htc one debranding

hey there,
is there already a guide to debrand our htc one´s as we finally have s-off?
and if i debrand my phone.. will i be able to flash a stock htc ruu (1.29.401.xx) and receive updates straight from htc?
cheers
Use the revone method for s-off your phone.
After change your cid in the "super CID" and flash a ruu from htc

I agree, a quick guide would be great as I don't know where to start (Currently have a custom rom RevoHD10.1) --> Change CID, Relock, install a stock rom...

HTC One T-MOB101 how to revert it back to stock?

I have a T-MOB101 (Germany device HTC One), and i would like to revert it back to stock and sell it.
Read all the guides here at XDA, but couldn't achieve it.
My device now is:
HBOOT 1.54.00
S-Off with SuperCID 11111111
Unlocked bootloader
ARHD 13.4 rom
There isn't any RUU for T-MOB101. I found a CWM stock Nandroid backup but for some reason CWM can't install it.
I've installed the odexed 2.24.401.1 stock rom, reverted the CID back to T-MOB101, locked the Bootloader but now it says RELOCKED instead of LOCKED. And couldn't make it S-On maybe because of the HBOOT 1.54.00?
Please, help me, i would like to sell the device and the future owner don't have any issues with the warranty.
So, unlock your bootloader, go here, download the 1.44 hboot and flash it with the guide.
After, use the revone tool to go locked and s-on

Thanks for the reply Guich.
I'm kinda lost in the above thread.
1) Which Base Firmware should i download for T-MOB101 German device? I would like for it to have automatic updates for the future.
2) After that i will have to download the HBOOT 1.44.0000 Original unmodified, right?
3) In which order should i flash them? It's the same method for both Base Firmware and HBOOT?
4) Lastly, my bootloader now is unlocked with the HTC's method. How i can use the Revone to go Locked and S-On? Also, when should i change the CID to T-MOB101 from SuperCID 11111111?
Excuse me for all these questions, after almost 8 hours in front of the PC with no luck my head's gonna explode..
Thanks a bunch,
Bill

1) I will advise you to transform your T-MOB phone into an unbranded phone.
So, donwload the 1.29 firmware umodified and flash this.
2) Yupp, 1.44 hboot and go s-on and locked
3) Use the guide, i will advice firmware and after hboot.
4) Yup, with 1.44 hboot you can use the revone tool for go to LOCKED and not RELOCKED and s-on
But, before go to s-on, change the cid into HTC__001.
5) If you're tired do this tomoz

Wanting to convert my Telus HTC one (m7_ul) to a GPE

Hello friends, I have an S-OFF HTC One that I am finally considering converting to full GPE Edition. I was on Bigxie's 4.4 rom (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2341395) I was wondering what is the safest way to do this (if there's a thread on these forums I would GREATLY appreciate being linked) and I also have a few questions.
1) I understand that ALL my data will be erased. What is the best way to backup my data?
2) I have changed my CID to superCID but I was wondering if the conversion would work for my Canadian Telus HTC One (m7_ul) It picks up HSPA
(http://mobility.telus.com/en/AB/htc_one/index.shtml) <- link with all the details about my phone
3) *This one's a big one for me* Can I convert my phone to a GPE edition whilst having a custom recovery?
The short and sweet of it is:
1. S-OFF
2. Change CID (needed) & MID (if needed)
3. Flash 4.4 GPE conversion RUU file from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2358781
You should either copy off your data locally or sync with google.
Custom recovery will be over written when you run the zip file in step 3. You can re-flash it after the process, but why would you want to?

Will I be able to get OTA? That's pretty much my whole reason as to why I am doing this.
Also, will I still be able to root my phone with superSU?

With correct GPE CID and MID you will be good to receive ota. You will not receive OTA if you keep super cid.
reboot your phone in fastboot usb
Code:
fastboot getvar all
Check your MID is PN0712000 and your CID is GOOGL01 (probably not bcause super cid) TELUS normally have CID PN0712000 so you should be fine.
If you need to change CID:
Code:
fastboot oem writecid GOOGL01
fastboot reboot-bootloader
confirm correct cid change:
Code:
fastboot oem readcid
then run the GPE 4.4 ruu.exe (can be found here: http://www.htcdev.com/devcenter/downloads)

One final question, I flashed the RUU and everything went well. However, I noticed that I still had Root access. I used the pre-rooted RUU zip http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2358781&nocache=1 Can I get the OTA update to 4.4.2 without messing up my phone? Do I have to remove root?
Might as well flash the non-rooted RUU..

Alright, thank you. Honestly, most of my issues came from me being nervous of ruining my phone, but I am now on GPE and I can't thank you guys enough.

I really have no intention to. However, I have noticed that Android System is taking 70% of my battery. Is this a normal thing? If it isn't, how can I reduce this number?

[Q] Tmobile to GPE to Dev?

Originally a Tmobile HTC One
Currently:
S-Off
HBoot 1.54
unlocked bootloader
Stock GPE 4.4.2
I have AT&T and want sense 6, but I don't want the AT&T or Tmobile garbage that comes with it. Am I ok to change MID & CID to unlocked or dev and flash a vanilla RUU?
I tried searching for the answer, but wound up more confused. Just wanted to confirm this was ok. Thanks in advance.

Yes, you can if you want to:
MID change tool: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2535365
CID change using: fastboot oem writecid HTC__001 <- or whatever CID you choose, but exactly 8 characters
do NOT go S-On
or just use a custom ROM
but do NOT go S-On

follow nkk71's guide. link in my signature.
Thanks for the link., thats alot of work involved to get it back to stock.
What if i wasnt concerned about S-Off and root, could i just let the phone update to the latest lollipop rom 5.0.1 ?. What that put everything back to factory settings bar S-Off and the phone being rooted??

you need stock recovery and stock system to take the update.
you can use a guru_reset for your CID/MID then take the update then do a factory reset
Or you can flash a newer RUU if one is available for your device
Thanks. regarding my cid, in fastboot its saying my CID is 'CID- 11111111' i was sure that i havent used super cid on this phone, i was under the impression for a sim free UK HTC the CID should be 'HTC__001' ?
So should i use..
"fastboot oem writecid HTC__001"
