is pretty fast too, once all the bugs are sorted it will be a very nice froyo rom.

i dont know if it true or fake. http://pan.baidu.com/share/link?shareid=233932&uk=1090814855 . correct me if i'am wrong since im newbie.
It's real but there's too many steps to do to get it working the way users are familiar with. I'm using it now but it took 3 hours of setting up. and this only works with i9100GCHN_CHN models not i9100G
forget the 9 it is a typo

I'm chomping at the bit over here as well. I just installed the latest illusion ROM with Karam's Kitkat Gapps kit, kitkat fonts, kitkat sounds, and the Tinted status bar module for xposed. Everything works, no f/c's, and it's soooo smooth. I can't wait to get the real deal.
Do you know what sources this is built from?
Any info on the Karam's Kitkat Gapps kit? Not finding anything. Already on cm 10.2 and 4.4 launcher etc. Tia

Other thing I can try to do is diff a Tmo and Spr CM10.2 to spot the carrier differences, then apply those to the kk build for Tmo and see if I can get boot.

5) Don't ask for an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival):
Asking for an ETA is the XDA equivalent of telling a Developer that the free work they do just isn't enough for you. It usually comes across as rude and/or demanding, and most developers will take offense to it. Even if a particular Developer doesn't mind being asked for an ETA, there are many that do, and there's a good possibility that it will incite arguments in the forum. In the end, it's just best to avoid doing it altogether. If you have no other choice but to ask for an ETA (i.e. the work you're doing absolutely depends on it), then please, do it through a private message and keep it out of the public forums.

Ya :good:
Developers have lives and do this as a hobby. You will get things when they are released. Do not ask for ETAs on anything here.
This is a hobby for all here, not their jobs. They work on things at great cost to their family and social life sacrificing their free time.
