Hi
when i was going to root my HTC One Dual Sim in the middle of the project my phone died
First i unlocked bootloader, BUT when i want to s-off with moonshine in command prompt (distiller.exe) it cant continued and said "read again" and "press enter to exit"
now i'm in the middle of nowhere, my phone just can boot to HBoot...
i also install recovery.img
and this is my info on hboot screen:

i also want to install a RUU that i downloaded and i think it's ok for my phone from recovery mode but that failed. somewhere i read that's because my phone is not s-off.
Any Help or suggestion ??!
Update:
i tried with "rumrunner" (that's like "moonshine") and it gets error like moonshine, but in its error it said "no adb connection to device. Debugging on? Drivers?"
how it's possible cause i installed drivers and turned off usb debugging for unlocking process!!!

Wha?> You turned of USB debugging? Heres the problem. ADB works only if you have debugging turned. on. You won't make S-Off if you have USB debugging turned off

Hi guys,
So today I got the 4.4 OTA update on my HTC One M7.
Of course I downloaded it and the phone entered into boot loop - "No command" and "Error".
Via pressing POWER + VOLUME DOWN I entered into the service screen, where I have the following options:
***LOCKER***

FACTORY RESET
SIMLOCK

SHOW BARCODE
I have tried doing FACTORY reset, but to no luck the phone goes into Erasing mode and then again into the "No command" and "Error" loop.
I don't have the htc one USB drivers currently on my Windows 8.1 laptop.
Could you advice me how to proceed.
Thanks in advance.
I am offering a reward for any help.
You need to fix your driver issue FIRST..
Then unlock bootloader using fastboot oem unlock
As you are S-OFF, you can then run the fastboot flash ruu.zip. Follow the steps from: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2358781
I rooted my HTC one m7 AT&T then tried unrooting it and now it wont turn on but it goes to the bootloader screen.

When i got to the twrp and type in adb push rom.zip /sdcard/ it says waiting for device but my htc worked when i put it in bootloader it popped up and didnt say waiting for device or no device
Did you do the command fastboot oem writesecureflag 3?
Going back to s-on on hboot higher than 1.54 will result in a tamper detected message, the phone reboots to the bootloader and the only way to proceed is to unlock the bootloader again
You need to S off again to get rid of the tampered message
If you NEED to go s-on, you're better running an earlier RUU once s-off for an earlier hboot and then go s-on
My opinion - stay s off

Easiest way - sunshine method. Will cost you $25 though, but it's worth it
Long way/not guaranteed to work - Firewater method. Several posts on the forum about different combos of Roms/kernels required to make it work, but if you get a whelp message running it you have to use sunshine method only

With the phone in TWRP and connected to the computer type:
adb devices
You should see your Serial Number and next to it recovery. If not, then adb is not seeing your device and you will need to redo the procedure over again. Check to see if your drivers are installed correctly and that your computer recognizes your phone. Check the prerequisites for HTC drivers installed.
1. Reboot your computer
2. Put your phone in bootloader
3. Type: fastboot devices >>>> You should see your device serial number
4. Put your phone in recovery
5. Type: adb devices >>>> You should see your device serial number
6. Now try step 5 of alray's procedure.

agree, sounds like the drivers are not installed correctly. That would explain why the phone is recognized in bootloader (fasboot) but not in recovery (adb)
@SmithMyster
When you are booted in recovery, open the windows device manager and confirm that your phone is listed as "Android USB device --> My HTC". If your phone is listed as "Other Devices --> One" when booted in recovery then re-install the drivers following the procedure from nkk71 (included in the guide)

You're phone needs to be able to boot up in order for rumrunner to work. Do you currently have a working Rom on your phone? If not, have you tried sideloading a Rom via recovery?

Adb commands will not work from the bootloader, only from a booted OS or from custom recovery. Only fastboot commands will work in bootloader mode but you have to be in the fastboot menu (See above in red).

You want the drivers only, uninstall HTC Sync as it can interfer with fastboot/adb commands.

Simple:You must relock the bootloader to flash a RUU on a S-ON phone. Relock it and flash the RUU again.
fastboot oem lock
I have tried this

Keep it locked, its must be in this state to flash a RUU.
What is the error when trying to flash the ruu exactly? Is it still error 152?
Sometimes same sometimes different

After doing that, it is same error once... 152
then when I attempted again in relocked state..It given error 132
Third time it given error number 155...
Mostly it is either 152 or 155 ..When I check Phone screen after getting error

Hi everyone,
I'll start with this is a Rogers phone (Canadian HTC One M7).
Did some digging around the forum and I'm not sure where to go from here.
I tried the bright light near censor and leaving it plugged in for 72 hours.
Haven't been able to get it to boot, can only boot into bootloader.
Windows 10 only recognizes it as "unknown device in device manager" even after I've installed the usb drivers.
Windows 10 can't see it as a fastboot device, have tried multiple ports and cables.
Pretty sure I need Windows 7 to properly attempt resetting this.
Can't boot into recovery as it just boot loops after selecting it.
I'm not sure what I was last running, I believe CM 10.1. Haven't used the phone in over 18 months.
My bootloader reads as follows:
*** UNLOCKED ***
M7_UL PVT SHIP S-OFF RH
CID-ROGER001
HBOOT-1.44.0000
RADIO-4T.21.3218.21
OpenDSP-v26.120.274.0202
eMMC-boot
May 4, 2013, 14:29:10 -1
My only options are
FASTBOOT
RECOVERY
FACTORY RESET
SIMLOCK
IMAGE CRC
SHOW BARCODE
I don't get the FASTBOOT USB setting on the phone when running the fastboot prompts so I'm not sure where to go from here.

your connectivity issue is because hboot 1.44, you'll need xp or 7 to use fastboot. once you get that working you could try to flash a ruu

Thanks a lot bud, I used to be really good with all this when the phone first came out. Forgot a lot of the specifics since then.
