how can i get into CDMA Test Mode,i use memo input 47*68#13580 can't enter!!!! please help me help me

Had JW6 but after few hours though the wifi signal shows strong , cannot connect to internet.
Tried to install Dark Night and tried to register my email address but cannot connect either.
Is my modem screwed ? Can anyone help please ?

I Move To Settings >MobileNetwork> And I Try To Select The Network Mode But Can't Select Is Hide
Now Can I Ask This Mobile Phone Can I Use Call And Text here In Phillipines..
Please Help me 1week To Resolved This Problem but i dont Have See Solution..
