[Q] Problem to connect Xperia X1 to PC?

I have Sony Ericsson Xperia X1 mobile. When I try to connect my phone to my pc using Mini USB I got "one of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and windows does not recognize it" this error.
I tried Softreset & Hardreset to my mobile, I tried uninstall all USB drivers & restart my PC but its not working.
My Mini USB cable works perfect for HTC Touch Diamond & Nokia 3110 classic. but its not working for my Xperia x1. any one know Solution for this problem? Plz tell me solution of this problem.

Sorry bro this problem was solved. I got new USB cable & now its work perfect.

PC suite can not connetc to X1

My X1 can not connect to PC suite , although it connect windows mobile device center (the active sync in windows XP ) .
What is probeld ? What can I do ?

my XZ refuse to chagre the battery

dear all
i had a problem......when i connect the XZ to the PC companion and i was creating a backup ....the PC suddenly shutdown while the mobile was backup its file by PC companion.,i flashed a new firmware and the problem still existing......how can i solve this bad issue....
note: when i connect the phone to its charges.....it also not charging and when i connect the phone to the PC via the USB cable,,,,,the computer doesn't feel it........i am afraid it is a hardware

i change the USB cable and it works....this is the first time i saw a USB cable not working due to a software issue.....thanks god ....i was afraid ti be a hardware in the XZ.........by the way......is it ok if i use any USB cable with Sony charger....instead of the original USB ?
the strange thing is when i use the sony USB cable when using the flashtool....it works.......how come???!!!!!!!!!!
but if i connect the phone with the PC...in mass storage mode....the PC doesn't feel the XZ.........

I cant connect my huawei ascent p7 to my pc. i installe hisuite and i connect the usb cable to my pc but nothing happens. I didnt get any choises on how to connect it. Also i didnt see at all any drive from the mobile to the pc. i have enable the usb debbuging but it only charge the mobile. any help?

1. Did you choice HiSuite mode in notification panel after connection?
2. Did you install HiSuite on device?
3. Try installing MoboRobo on PC.

after a few restarts on pc and on my mobile i finally did it. dont know whats wrong but now its fixed

Up till now I still cannot connect my p7 to my pc. I also cannot find the usb debugging in my phone.

LG G6 not recognised by PC

I got my new T-Mobile LG G6 today. I am unable to connect the same to my PC (Windows 8.1),
In the phone I am able to set the USB Debugging ON before connecting to PC. But once I connect the
phone to PC through the supplied USB cable the USB Debugging becomes greyed out and the PC is
unable to recognise the phone. I have change the USB ports and tried. Any help please ?

Try to either to use USB 2.0 type C cable or to update the Unified driver to 4.2.0 (add USB 3.1 support)

Install Windows 7 or 10. Install lg mobile driver. Plug in phone.
Did you install drivers?
Go to device manager and find your phone and uninstall it. Reboot. Plug in phone let driver install

Looks like only it's genuine usb 3.1 cable it's working for file transfer with PC!

cable and quick charge adapter of samsung is working great with my G6 T-Mobile.

For me personally the stock cable is the only one that allows me full USB functionality
