Showbox working for everyone? - Nexus 6 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I have been using Showbox for a while now on my M8 but now I get a server error on my Nexus 6. Wondering if the encryption on this phone is to blame.

it works great

The talk of this topic is illegal. Pay for the shows/movies you want to watch.

As zephiK said above. We don't allow discussion of apps that violate copyright.

Free apps?

i heard you can get free apps by following MOD EDIT - Link removed due to warez
I asked to be approved to follow ..we'll see.
i hope these apps you speak of are not warez. talking about warez on xda is likely to result in a ban.

you guys really are very homo when it comes to responding to people's post. Did he mention anything about warez? It is a twitter account that might or might not send you an app that is illegal to send or it is not.
He is not saying the twitter account sends you paid apps free. He just says you get free apps. If you look throught the market, there are thousands of free apps.
People need to stop being so ignorant when it comes to trying to report a supposed warez thread and posting BS that has nothing to do with the original post.
I'll be following that twitter account and hopefully it is chock-full of f'n warez! Get a life or start posting pertinent information, douche.
it is so funny...
the word "giveaway" implies that something is given away that is else not to be gotten for free... otherwise they wouldn't have to be "given away" would they... since they would be available for free download on the market anyway...
so yes, i am very sure it's warez

You are using "homo" as an adverb? Learn some sensitivity before you comment on others lack thereof.

First off, your response is insulting, annoys me and has no place in this forum. Your lucky I'm in a good mood!! Further posts like this will result in a ban heading your way. Try and treat others with respect!!
I consider this matter closed
As for the link, to give away FREE sounds to good to be true and is likely warez, hence why it was reported in the first place which we mods appreciate as warez IS NOT PERMITTED IN ANY WAY OR FORM!
I will check out link and close if necessary

[Q] Solution needed for casual forum discussion

I seem to be having a lot of email discussions recently between groups of people. Having such discussions over email obviously has some big disadvantages compared to discussion forums.
What I need is a website that will allow me to create an ad-hoc discussion topic and limit it to a closed group of people. Ideally this will be achieved by having an obscure URL to the topic such that people do not need to register and its simply a case of sharing the URL (similar to how you can share private YouTube videos or Picasa albums).
Does anyone have any suggestions for this?

Yeah. But the service is still in Beta. From the track record of the company though, it'll never leave BETA.
It's called Google+
Ok, it's not a fully functional discussion forum but I managed to find this website which seems to a workable solution: http://www.quicktopic.com
WWW.theofftopic.com

Thanks for the links but I'm not sure why this is different from any other forum site. It doesn't appear to allow me to setup a private discussion topic. Have I missed something on those sites?

Tinder Plus Activation?

Is there any way to activate tinder plus through xposed? The only tinder folder I can find on my phone is com.tinder in the root/data folder. The contents are hidden.
Xposed is not for people to get around paying for features in apps. Also such talk is discouraged.

Damn. Do you know what forums allows such talk?
No.
Not only is the discussion of warez discouraged, it is strictly forbidden here. Thread closed, do not discuss warez on XDA in future.

AD-Free Version of BBC News App?

Does anyone have an ad-free version of the BBC News app. I swear every video I try watching on the app plays the SAME ad. It's so annoying. Just wondering if there's a version of the app out there that's ad-free that I can use. Using adblock when my Note 5 was rooted just killed the ability to even watch videos on the app so maybe there's another version of it with ads removed or block natively on it? Or something, I don't know.
Thanks.
Thread cleaned.
Discussion of Lucky Patcher is not allowed on XDA. It is considered warez.
Forum Rules
6. Do not post or request warez.
If a piece of software requires you to pay to use it, then pay for it. We do not accept warez nor do we permit members to request, post, promote or describe ways in which warez, cracks, serial codes or other means of avoiding payment, can be obtained or used. This is a site of developers, i.e. the sort of people who create such software. When you cheat a software developer, you cheat us as a community.

You can buy the adfree version.
I just view the BBC via Samsung beta web browser with adbloc but that doesn't stop the video ads. Agreed it's so irritating that I just don't bother watching the videos anymore.

oneplus community forum

im very surprised to see that oneplus community forum behaves like dictators.if we ask for any feature or ask or tell about anything against it then some starts to abuse us and country and moderators try to close thread as soon as possible.
totally useless if we dont get a proper platform to share this.thats why sharing here otherwise they would have closed it.
asked for native video call there for oneplus 3t and they closed the thread
just use google duo, whatsapp video, skype or what else.. be wise enough to ask dev adding feature that majority dsnt use that...
It's their forum and there are rules to follow, like here.
So, if you open a request-thread here in the wrong section and the mods delete it, are you planning in visiting other forums and blaming XDA.for being dictators too?
