alternative toggles?

Is there any way I can change up the stock toggles? I m not too familiar with touchwiz but isnt it suppose to have a mobile data toggle cause I dont have it in my att version. There are alot of toggle apps in the appstore but it just adds another row so can I disable the stock toggles or is there any way to add mobile data toggle.

I use the native app.

I think he means the native one where you have to pay for it..........might have to root your phone and hope someone can hack/modify that setting.

How to enable bluetooth tether on Stock-ROM?

I know that installing custom-ROM (ie. null) enables bluetooth tether.
But for some reason, I prefer to stay in stock-ROM and I want to use bluetooth tether by modding system(or...3rd-party app?).
Q. How can I enable bluetooth tether on stock-ROM(rooted)?
(Kernel? Binary? Library? Framework?)

So...How can I add it?
I'm using Google Nexus 5 and I don't have any tethering restriction on phone.
Adding full-settings app on system app doesn't work. It show the checkbox for bluetooth internet, but its not working.

Is there a mod for the factory t-mobile WiFi tether app for lollipop? All I find is ones for KitKat, is it the same?

EPF1 - Mobile data toggle

Running on EPF1 build rooted w/ TWRP. Try as I might to get my data toggle back using the data toggle apk fix I still haven't been able to get it recovered. There apparently used (operative word here is used) to be an app in the Galaxy store to fix it but a search comes up empty.
