Center clocks
In aroma instaler I choose centered clocks but after instalation cloks are on left side. Any solution? :cyclops:

I cant use the s5 theme
when I select any theme, is always the same instead of the s5 theme it shows the s3 theme. My phone is a s3 mini I8190L, please help me, i REALLY WANT TO ENJOY YOUR ROM

TWRP recovery
I also have a problem getting into recovery after using this ROM. Please provide a method to get into recovery.
All methods seem to fail to get the device into recovery.

My phone was working perfectly until I flashed this ROM...now I'm in a bootloop.
I can get into Download mode, and I tried flashing the stock recovery, but it's still in bootloop.
My phone has now been rendered useless, and I had to buy another.
I'd hate to have to discard this one.
Is there any way at all to restore some kind of functionality?

The problem is: In Recovery with a Samsung S3 Mini and CWM installed also I used the easiest way to get to Recovery (the 3 button trick). And nowhere there cold there be an option of Turn Off things.
We was in the Samsung OS Recovery, not the CWM Recovery.
There are some apps who can easy bring the phone to the right recovery scene, and the most time consuming is the SDK-install-and-get-old.
Try vroot (nowadays iroot) ore use Odin and flash in a to-be-changed-but-right-now-rooted-image.
Then get the Quick Boot app and press Reboot Recovery.
It only took me seven hours on this forum to find someone who know what the problem was and he have a lot of fun with the other not-so-knowledged-person. This happen in all forums, I know,

All the normal stuff works well. Its also beautiful, trustworthy, faster-than-original and easy to set upp.

Hello, I tried to install virgnin 14 and 13, but I can't.
Before, I had CM11 (novafusion) and TWRP 7.2.
The procedure I used:
Factory reset
Install Virgin ZIP
Choose some options for my device (GT-I8190L)
Reboot
Wait more than 30 minutes
The result: "Samsung Glaxy SIII Mini" text and stays there.

I have the same issue.
It seems that no one is acknowledging that this is an issue for some new users of this ROM coming from other ROMs.
My phone has been rendered unusable for several weeks now because of this.
What we need is a way to restore the stock recovery so that we can fix our phones.

I'm very new to this too , but I would guess you have to change the format of your partitions from f2fs to ext4 first. To do that please read this at novafusion.pl/tutorials/ How to use f2fs? (S3 Mini) . This seems a common problem coming from CM to any non CM new rom.

That requires getting into the recovery...and that's the problem.
The device is in a bootloop, with no way to get into recovery.
I tried PhillZ, CWM, TWRP. None of them work.

OK. I am happy to report that I was able to restore my phone by flashing the latest stock ROM from Sammobile.
Needless to say, I won't be touching this ROM again.

even at 100% the camera flash is still not working properly, sometimes it would light up then would immediately turn of again, doesn't even work on assistive light. T.T
and when i'm on the camera app, it just blinks.

Testing!
Just finishing install this ROM, it seems to be good. It worked perfectly during the installation proccess. Was really fast!! Will post something else in a few days for more feedback.

I just tested even in a dark room and works perfect for me. I have an I8190!

which CM kernel are you trying to flash on a AOSP build?

I downloaded this rom and went by the instructions wiped everything and installed the Kernel , then the rom ,Gapps and as i always do used the converter for US Celluar with the LTE in it. here is what i found.
1- the Kernel I flashed had been replaced
2= rom is more laggy than i expected
3- I t kept wanting to update the Gapps even after i did it
4 When i use the converter with LTE and i go look in acces point network it is always been in there automatically on this rom it was not
I am going back to Mokee it runs so much smoother but will retry this one when some of the bugs are fixed. One thing comes to mind when i did all the wipind and before i started flashing i did not do a factory reset if this may be the problem will someone please let me know

Go to recovery and wipe cache partition. Then reboot. Issues should go. If you want,you could also wipe dalvik.

I have to stick with it for a while. It really is not stable even though I use the release version.

