First off this device is bone stock and not rooted. I'm having very high Android OS and system usage and have been unsuccessful at determining the cause. Any help would be very appreciated! Usually both are above my screen usage. Its like my battery got cut in half with this update. I've wiped and used Odin to flash 4.4.2 and then updated to 4.4.4 following a factory reset afterwards. I do have a lot of apps disabled. I've even wiped cache in stock recovery to no avail.

hello,
i tried to update my phone's system via ota and got error when applying update on recovery. i tried the same way several times with no luck either with stock or philz recovery.
is this because of my phone's oem is unlocked or rooted?
is there a way to flash the ota package manually since i have captured the update.zip package from /cache folder?
thank you.

Nevermind
XDA is a good forum. I find many useful information for Android though I never once got solution for any of my questions. In fact, I got solutions from other website for my problems. Nevertheless, thanks to XDA.
Well... I could fix it myself.

Hey everyone.
I've owned my Z3C for about 3 months now and it's been an awesome experience (10 times better than my S4 Mini). I've also played around with flashtool and flashed different unbranded softwares to decide which Lollipop version runs the best on my phone.
However there have been a few times where I've flashed firmware only for the battery stats to break (as you can see in the picture).
Does anyone have a solution to fix this?
Recently I wanted to start fresh so I just factory reset my phone and this happened. And it's not the first time a factory reset caused this either.
The only known fix I know right now is to flash KitKat or the 620 version of Lollipop and to manually update it which prevents the stats from breaking. But that is really tedious [emoji14]
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Mine keeps shutting itself down after the update...
Awesome! It works.
@dahlem Do you use TWRP on your watch? If not try it with that.
Did a complete reset and it fixed it. Phone is draining like crazy now.
Can you get root after updating?
Damn, I just wanted to post the ota link myself ?

If yes then How?should I simply flash a LP Firmware or there is something extra to do?Plz Tell me.

looks like you tried to root that device with some combination ROM. ask in support thread or revert back to stock ROM.

Lmao did you factory reset from recovery after you flashed the combo with Odin? All you need to do is a full reset of everything i.e. data cache factory and then reflash the combo with Odin. In all the guides it says to do this and you won't have an issue. Not trying to be that guy but you do read the guide before you attempt it right?
