I've been on Lollipop GPE ruu for a few days but now gone back to Sense (one of the few I guess!!!). I had to go all the way back to JB 4.1 ruu as anything more recent would not install either through a flashable ruu zip or exe.
Anyway, that's not the query I have.
To get back to Sense 6 and a 4.4.2 or 4.4.3 rom, is there an easier way than having to use system update and load every OTA through the phone? This is going to take me hours as there are six or seven large OTAs between 4.1 and 4.4.3.
I am s-off, super cid and downgraded to hboot 1.44 before I flashed the Sense Europe ruu.
Thanks.
restore 4.4.3 nandroid stock in TWRP, and flash its related firmware in RUU mode.
Thanks for that, now that was simple and easier than hours of OTAs through the phone!

Ok, I originally was on the stock 4.3 rom that I received by OTA. I ran this for a while without root.
I finally rooted and flashed ARHD 31...therefore my rom was updated to the new sense 5.5, but my firmware was still based on 4.3 with sense 5.0
I didn't make a nandroid (dumb mistake)...I am looking to gain s-off so I can update my firmware.
I am wondering the safest way to do this...do I need to RUU back to 4.3, and if I do that, do I have to lock the bootloader back prior to RUUing? or after?
Also, is there a RUU posted for 4.3 att sense 5?
Any help would be appreciated...in the end all I am trying to accomplish is achieve s-off.
thanks

You could use http://www.htc1guru.com/dld/ruu-zip-m7_ul_jb43_sense50_mr_cingular_us_3-17-502-3-decrypted-zip/
or
http://www.htc1guru.com/dld/ruu_m7_...3_10-38j-1157-04_release_334235_signed_2-exe/
You need to be locked/relocked before flashing the ruu.
Hello guys, I tried the new GPE 4.4 rom flashing the RUU, and I am pretty disappointed on this update...so I decided to return back to sense...
1) A 4.3 sense 5.5 RUU zip would be great, I searched for it but I can't find nothing, anyone?
2) OR...what if I flash a sense rom on top of the 3.58 GPE firmware? is this correct to do? have I got to flash the radio?
3) OR, again...if there is no RUU and I can't flash a sense rom with radio on KK fw, I think I have to flash 3.62 fw with radio and a rom...no?
I like clean things, because of this I ask for a RUU, is better wipe everything and clean flash...all in one and ready to go...thanks in advance!
Cheers

The firmware and radio is mainly for stability issues and some optimizations. if your device is s-OFF you can flash new roms doesn't matter if they are sense 5.5 or aosp or gpe editions. If you want to return back to 3.64 fw hboot 1.55 you can find that in the RUU mega thread in the HTC One Android sticky section. when flashing the RUU make sure you have super CID or flash the correct versions or else it will not let you force flash it.
If you convert to Developer Edition (3.22.1540.1), you will have 4.3 and Sense 5, but 4.4 with Sense 5.5 will be released as an OTA update in a few days. I'm sure OP knows better than to use superCID. It will prevent you from receiving OTA updates. Always use the proper CID for the firmware you're using (unless it's a custom ROM or something that you wouldn't want to do an OTA on). If you convert to the International version (3.62.401.1), you will have 4.3 with Sense 5.5, but be waiting until January for the Android 4.4 update. There's no real difference between the two. They're both world-wide variants, but the Developer Edition gets updated well before any others.
For Dev Edition, change CID to BS_US001
For International, change CID to HTC__001
For Dev Edition, MID must be PN712000
For International, MID must be PN710000
To flash from GPE, you may need to downgrade your Bootloader first. It was a nightmare for me getting off of GPE until I figured that part out. I assume you're already S-Off. Sneakyghost provided 1.44 bootloader can be downloaded here http://d-h.st/qfc
Hello everyone,
Bought ONE a few days ago and unlocked bootloader, installed recovery and rooted the stock rom yesterday. However, for some reason cant S-OFF :/ I am on hboot 1.55. Can I install the latest sense ROMs based on 4.4.2? I have a stock nandroid of 3.62 base to return to it in order to to receive the OTA updates. Once I upgrade the base, is there any way to return to stock for S ON devices to receive the OTA update to update the firmware? Thanks.

yes you can flash(install) 4.4.2 ROMs with unlocked bootloader with S-ON
you can try S-OFF with your 3.62 base backup or you can try ARHD 31 to achieve S-OFF, rumrunner's or firewater's

If you are not S-OFF yet, do that first. It's not necessary for flashing RUUs, but will help you later with the manual flashing of OTA.zip.
There are RUUs available on the internet (for example htc1guru.com) for your developer edition M7 of KK44 + Sense 5.5. Flash that and check whether you get the OTA. If not, download the OTA package and flash via stock recovery.

Anyone know where I can find a stock Lollipop Sense ruu that I can flash to restore an M7 back to stock?
Previously I have been using a euro JB based ruu from htc1guru, but it's a pain starting out on Jellybean, and upgrading from there but that website only goes up to a Kitkat radio for a euro base ruu, and even then I ran into issue flashing kitkat ruu.
I am super CID and s-off of course. I always flash 1.44 hboot prior to doing the above.
I need the zip by the way, not an exe as I am running linux on my laptop.
Thanks.

HI bob, look at the sticky threads in the general section. Don't forget that you need at least hboot 1.57 and a 6.xx.xxx.x firmware (version-main) to flash a Lollipop RUU.
