No confirmation email. Try emailing/calling customer service, you won't be able to change anything via the website.

Submit a change of address with your post office and it should get automatically forwarded. You can do a change of address online, its easy.

This is confusing. It appears to invalidate the extension they already put out on the trade up offer. This says you have to have bought the one between the 2nd and 5th. What happens to someone like me who bought on the 1st?

Don't you love how they offer you a 'deal' for preordering but 2 weeks later they offer a better deal you don't qualify for?
Anyway, I ordered one for my dad 2 days ago which will be delivered today and here I discover this promotion that starts today. I emailed them asking if he can qualify because this offer will buy his EVO 3D for 100 bucks, which is more than I expect him to get from craigslist.

I went to the HTC site and put in my old phone details so I could see how much I would get. I used the promo code "HTC100" as directed. I put in all my info for the trade in phone and it said I could save the info and they would send an email with a link to get back and finish the process after buying the phone.
After I went and got the ONE, I got the email and it had a personal ID # and a link to continue but it just takes me back to the original site that wants me to input all the info again. The instructions in the email say that the link is supposed to take you to a page where you can input the personal ID# that they sent me. I don't see anyplace to do this and unfortunately the HTC100 code only works once so I can't even start over.
Anyone else have any experience with this?

I had the same problem and eventually went to a different browser with that same link. I also started all over and ended up with a different personal id# for the same info/phone trade in.

On that same page look up at the top at Status/Login.
Click that and enter your estimate ID.

Wife and I just got $100 each for our old Heros we had lying around. For once, as a consumer, I feel I like the big corporation is the sucker and not me. Thanks HTC.

Thanks but they sent me a "personal ID#" not an estimate ID#. The personal ID didn't work in the login.
I sent a comment to their support. Hopefully I'll get a reply before the weekend is over (yeah, right).
At least Sprint will give me something for my EVO 4G LTE if this craps out, just won't be as much.

When you say they gave you $100 for your old ppc6800 mogul, are you implying that you already received the visa card in the mail? I shipped my phone out 2 weeks ago and the status online says there are still waiting to receive it

T-Mobile Flex Netflix free for 6 months

Who's all taking advantage the Netflix free for 6 months if you buy a LG G Flex? Is the deal for new and current Netflix customers? Guess you just cancel current subscription and put it in a different name if just for current customers. I thought the Flex was a bit high but the 50 buck savings on Netflix helps.

It's also for existing customers, i applied it to my account and it credited me right at $48. One of the main reasons why i decided to give it a try was because it lowered the phone down to $624 which in my opinion is a great deal.
I to was worried about having to do a new account, just sign in and apply credit. You'll need the code from your email to get it.
Go to T-Mobile's lg g flex page click on the part were it talks about netflix, then click more info and just follow instructions.

Im with ATT but if I was on Sprint I still wouldn't I use my parents Netflix account even when im at my apartment, >.- Free is good. My other friends let me use their Netflix accounts too. Just hook up with a friend recommend even splitting the price so you both pay half and both get to use it.

Supposely we're getting $500 worth of freebies, but how do you go about getting them? I already have many of these apps like Linkedin and Evernote, so it's really just the premium services that are the freebies. There aren't anyway to access them.

I did just that, and it opens up my current app. Example - Evernote, I click open and I click on upgrade to premium and there's a fee vs. the free 3 months subscription Samsung said it offered. Same goes with LinkedIn.

Are you talking about where do you go for them, or do you mean your clicking them and their not redeeming? I just got my S5 and the gift link was on the 3rd home screen and when you click it, brings them all up to download on the phone. Like you kinda useless since I have stuff that's already on there, I may use it for the Linked in business credit.

Download it from the Samsung store under the Galaxy gifts section.
It may have been Box instead of Dropbox. It was one of those.

I downloaded the updated PayPal app from the Samsung app store and registered my fingerprint. It says on the Samsung.Com website that the gift would be accepted by PayPal merchants so I went to ebay and shopped. My backup card with PayPal has expired so there's technically no money to be taken from there and my PayPal balance is less than a dollar; however, I was able to purchase 2 cases, a screen protector and Bluetooth headphones. I received confirmation emails on all orders. Either PayPal paid for those items, they'll be denied or I'll have a negative balance on my account. I'll know for sure this week. Thought it might be worth a try.

I ordered it the same day that the full version of Samsung Pay came out, which I think was the 28th of September.
Come to think of it, I had a lot of issues getting the order to complete since I think the site was getting hammered with requests for the offer. I am thinking that may be how I wound up getting 2 of them. I remember having to try and re-submit the order multiple times because it would time out on almost each step.
So 30 days from order to front door. That's not too bad for that kind of promotion. Faster than most rebates too.

Has to be a new offer.

The T&C say no.
I put in for each of our phones.... so 3 of them should be delivered.

I got the phone on 9/29 signed up the same day. Rooted it and said goodbye to samsung pay 10/29. Coincidentally the same day they shipped me the free charger.

The new offer is not working on my wife's note5. She just signed up and added a card today but the app says the promotion is expired. WTF Samsung!

I noticed the dates on the app are dofferent. Maybe try their website. What cards are yall using? I'm having trouble just trying to find a correct card

Its worth a shot anyways. This time they don't provide a promo code that is on your phone like they did with the first promo. Samsung got smart and are tracking it by IMEI and Wifi MAC Address this time around so it should only be a 1 time thing now.

Why are you surprised? Once you do the offer and get the promo code and make the Samsung order, Samsung doesn't check to see if you are still using it.

Awesome reply. However I've already been on their website along with their app. I have 2 of the 5 cards they say to have and they don't work. Hence my question what cards are you guys using?

I had 5 different Amex cards linked and working for a month before i got rid of it and finally rooted it a few days ago

I've been able to sign up for it but the status has been "pending" for like over a week now.

It took me almost a month, but I finally got mine delivered this week. Works and was completely free. Can't complain.