According to arrrghhh's post from may, any kernel means any kernel except stock. You should be good to go

i wiped both as i was suggested to and it made no difference as far as the Gapps keep wanting to update over and over again. I entered the apn manually and that seemed to work Still looking for the best 4.4.4 rom for my Electrify xt901 and one that will improve my battery life depending on the rom 8 hrs is the most i cxan get before it goes dead and yes i had the battery health checked it is good

What gapps u running?

pa_gapps-modular-mini-4.4.4-20141019-signed

Its quite possible that those gapps are awry. Try flashing pico. Very minimalistic

would you have a link for them by any chance ? Also this si the kernel i tried flashing arrrghhh-0.18-Stock
and I am using TWRP recovery version 27.01

I have problems with "People"
Click "People" -> Import contacts -> Import from SIM card or Import from storage or Export to SIM card -> Unfortunately, Contacts has stopped.
How to fix ?

BT problem
Hi,
I don't know where to ask this question, searched for answer but didn't find any. I have a problem with all nexus roms, when I'm connected to my Bluetooth hands-free and use a voice dialling, after I disconnect from BT, I can't hear anything on my phone speaker until I restart it. Anyone else had this problem? Currently I'm on Paranoid rom, .205 kernel with pico gapps and I installed google search from the market.
Also Paranoid rom soft reboots often when I'm in Settings->Applications, anything about this?
And Android system consumes most of my battery, about 35% but battery life is about 4-5 hours so it's ok.

Afer flashing the last update of pac-rom, i've got a boaloop (clean flash) i was in omnirom.

Failed flashing .207 kernel on my Sony Xperia SP C5302 | Dead Phone?
So I planned to use PAC ROM on my Xperia SP C5302, so i flashed the given kernel from here using CWM (Clock World Mod) and it makes my phone bootloop.
After managed to turn my phone off by holding power button and push the off button on the back of the phone until a vibration occurs, i searched another kernel on the xda forum and downloaded kernel for my c5302 (kernel_5302_205.sin). Then I flashed it with fast boot mode using flash tool.
After the last flash, now I can't do the following:
1. Turn the phone on
2. access CWM (Clock World Mod)
* No display or LED light when charging
When I hold the power on and the off button on the back of the phone, after a while the phone did vibrates but it didn't show any sign of hope besides the vibration even if I've wait for multiple times.
Any help would really be appreciated!!!

Can you connect phone in flashmode? If yes then flash the stock rom or any nandroid backup you have made. Hope this helps ?

Thanks for your reply.
I had tried to get into fast boot mode and flash mode but failed.
SUDDENLY out of the blue, my phone's LED just blinks. Then I rushed trying to connect my phone to my laptop and green LED is showing. So, I flashed it with a kernel that works and successfully booted up the phone and got into CWM.
Then i proceeded with the next step to install the ROM, which is rebooting recovery. But suddenly my phone died, i think it's out of battery... I'll try it again later. Hopefully it works!

Move to SD Card
After finding out that there will be no official Kitkat for SP, I started looking for Custom ROMS and found PAC Rom. With the latest build, how can I move apps to SD card? I managed to do it on the previous build. I've been only using for only less than a month. Thanks

First of all I have to say that I'm very much enjoying the PAC Rom I have been currently using RC-3 version and am very pleased with it. But I just had a quick question on how to disable my browser from opening in well sortoff not full screen? it's the best way to describe it, I searched everything in settings and couldn't find what I'm looking for.

You have to include it in the Heads up white list of apps. You will find it in settings>pac settings>heads up.

If you are not using ART, i recomend you to download a xposed module, "ObbToSd". With this you can move the obb of large apps to the sd and let there be more free space

PAC rom poblem
Got a problem with the PAC ROM. Whenever I unlock my phone or after some minutes of usage, the auto brightness comes on. It is very annoying, is there anyway to fix this?

omni i am using since a month ,though it has sm bugs bt trust me i love the smoothness and ram management it has,
i have used other most custom rom , bt this is best.
i want smoothness and ram management+battery thats all, i dont care about ui or features.

The latest version of the PAC has unmerged storage, I believe that the latest version of PA also be so.

Make sure you have a full backup of your device before doing anything else.
If you head over to the TWRP thread you will find a step by step installation guide to get TWRP installed, plus other important information.
You can flash any lollipop rom you like through TWRP just place the rom and gapps on your sdcard and follow the instructions provided in the roms thread.

