Hey guys i think i accidentally flashed twrp onto the boot partiton instead of the recovery patition(fastboot flash boot twrp)*note anyone reading this please do not do this*. Now the phone is unable to boot at all and it almost does not work at all but when i connected it to my laptop running ubuntu it shows up in adb as "List of devices attached CB5A1PLJZU recovery" and view in file explorer as "aosp for mako" for some reason. Any ideas on how I can get my phone back up and running will be much appreciated, in the mean time I will go into a deep depression and reflect on my self and my actions.... someone please save me
Either flash the correct boot.img from whatever rom you're using via fastboot, or flash a stock FTF with Flashtool.
How to package and flash stock roms in FTF format
Also, you're asking for trouble using files for the mako. This device is the yuga.

I cant boot into fastboot any more so the Flash tool does not recognize the device at all. I am uploading the picture for the aosp for mako in file explorer. Most of these folders are empty.

Just to double check. You are using an Xperia Z, correct?
Anyway, power off the device (hold power and volume up for 15 seconds. It will vibrate 3 times and power down), then hold volume up while connecting the device to your PC. That should enter fastboot mode.

hi guys i have the same problem... I flashed in fastboot mode the wrong boot.img... Now I cant Power On, when i try to charge my phone, after 5 minutes the phone is turned on but only in the logo and... after 5 or 10 minutes is turned off ( very hot too)... I think the phone has low battery (0%) - Charge 5 min. -- then Power On and Discharge -- Finally Power Off... I need the battery charged over 50%?? :crying:
I Cant restart the phone, cant get the fastboot mode, Flash Tool dont recongnize, says "Device Disconected"
(This is not the first time i do this)
PD: When i try to flash the rom i get this error.
20/035/2015 20:35:55 - INFO - Preparing files for flashing
20/035/2015 20:35:55 - ERROR - Cannot delete C:\Flashtool\.\firmwares\prepared\boot

Hey guys,
seams like there went something wrong when trying to install latest cynagen Mod to my Xperia T - Now it is blak screen, is not recognized by flashtools or fastboot (so i cannot flash anything else). The LED is also not doing anything at all. The only thing that "works" is if i keep the power button pressed longer for 10 sec, my phone vibrates and shows the Sony logo - nothing else.
What i did: I opened the bootloader (which seemed to work, bootet the device afterwards and everything was ok), then i followed this instruction to install cynagen mod: wiki.cyanogenmod.org/w/Install_CM_for_mint
After Step 5 (Open a terminal on the PC and enter the following:
fastboot -i 0xfce flash boot boot.img
fastboot -i 0xfce reboot
While the device reboots, press the Volume rockers a few times to load recovery. )
the phone was dead. So i think there was something wrong with flashing the boot.img, but i see no way how to "undo" this, becuase of no tool will see my phone on the pc...
I really appreciate any help! Thanks, Simon

Maybe your battery is dead. Keep the power button pressed with a rubber band while it charges (wall charger) for a few hours. Then try to put it in fastboot mode and flash a kernel/boot.img with Flashtools, which is a lot simpler and less prone to typo errors than doing it yourself in a terminal/command line.
Also, you might rather look up tutorials here in XDA instead of on the CM site; they generally tend to be a lot easier to understand and even more practical.
If the phone displays the Sony logo then there's nothing wrong with the battery probably.
Use Flashtool to install a stock FTF is the first thing to do. CM requires an unlocked bootloader, I'm assuming you have a locked bootloader.

Last CM kernels are buggy.
Try with an older kernel, that you can pick from here (our device is MINT): http://fxpblog.co/cyanogenmod/cyanogenmod-11/
Few days ago my device got bricked, when I press the power button it gives me a red light (2 times) when I plug it in to a wall charger, light keeps constant... I've charged the device for 12 + hours and then tried to reflash stock roms 4.1 and 4.3 (CE/AU/GE) using latest flash tool. It gives me an error at the end of processing System.sin. I changed data cables, try different pcs but nothing did work. Then I tried to update the phone using PC Companion but it didn't worked. Then someone told me to flash the files without System.sin using flashtool and then extract System.sin using 7zip and flash it using Fastboot software. (command line software) when I try to flash from there it says FAILED : File size is too large. Please help me out. I'm really pissed off right now because there are no sony care centers in our country. Someone please help me out. I really appreciate your help. Thanks loads :crying:
PS : I can unlock/relock bootloader.

