XDA ii keeps avtivating Call barring

I have set up my Xda ii to make calls, sinc to my PC and also surf the internet via PC and GPRS. However, it keeps activating my call barring and I am not able to make calls and even receive calls.
I cannot find a way to to activate calls via my Pocket PC. The only way to fix the problem is for me to put my sim card into another phone to activate use online. Then place sim card back into my Pocket PC to resume normal calling operation.
This problem persist regular on a daily basis and Im getting very tired of having to replace my sim into another phone just to fix the problem.
Can someone please please tell me how I can stop this from happening?

XDA2 Pocket PC Phone - NO service

I'm using imate pda2k device.
wm pro 6.5 is the operating system.
The device was working smoothly until a week ago.
the question: the phone function does not work. sent me sms comes, I can send sms. But I can not receive calls and make calls on. To even make a call, even numbers and contacts will not open.
Bluetooth had no problem connecting to GSM networks, but the exclamation was inserted. From the LED is blinking but the screen seemed to connect to the network that still has delusions of trying to connect. I like my phone is ringing like a phone call to another party, but on the phone to the sound goes nothing, I can even connect to the internet , but the normal phone functions does not work.
please help me

[Q] disable auto answer calls

Hi,
My phone auto answers all the incoming calls after 3-4 rings. This happens even when the headset/earphone is not connected. I have checked the Call Settings. All the options for Auto Answer are unchecked.
Any suggestions?
EDIT: This is not happening on my Galaxy Note (ICS). Its happening on my friend's Note with GB 2.3.6 installed on it.

And ALL the accessibility options are correct?
If I find something wonko happening, I backup everything, reformat and restore. See if it's still happening.
Also, is this something NEW or has it been like this for a while? What has changed? Let's see if we can figure this one out for your friend!

This is happening since day 1 for him. I feel like flashing a new stock ROM.
Accessibility options? Which options do I need to check?

Had to perform Factory Reset to get this issue resolved.

Hi guys, may I use this thread to ask my question.
On my Lenovo a660 I need to use some apk to automatically answer on incoming calls,
while I drive my hands are busy and phone is on headset.
Tried couple applications already none worked properly so far ...

[Q] S4 Active call errror!!

Hello everybody. I just got a Samsung S4 Active phone. I have a big problem with it... When i call somebody i can not hear even the beeps and even the voices.. I need to recall somebody 3-4 time. Then i can talk . And when somebody calls me, we can't hear anything. I tried soft,hard, every resets. I even upgraded from 4.2.2 to 4.4.2 but nothing. The mic is working, i can record everything. The speaker up on the phone is working tooo. Call barring is off,forwarding is off, network mode is gsm only(not works even on the other settings..) i don't think that is a hardware problem.. any helps or everything is welcome.. you can even email me([email protected]) . What drivers and or Libs control the phone app

im trying to diagnosis a specific problem with a the phone I just wanna know what driver or lib files control the phone in TW base roms also if you do know please be specific upon location thanks.Reason why I ask im trying to fix a port from a international rom I got everything to work but the phone it can make calls out and receive calls but i cannot hear them via speaker phone same goes for the mic . this is for the 910t