Sorry I don't understand what you mean, are you trying to change your ringtone and it won't change?
If your ringtone resets after a reboot move the file to your internal SD card and set your ringtone again.

gapps problems
guys i had a bootstall and this is the only room that worked but the gapps refused to be installed via recovery so when i boot my phone i keep receiving google apps errors that won't allow me to do anything ?

What error did you get when flashing gapps? Did you check the md5 to make sure the download was ok?
What recovery are you using TWRP from the rom or something else?

Very low volume
First of all, Thanks a tonne for this ROM! Lightning fast and performance wise it is the best. . But, the both internal and external speaker volume is very low. I know xperia Z has low volume, but volume in this is very very low.. Can't even hear the phone ringing! Any fix for this?

This could be caused by the FauxSound Control I added in the last build, I personally use Viper4android which improves both the volume and quality immensely.
I can try reverting the FauxSound Control in the next build to see if that helps.

Possibly but you didn't answer any of the questions I asked, which will help getting the problem resolved.
Did you try downloading a different gapps package? The Banks gapps linked in the first post work perfectly for me and I am assuming everybody else because nobody else has reported this problem.

after few reboots it gets stuck on the Cyanogenmod logo wen't back for this rom cuz of a bigger problem with 5.1 and now i get this i seem to be very lucky

If you are downgrading from 5.1 and having issues I would recommend a full wipe so format system, factory reset then flash the rom and gapps.

Search for the viper4android thread it has all the info there to get it installed.
You could try disabling NuPlayer in Developer Options to see if that helps with music playback, I disable it so viper4android can work correctly, I haven't experienced any issues with music stopping.

Stock Lollipop is out..
Umm, since the new update is out..wouldn't this mean you can fix the problem where you cant hear the other person when talking on the phone? or has this bug been fixed? Also, since lollipop stock rom is out wouldn't it help developers like you to improve the newer builds and make it more stable?

Call bug was fixed ages ago, as far as I am concerned this rom is stable for use as a daily driver.
Once Sony releases Lollipop for the c6603 and the kernel and blobs are available then developers far more capable then myself will begin upgrading our device to take advantage of the new release.

If this is stable, then why is this not on the official cyangenmod website? also, which developers will use the new kernel and blobs to improve this ROM?

This release is not on the CyanogenMod website because it is an unofficial release as clearly stated in the OP, you asked if the rom was stable for daily driver use which I replied it was.
You can quite easily find details of device maintainers for most roms on their respective websites or by looking for their official thread here on xda.

Hi dev. I own a mi3 and I'm currently using the 2nd version of cm-cancro rom by bitti09. I would like to know that can I just flash this rom like updating rom or I need to wipe everything to flash this rom? And can I know the proper steps on how to flash this rom? Cause I spent 5 hours flashing bitti09's rom last time because of the partition thing cause he never posted installation steps lol. Please help me on the flashing guide! Thank you in advance!

You just need to copy the ROM to your phone and flash it with recovery TWRP recommended
There is no need for re partition this works with either of partition sizes

This is the only ROM I found which can work with CDMA2000!
I guess that must be the "RIL issue".
(I also tried SOKP/Mokee/BlissPop/AICP/XenonHD/PA but no one can work with CDMA stably)

Flashed this a few hours ago, the only problem is camera FC. It's not a big deal to me since I'm going to use another camera app anyway.
Everything runs so smooth, thank you for your hard work

@kundancool Just wondering, do you have any plan on using Alex's kernel? It has dt2w though.

Use this workaround: Switch on flight mode before you reboot.

Kundancool I accidentally updated via OTA twice to the official ones - how can I get back to your ROM?

Just flash this ROM on recovery as usual, no need to wipe data or cache, cause both ROMs are the same, only using different kernels and some tweaks by Kundacool

hey guys, is it just me or all of you that are currently using this rom is encountering low volume problem? Because since the first day I started using cyanogenmod 12.1 roms (Bitti's which is already discontinued, its official nightly build and kundacool's rom), the volume is so low. For example, there is 15 bars in volume adjustment and usually 11 is already consider fair loud in a room or in a cafe. But now 11 is not even half of the total volume! The volume is so low that I have to crank it up in ringtone, notification and media to 13-14 and worry that it might hurt the speaker. Please can the rom be tweaked so that the volume is higher before it reaches the max? It would be great to have that kind of volume level back.
