What is a good kernel that supports DT2W for Paranoid Android?
I've done tons of looking on the web but opinion is divided. Some have said Elementalx even though i know this is only made for sense and GPE. Others have said any CM kernel will work?
I'm currently running Teamseven which is CM and everything works except from DT2W.
Any suggestions?

Hi,
I am sure this will be a quick answer for most people. I am on Paranoid Android 3.99 RC2. I was looking to flash a kernel, such as Elemental, but there are a few variants - which of these do I need to use please?
Sense 5.5 Android 4.3
ElementalX-m7-6.1.2
OR
Sense 5 Android 4.3 (not working on base 3.10, works on all others)
ElementalX-m7-5.6
OR
Google Play Edition Android 4.3
ElementalX-m7-4.4
Thanks in advance

You shouldn't use any of those. Those are for sense-based and google play edition roms. If you want a custom kernel compatible with AOSP based roms you can try this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2522854. Its for Cyanogenmod, don't know if it will work for PA. Make a nandroid backup just in case. Hope this helps

Ahh ok, thank you for clearing that up.
I have used all sorts of devices over the years, everything from Nexi, to the HP Touchpad and I have never seen such a dead AOSP community. Even on the Droid DNA there were multiple kernels to chose from that worked on AOSP based ROMs. I am currently running Insert Coin on my GSM M7, but I really miss AOSP. Liquidsmooth and CM11 are both out and updated for this device, but the accompanying kernels (I need SW2W and D2TW) are incredibly buggy.
So whats up with the M7? Does nobody use AOSP based ROMs?
Why not just use one of the GPE ROMs? Or do a full conversion? Then you have an officially supported Nexus like build and can run the GPE kernels and mods. I find it to be rock solid stable even while undervolted and overclocked.

I've been looking for a kernel for AOSP/AOKP/CM11 based roms for our phone that supports USB fast charging. Thankfully almost all the roms I find are unified builds for the roms and most kernels support sense or GPE. Is there a kernel that supports this feature? The only one I've come across is furnace kernel, but as far as I can tell, it doesn't support the feature.
After having installed Cyanogenmod 12 on my device a while ago, I was searching through the kernels section on the forums here and was surprised that there are no kernels available for CM 12 yet (I'm using Santod's Nuk3rn3l 3.0 ATM, but AFAIK, it hasn't been updated lately).
Even more - there are hardly kernels for CM at all. Why is that? Is Sense just more common? I'd really like to overclock my CPU or some other things, for example - things I find only Sense or GPe kernels for.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I can't use Sense/GPe kernels on CM, right?
Which lollipop kerne which lollipop kernel do you use?
Sense, AOSP and GPE.
I'm using elite AOSP kernel . Runs excellent . Good amount of govenors to choose from. Aswell as TCP algorithm. I also use his sense kernel, when I'm on sense.
I haven't seen to many lollipop kernels out there, most are outdated. Am I looking in wrong spot?
ElementalX and GPE 5.1 rom. Great performance/battery life.
