If you are using LP you can't run Xposed FW so you have nothing to uninstall.

Yes
But many people have bootloop after uninstalling Xposed. So, I wait... for a version for LP...
I'm in exactly the same situation. So @Caughtflying did you take the chance to uninstall it like @justmpm suggested or not?
If I backup from recovery, uninstall it and have a bootloop, is the backup going to fix the bootloop?

Yes. Do what people have suggested twice already and install the version of the Xposed installer that fixes your issue.
From the Xposed thread -
Xperia*users: If Xposed doesn't work for you, try this test version: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=48484642&postcount=6846

It doesn't matter that you were using the same version on 4.2.2 without problems. The 4.3 update introduced a modified framework for the themes that interferes with Xposed. That test version fixes it.

Hi all, i am on my s4(verizon) and have just successfully installed hyperdrive rom(version:16) which is currently 4.4
Anyway, xposed installer comes integrated in the ROM, and when i try to update it by pressing the install/update it doesn't do anything.
when i try to do this manually, i get an error: (refer to screenshot)
This also applies to the App Settings Module
The reason i discovered this is when i tried to use a module it stated that my xposed bridge wasn't updated.
Any Ideas On How To Fix?

That's the problem. You have to uninstall the preinstalled version first. For help, please use the ROM's thread.

Googling shows lots of results for getting rid of it on Lollipop, but the only article I found for Kitkat didn't work.

Open the Xposed Installer, select Framework section, click on Uninstall. Afterwards reboot your device. Done.

Why did you quote me? Wrong quote?
I'm sure a lot of people know that Snapchat has blocked Android users from using their app if they have Xposed installed. I'll pay anyone $30 if they can help me use Snapchat on my XT1060 on Android 5.1(Moto X Verizon), either by removing Xposed or by other means. Thank you!
1. Uninstall xposed.
2. Sign in to your Snapchat account.
3. Reinstall xposed.
Try not to sign out next time . Let me know if it helps.
or if you have some tablet or other phone witouth xposed but rooted ... log in, create a backup with titanium and send the data to your phone later restore the data and voila!
I've tried both of those methods and it still didn't work.

Try my method again but this time uninstall Snapchat and then reinstall it before you install xposed.
What errors are you getting?
only the Snapchat error saying it can't log in

Did you try wiping the data and cache of Snapchat after you uninstalled xposed?
when @Android_noob17 said "uninstall xposed" did you just uninstall the Xposed Installer or did you uninstall the Xposed Framework. Because you need to uninstall the Framework, the Installer app can be left on. then after its off, clear the cache and data of Snapchat, then login, then reinstall the Framework.

What did u do exacly? I uninstalled Snapchat and then installed 9.21.1.0 version and now i can't log in.
Boot to recovery and flash the xposed-uninstaller found here.
Reboot your device and log in on Snapchat, I use version 9.21.1.0.
Make a Titanium backup of your Snapchat.
Reboot to recovery and flash the xposed framework again.
Reboot again and you'll be inside Snapchat again, if you log out and log in again you'll have the same problem.

This version doesn't have Xposed detection?
Apologies for thread revival, I saw 'Jan' and assumed it was from this year
So I did the dumb thing of accidently logging out of snapchat and now when i try to log back in it says, “Oh no! Your login temporarily failed, so please try again”. I tried on a phone without X-posed installed and logged in just fine. Is there any way to unistall the framework without having to reset my phone or is a reset the only way to fix the problem?

Thanks for the suggestion, I did end up flashing the uninstaller, but my phone wouldn't boot up after I did that. I went the route of just wiping my phone clean and restoring it from an earlier backup. That did the trick.

Sorry im late here is the link to the thread for the xposed installer http://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/material-design-xposed-installer-t3137758/page1

Btw installing and uninstalling xposed takes time to boot. It takes around 2-5 minutes. Even when you will disable xposed using the xposed installer in the link above it might take atleast 1 min and if u didnt read in the thread you must uninstall the previous xposed installer on your device. Btw its mainly for lollipop and marshmallow. Not sure if it will work on older Android