If you wish this will take some quite amount of time. And above all theoretically constructed. But I do wish it could help you. Now lets get dirty!
REQUIREMENTS:
DoomLord's Advanced Stock Kernel
An unlocked bootloader!
Flashtool
A .ftf of your desired firmware
I am assuming your device is now capable of turning on (battery juice present).
Overview
You will create a flashable zip of the stock ROM with Flashtool. Afterwards flash it through recovery
Procedures
Whilst having a stock ftf in hand, follow MrSteve's handy guide on how to create a stock ROM .zip (Post doesn't tell you how to extract an ftf! Its easy, rename the file extension to .zip and extract the contents (.sins (lol)) to an another folder. If otherwise your zip manager support ftf extraction, then proceed on your own method)
Flash DoomLord's kernel via fastboot in flashtool
Connect your phone in fastboot mode (hold down vol up while device is powered off then connect to your computer. you can release vol button once phone is detected)
Flash DoomLord's advanced kernel by selecting the Lightning icon in the toolbar, select Fastboot mode, then select "Select Kernel to Flash". Navigate to and choose your downloaded DoomLord's kernel
Unplug your phone upon completion.
Turn the phone on, while on LED light, press volume up key repeatedly until your phone gets into recovery.
Wipe your phone clean! Please wipe /system, /data, /cache and dalvik. You are encouraged to also factory reset through the recovery.
Flash your self-made stock zip.
Reboot and lots of prays
Thank you so much, I followed your instructions and managed to flash it... Then I got offline charging error. Then I relocked my bootloader and and flashed stock rom 4.3. It flashed... Now phone works but offline charging is not working. Any solution :crying:

Have you tried specifically flashed stock ROM through flashtool after successfully flashed the zip you created earlier? In fact this problem shouldn't happen. And from what I remember, this might have to do with Kernel.
Please flash again the stock ftf. If is still fails, please get me to know it. You can untick DATA APP etc under the WIPE section in Flashtool when you are selecting a firmware. This will preserve your data and everything.
Hey there. I'm having a bit of an issue regarding the recovery on my phone. I rooted it quite some time ago but now I'd like to upgrade it to Kitkat 4.4.4 but when I try to enter recovery mode, it just boots normally. I have installed ROM Manager some time ago and I believe I may have changed my recovery, but it was either CWM or TWRP so there's nothing else. I tried using the "Boot into recovery" option but the phone won't go into recovery. I tried many different combinations upon boot but none have worked. Can someone help me, I'm running 4.3 9.2.A.1.210. I have USB Debugging enabled.
Cheers.
Most (or even all) of the custom roms have built-in recovery. So, if you want to flash some custom rom, you extract the "boot.img" from the zip and flash it via FlashTool using fastboot mode (to put Xperia V into fastboot mode hold volume up button while connecting the phone to tbe pc and the led should turn blue. If it turns green then try holding the other volume button.). And then you just select the lightning icon in FlashTool, choose fastboot mode, on the right side in the middle is an option to flash kernel and just find the boot.img you extracted and select it. Keep in mind that your bootloader must be UNLOCKED and you must install fastboot drivers before doing this.
Btw...your phone will stay in the fastboot mode only for a couple of seconds so you have to be quick...I always find the boot.img first, then put my phone into fastboot mode and then just select the image to flash it.

Guys, if anyone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated. Ok, here's my situation I tried to root my phone using kingroot but it keeps randomly rebooting. So, I've read somewhere that you can change kinguser to supersu by using supersu me. That's what I did now what happened is after installing and rebooting my phone is now in bootloop. So tried reflashing using flashtool but everytime it says that usb debugging must be on and there's no way for me to do that. Is there anyway for me to recover my phone and fix it? Hope you guys can help me.
P.S. Sorry if this is not the right place to post this. Thanks.

