Klipsch S4i Earphones?

Has anyone tried the Klipsch S4i with the HD2? I was just wondering if the controls work with the HTC music player as well? I saw from other threads that Iphooey 3Gs headphones seem to work (mostly)... This would be great

Wondering the same thing about the Bose On-Ear mobile kit, if anyone knows?

Yes i have these head phones! The sound is fantastic!
Although i am not sure if you are refering to the ones with the in-built remote. I have the ones without so i don't know if that helps. Well worth the money.

Yeah... I was wondering if the remote works... I intend to buy these I would be happier to get the version with the remote though if it works...

I've got the Etymotic Hf2 (no volume control but I prefer the sound) and the button works fine for start, stop and call answering. Although I think they may be designed to work with most phones though.

I went a little nuts and decided that I wanted full cans instead... Bought myself a pair of Monster's Beats by Dr Dre cans.... OMG... the BASS and clarity.... Did I mention the bass????
WOOHOO! Worth every bit of the $350 I spent (paid a premium cause I was in Dubai)

The remote and mic are supported only by iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPod nano (4th and 5th generation), iPod Classic (120GB), and iPod touch (2nd generation), iPod Touch 4g, MacBook, Macbook Pro and Mac Pro (2009 models), and the iPad. The remote is supported by iPod shuffle (3rd generation). Requires latest iPod software. Audio is supported by all iPod models. Mic and call/music button control features functional with 1st generation iPhones and iPhone 3G. Volume Controls are not compatible with 1st generation and 3G iPhone. Also compatible with VOIP, Skype, iChat, and audio recording applications.

So what about the klipsch S4i....?
is it working on HD2 or not...
And also i m wondering its sound quality compared to sennheiser and creative ie8 or ep 630 etc...

is there anyone who tried klipsch headsets with hd2? especially klipsch s5i. i need a rugged headset with music control buttons working. a few stock hd2 headsets dies on me and thinking about investing a little to get something that is of good quality and rugged enough to last.

I've just got the S4I and i've got a Galaxy S 16GB..
the headphones work, but you'll continue have to press the middle button to hear it fully, so you'll have to tape that, the sound is great btw

Monster and Bose = Overpriced, underperforming (tried both at Fry's). FYI, most of the stuff either of these companies make is over-priced garbage.
The Klipsch earbuds have separate tweeters and woofers and an actual miniature cross-over network. They're literally like speakers in your ears. Big difference from the offerings from Bose and Monster.

Yesterday I lost my HTC HD2 default headphone and now i'm seeking for good not so expensive in-ear headphone with mic.
Price better to <50 or =<30

P.S I don't like default HTC HD2's default headphone because they are painful when using for a while and not comfortable for running.

Have you considered iFrogz EarPollution plugz? They are not very loud but have decent sound.

WOW prices are high, headphone with mic models are starting from 40$ what product do you have from this brand?

did you look at somewhere like expansys? i'm pretty sure they do a 3.5mm male to 3.5mm female cable with a mic build in. Then you can buy any headphones you like.

No i haven't used one but i'd hope it works properly because it's a htc branded device certified for the leo and As far as i can tell it's the same as the one for the touch hd.

i got the superFi. 5 pros, they are not on the list anymore.. but were the second best universals >.<! just have them without the mic. i dont need that

I m using a combination for this. Earphone form Creative EP630/830, an OLD XDA II volume controller & the normal 3.5 jack. It is much better as i can control the volume, can change the next song or FM channel by Red call dissconnect button, play/pause and receive call by green button. So its become very handy no need to pull out the phone. also EP630/830 delivers very good base at $8 only.

There are two types with and without mic. I've got one with mic. It cost 15 euros 7 months ago, but i think there was some kind of discount.

They are great if you are on a budget and although they say they are for the iphone they work perfectly well on the hd2. The sound quality is great and the button on them functions to answer/hangup a call and also it functions as a play/pause button fo the htc music tab.

Sennheiser produce excellent quality stereo in ear handsets with inline control and Mic. They are in the upper price range though
But if you're stuck with little options as I was yesterday the Apple iPhone ones work if you don't mind putting up with sub par quality

As far a compatibility goes, any set of headphones should do, as they all use the same connector. As for the other stuff... Idk what you can get. Depends on who supplies what in your country.

Have ordered the brainwavz deltas form Amazon.in . Should work will confirm and let you know when it comes in .
But yeah most android headphones should work by default.
Apple has a different standard so you make sure you avoid those .

Sound quality is secondary to me, i need a good microphone. also maybe one with 3 buttons if the op3 supports this.

One plus just dropped a teaser for an announcement on the 25th. Seems to me it's new headphones. Possibly some usb c headphones

I am an audiophile and i love the combo..!

I think earplugs aren't proper headsets.
I use Sony BT headset, and do work great. But Android BT lacks support for In-Band ringtones so ringtones are awful in every BT headsets.

I agree with the dude on top. Xiaomi pistons. You can't go wrong with the 2.1 pistons, piston 3 or the Xiaomi hybrid. At one point or another I've heard them all and the Xiaomi's are good.
For convenience of mic and controls I use the Xiaomi hybrid.
For musical pleasure I use the fiio ex1 or the havi b3 pro 1.

I tried Piston 3, sounded really cheap. I guess you haven't really heard any good ear/headphones, so you don't really know whats good and what's not.

i use sony mdr ex650 because they are actually good

As an owner of a few decent set of cans I'm intrigued as to what a god ear/headphone is to your ears. Enlighten us please.

Earphones for Huawei Mate 10 pro

I am starting this thread , in order members to suggest any suitable pair of earphones for Huawei Mate 10 pro. As it has usb type c exit and the Huawei earphones that come with the box are not comfortable to me, I was wondering of if the Xiaomi Noise Cancellation In-ear Earphones Type-C work with the phone.
Anyone who has tried, please inform us.

Bought the Xiaomi HD ANC USB Type-C earphones last week. They work perfectly in my Mate 10 Pro, though you do get a Huawei notification that you're using an uncertified headset.

I can't stand hard earphones/earpods - I like earbuds that properly fill the ear canal, not lumps of hard plastic loosely balanced in there. With that in mind the Xiaomi ones are way better, no contest.
If you like apple earpods, the Huawei ones are perfectly good imitations (without ANC, obviously).

No, it's only pause/play -activate google voice -answer/hang up phone for the middle button and volume up and down for the others.
I havent been able to skip track etc on mine. But for the price, it's unbeatable if you want/need ANC. Tried them on a short plane trip last week, (I usually use MDR 1000x) and they worked fine.

Triple for previous
Double volume up is favourite current song
Double volume down is change playback (loop, shuffle, play once etc. )

I'm about to buy this model of headphones. Are you saying that everything works for them? Do the calls work? Does the music sound good? Have you tried uncompressed music, how does it sound?

Huawei cm-q3 are the best earphones ever. Fully working, anc, calls, controls... everything. The headphones are heard very well even for audiophiles.

Does anyone know if bluetooth 5.0 headphones work on our device? It looks like the mate 10 pro has the bluetooth version 4.2.
