I flashed twrp recovery earlier and i made a backup but whenever i try to reboot it just keeps rebooting into recovery. When i boot into bootloader mode it says in red AP Fastboot Flash Mode (secure) can someone please help me. Thanks
Did you try wiping cache and dalvik?

No i just went into twrp and pressed backup. Dont think it gave me that option either.
When you go back into twrp, look for the option that says wipe... Once you select it do an advanced wipe and ONLY select cache and dalvik.

Done that. Didnt work. It wont let me reboot it just keeps rebooting into twrp
your stock rom is broken. it automatically reboots to twrp if it cant boot the rom. Solution: flash the brand new stock rom.
Yea i was hoping that wasn't the problem

Hey I tried to do the Firerat's Custom MTD Partitions (resize Data,System and Cache) .. But I never had adb installed.. Now I'm stuck trying to get into adb.. my phone wont be located on my computer. And if I try to reflash a rom it gives me Installation aborted error. Any help would be appreciated!!
Try running the 2.1 RUU, then re-root again and go from there with custom recovery, roms, etc.

Think that you could post the link?
I have had success with this without adb...using clockwork recovery...despite that it says you need to adb reboot recovery...you could try to wipe everything and then flash firerats recovery, wipe all again, select reboot to recovery and flash your nandroid and then firerats boot

Hi, I had a bunch of problems with gingerbread crashing my phone so I decided to wipe the phone and reinstall. After selecting "clear storage", my phone won't boot pass the cross whether into recovery or normal.
I unlocked using fastboot and flashed the recovery-RA-passion-v2.2.1.img
I still can't get into recovery. Is there anything else I can try?
Thanks! I'm losing my mind.
You're fixed now though, right? xD

If your s-off try a fastboot erase. If your not look into it. After a fast boot erase do a full wipe. Then reflash your recovery via adb. Then backup all your data to your pc. Then format your sd threw your pc and restore the factory defaults. Then reformat your sd threw recovery. No swap no partitions just fat/system. Then redownload the rom and gapps. Flash the rom then gapps right after. Then see if its boots up. If it does then boot into recovery make a nandroid, restore your data then and carry on. If not then run the ruu in zip format. Then update your radio, profile and prl. Then locate the hero root apk thread. Follow the instructions. After that you'll be rooted again so boot into recovery and make a nandroid of your sense rom for future updates then reboot. Then boot back into recovery do a full wipe and reflash your choice of recovery via adb then reflash the rom and the gapps. It should boot up. Hope this helps.

After updating to cm-10.1-20121231-NIGHTLY i'm having problems with a boot loop. After rebooting the phone keeps hanging after showing the spinning CyanogenMod logo. From this position i cannot get into recovery-mode or download-mode using the 3-buttons combo. Also the computer won't detect the phone. What can i do to solve this problem?
Can you write down the steps you did to update your ROM?

I've updated using the option in "settings"menu and then the "about phone"menu. The possible update were also shown in the notification bar. So i haven't downloaded them and used the recovery-mode.
Try boot into recovery and install zip from sd, navigate to CM update and flash the update again, maybe wipe cache partition and dalvik first. Flashing twice sometimes helps.

Try these:
*Remove battery.Don't switch on your device.Just go to recovery using button combo and wipe dalvik cache,data.etc.
*If you can't go to recovery.Just go to download mode and flash a bootloader via ODIN( PC).

Thank you for your help. I've managed to reflash my phone and install a new rom.
I have CWM 6.0.1.1 flashed on to my phone but when I tried to boot into recovery by turning of my phone and holding power and down and clearing the memory, but it just clears all the memory and is back to stock. Can I just boot into recovery with from app or do i need something else?

Rom tool box has an option to reboot to recovery, also you could 'adb reboot recovery' from a command line. But if you have tried to manually enter recovery and all it did was factory reset your phone then most likely you don't have cwm installed. Idk the why but some zips do some weird things when flashing and I am assuming something has loaded the stock recovery back on your revo. Just reinstall cwm and you should be good to go.
I would also check and see if you have root access.

Which way do you boot into recovery since it has obviously worked for you. I re-installed CWM and rooted.
If you're on the stock Rom, then you will need to use an app(quick boot, Rom toolbox) or manually like you have been. If done manually it will still ask you about wiping the system, just accept twice and it should boot into cwm. Brokenout has it built into the power off menu

I just reset everything and delete all the files in the clockworkmod folder and re-flashed and it booted into CWM. Thank you for your suggestions
I know I might be a little late but you can flash cwm 6.0.1.1 via clockwork mod Rom manager... And it is has setup to reboot into recovery.

Install cwm through CWM Rom manager>reboot into recovery> reboot system now> Rom may flash stock recovery. Fix this?> yes> reboot and tou should be good to go as far as setting up CWM recovery.
