Wrong forum...can I delete this?
I've been trying to find the right reset rom/recovery for my phone, but I'm completely lost in all the version #'s. Can someone help me find the right link? Thanks! I'm running ARHD 81 with TWRP 2.6.3.3. The S-Off utilities won't work, multiple RUU's crash (with stock recovery/locked bootloader) when running on windows, and the Guru reset rom doesn't have working touchscreen drivers and goes into a bootloop.

As a rule, we do not usually delete threads. This was posted in General and then duplicated in Q&A. I moved this to Q&A since that's where it goes and locked it. Please see the other thread to answer his question.

Please help me. I would like to return to stock for warranty purposes. I've been reading over and over the related threads but I'm somehow (dazed and) confused! :cyclops:
The device was bought in the USA and was from AT&T, having AT&T Rom.
Now it's like this:

What are the steps to have it completely stock again? Bootloader locked, no tampered banner, with AT&T rom, unrooted? Is S-on also needed for warranty?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I also attached pics of bootloader and recovery loading screen.
You need to run ATT RUU, then s-on ( not needed for some placed)
Can anyone tell me where I can find the right RUU for my device? I accidentally whiped my OS this morning . I can get into my bootloader and TWRP, so I'm thinking installing the appropriate RUU will do the trick, right?
Do I have to gain root first, or am I good to go?

There is an exact match in the ruu section
http://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-one/general/lollipop-ruu-zip-small-collection-t3053944
Look down the list for 7.19.401.22
Note, installing the ruu will wipe the device (all data, twrprecovery etc)
I think you're good to go, but perhaps others will offer suggestions
Or just flash a ROM. If you have TWRP 2.8.6 or newer, you can easily transfer your ROM.zip to your phone, and just flash away

Try to flash the Dev edition RUU and see if the imei comes back, if not, it might be an hardware problem. The RUU is avaialble in the general section either in the RUU collection thread or Dev edition collection thread (links in my signature). You can also found it on htc usa support website

I think you could use either the 7.19.401.2 or 7.19.401.22 from here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-one/general/lollipop-ruu-zip-small-collection-t3053944
You will however have to change the version-main first, as your current installed rom is newer. Read the "How to downgrade with S-on" section at the end of the second post. When complete you should get any OTA's available to bring up to current version again.

Indeed, a RUU would be the first thing to try. Its a well known issue to loose baseband/imei, its either caused by a software incompatibility (a will be able to fix that) or its an hardware problem. If your problem appeared right after flashing a rom then its most likely a software problem only.
The 7.19.401.51 RUU is the lastest version for your phone (see sticky threads in the general section).