Have you installed Sony drivers before using FlashTool?
Only flashtool can recover you from this situation and remember to press up or down button and then connect the USB cable. Then only it will boot into flashmode

I've just had a similar experience using kingroot on stock lollipop.. It's a horrible app and of no use really.. This is how i got out of it and rooted my phone properly: download a .ftf stock rom for your region, search in the cross device section for perfcreator, fastboot tool and look in xenius9's thread for a boot.img (recovery, doesn't matter if it's a CM12 img or not for now) and finally a flashable zip supersu and NUT's dual recovery INSTALLER (important this) for ZR..
Place the boot.img in the folder you extracted the fastboot tool to, open perfcreator and point it to your stock ftf firmware and to your supersu zip.. press create and this will make a proper rooted flashable zip firmware, which you place in your SD-card on your phone.. (I used my friends phone to place the firmware onto the SD card and put it back on my hone)
Open the folder with fastboot tool and also include the boot.img.. Power off your phone and press vol-up while you connect your usb cable.. The led will turn blue showing your in fastboot mode, and put the cursor on your pc on a empty space in the fastboot folder, hold shift and right-click... This will open a pop-up and select "open command window here"..
A black screen will appear and type the following: fastboot flash boot boot.img.. press enter
this will take 3 seconds and you will have a working recovery on your phone for now..
Now type in the same black screen: fastboot reboot..
Your phone will boot and you press vol-up or down to get to recovery.. the led will show pink or green ..
wipe your cache/data/system and once done, install the rooted firmware you placed on your sd card.. This will remove the recovery you have installed once you reboot but once you have set your phone up, go to settings/about/build number and press several times until you have unlocked developer options.. go to developer options and check debugging..
connect your phone to the pc, open the dual recovery installer and follow the instructions
You now have a fully rooted phone with recovery installed... Sounds complicated maybe but just take your time and you'll be fine..
I installed the latest 12.24 alpha version (http://bigota.d.miui.com/5.12.24/miui_MI3WMI4WAlpha_5.12.24_1e8fc7c2ed_6.0.zip) of MIUI 7 - MM (someone posted link on CM13 thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=64500712&postcount=154)
I was on extended partition before. Everything succesfully got flashed in TWRP. But after rebooting system, phone died.
Connecting to PC I can see the device as QHUSUB (might have misspelled) and can see lots of drives connected (which it asks to format to use, which I won't as it ends up badly)
Any solution now? Otherwise like last time it got bricked, I will wait a day to battery get drained and than possibly hope for Fastboot to come back though I believe this issue can be fixed via PC only, not sure.
And I guess it got bricked due to extended partition as the ZIP probably merges both System.

Don't worry have you backup you data?
if you have, just install the driver for qhusb
then your phone should be able to recognises by MIflash then flash any fastboot rom, You phone should be good to go.
I had a similar issue but i tried to hold the power button for like 30 seconds and the phone booted. If it didn't work, you should follow this thread: en.miui.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=73348&highlight=Mi3%2Bunbrick&mobile=no

Did you personally tried that? Because flash all bat do uses fastboot to flash, which can't be accessed.
I wonder whether the other one u poster doesn't use fastboot, cant check the file content atm
I have tried many times
last times tried 3 hours ago, for alpha 5.12.24
my video under explain
http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=fSl9xrR_J4g
@murattiy that flash file didn't help either as it was based upon fastboot
But, the device was directly detected in MiFlash and simple flashing made it run lol
you need to do İnstall spacial flash_all.batt change to in flash_all.batt "cancro_global_images_V7.0.5.0.KXDMICI_20151016.0000.3_4.4_global"
dont use miFlash .. enough u clik speical flash_all.batt
If your device not boot into fastboot/recovery mode press power button for around 30-40 seconds .
and still not boot into fastboot/recovery mode
battery cable exist than try.. i tried many times))
