Hi guys, I was trying to unlock the bootloader on my Atrix HD with with motopocalypse, but it just gets stuck in * daemon started successfully * message and doesn't do anything else. I already have root access. Here are two images with more info about my phone:
i.imgur.com/5iexuh8.png
i.imgur.com/hjPPxyq.png
I have tried several times and still no luck. I already have all USB drivers installed and everything in the phone is working. Can anybody help me, please?
That is because USB Debuging is not set from the Developer Options Menu on your settings

Oh my... I can't believe how stupid I was! I was just turning on the Developer Settings and not the USB Debugging itself! As you can see it was 5 am, so I think that is because of that, I was not totally awake :cyclops:.
I already ran the Unlocker, and it said that is unlocked in the CMD of Windows. In the phone during the process it says Device is UNLOCKED. Status Code: 3.
Look at this: i.imgur.com/54xkEhb.png
As you can see, the process seems OK in the Windows Console, and in the phone also looks like the video on youtube (youtube.com/watch?v=KW45FPZNv4g)
It looks exactly like in the video, but... The Warning on boot animation is not showing. I already did the process like 7 times, but it's still the same. Is this normal?
Thank you for your help, I really, really appreciate it!
Edit: In the Fastboot option on Boot it shows UNLOCKED, State 3, but still no Warning Animation.
Felisidades..... I haven't seen this happened before but it looks like you are unlocked my friend. Feliz testeo

I think I have similiar problem. I had insertcoin and flashed firmware -> looptroop -> recovery was flashed as well -> reflashed CWM. I think my phone is empty now and adb does not find devices so sideload does not work.. It was working earlier so is it bricked now?

Hey dude,
Alright this is what you need to do:
I assume you're using At&t STOCK ROM (4.1.1)
1. Root Your phone (look in xda how to root it)
2. Download SQlite Editor from Play Store (it's a paid app but well worth it)
3. open SQlite Editor and Grant Superuser permission.
4. Now, you will see a list of all the apps installed in your phone
5. Scroll down until you find "SETTINGS STORAGE". The icon will be a wrench and a red hammer. click on it.
6. Now you will see "settings.db" click on it.
7. You'll see 3 items listed. Click on "settings"
8. now you'll see a list (an excel looking list). Find "ENTITLEMENT_CHECK" (line 57 for me)
9. you will see a 1 next to it. Change that "1" to "0" or "disabled" without the quotations. ( 0 worked for me)
10. Reboot.
11. Go into homescreen>settings>tethering&mobile hotspot
12. enable
13. ENJOY!

maybe not a video... but here is what you'll need to root it. It's called motochopper from Dan Rosenberg (djrbliss)
http://www.droidrzr.com/index.php/topic/15208-root-motochopper-yet-another-android-root-exploit-412/
The Motochopper exploit is attached to this thread. It may be used as follows:
1. Download motochopper.zip (link above)
2. Extract the entire contents of the zip file.
3. If you are using Windows, ensure you have installed the latest Motorola USB drivers available for your phone.
4. Ensure USB Debugging mode is enabled on your device.
5. If you are using Windows, navigate to the extracted directory and execute "run.bat". If you are using Linux or OS X, navigate to the extracted directory in a terminal and execute "./run.sh".
As always, future OTA updates may remove the ability to regain root access, so proceed with caution when updating. Enjoy!

I have a problem. Went to tether to my girlfriend phone and she connects but it's like no internet is passing to her. I can scroll on Facebook and use the browser normally and her phone won't do nothing just stick loading and end up throwing unable to connect. (That's like when your connected to your router but there's no internet coming to the router). What could be causing this?

It seems that for carriers other than AT&T in addition to changing entitlement_check to 0 you also need to change dun_apn_changeable to 1 and add ",dun" to your APN type (or create a copy of it with ",dun" added).

Well I did the change to 1 on the Dan_apn_changeable but if I add dun to my APN type internet won't turn on. And if I remove the dun from it and turn on internet plus mobile hotspot it still will do the problem mentioned before. Any fix?

My APN Type is "default, supl, admin, dun". See if this works.
From Terminal app enter the following command with root privileges
settings put secure dev_force_show_navbar 1
