Hey guys I have a Z1s and it fell of my motorcycle and then got ran over by a car. Everything is shattered when I turn it on it still works but the lcd is black because it cracked. I have 5000 photos on the internal storage and I had a pattern password there. Is there anyway to get the pictures back and no I was not rooted.

I'm after sitting sleeping on my Diamond. Took a nap on the couch, woke up and found my diamonds screen unresponsive. Now I'm not sure if I've broken just the digitizer or the LCD too.
Basically - when you look at the screen, there's an edge of about 3/4 of a centimetre around the outside of the screen that's okay. But a large rectangular shape on the inside that's all multi coloured - like spilled oil. I'm thinking this because i've broken the LCD but I see no cracks. Inside this rectangle is a pattern of dots - evenly spaced colums and rows, but only where I can see the colour.
I've only had this thing a month Please don't tell me I need to go spend €60 on ebay to replace the LCD and Digitizer
I'll try and take pictures tonight.

but this is something else
Ok, I'm a touch pro owner but i recently came across an AT&T Tilt with a busted lcd screen for 20 dollars. I'm planning on ordering an LCD screen for it and putting it in. I figure if i screw it up, i'm only out 50 dollars and it'll be a learning experience. . Problem is I can't get the phone to work with My Mobiler. The phone seems like it is in working order besides the LCD screen being cracked. Screen comes on, buttons light up, i can hear the phone boot up and it will ACTIVESYNC. Anything way i can view the screen for thing or can someone tell me why My Mobiler won't work with it? Works fine on the Touch Pro.
Well i guess it doesn't matter now.. I've already disassembled the phone and removed the old LCD and ordered a new one. Was a pita taking this thing apart... I HOPE i can put it back together. heh.

Xperia V is not a waterproof phone. People sometimes mistaken it as one and handle it carelessly... In this case, most likely the display got fried because of water damage. There's no other solution than changing the screen.

Hello all,
I have a Pixel 3A XL
I woke up last week to seeing that my phone fell flat from my bed to the floor. As I picked it up, I saw that there were lines all over the screen (but no cracks). It was not responding to touch, though I could still see the screen on underneath and that it was showing my login password, etc.
I tried to find someone who could repair the digitizer where I am but no luck. My issue is that I need the phone as it has my google authenticator which I need to get into facebook and other things.
However, now that it's been a couple days I see that when I try to plug in the phone and give it some juice it's not responding at all. It's not being recognized by my macbook or showing anything on the screen (just black).
Is it possible that the fall (2-3 feet) broke something that made it worse over the week? I'm wondering if there is any point spending money on a possible fix or any way I can even set up some type of screen mirroring so I can get access to the google authenticator again (that's mostly what I care about)
Thanks
