nothing, this isn't an issue and will not prevent the phone to works normally. If you absolutely want it back, reflash the stock firmware.

You are on hboot 1.55, MID PN0711000 and CID J15 which mean you main version should be something like 3.??.401.?
The only RUU avaialbe for your phone variant is 1.29.401.2 and will require S-OFF to be flashed and hboot to be downgraded to 1.44 first.
But if you achieve s-off then you can change your CID and MID and use any RUU for M7_U or M7_UL on your phone.

Thanks

M7_UL radios works fine on M7_U. Just keep in mind you won't have LTE on a M7_U even if you use a M7_UL firmware/radio/roms/or whatever

From what I see from your ''fastboot getvar all'' your CID is HTC__J15 and MID PN0711000 so you need a .401 base RUU like this one : http://www.htc1guru.com/dld/ruu_m7_u_jb_50_htc_europe_1-29-401-2_r_radio_4a-14-3250-13_10-33-1150-01_release_311663_signed_2_4-exe/ not a .707
But you are S-on, you shouldn't be able to run a RUU because it require Hboot downgrade to 1.44 (you are on 1.54)
Maybe you should go with a guru reset from htc1guru.com or attemp to s-off and run the 1.29.401 ruu.exe

if i down grade my hboot is it gonna effect my device preformance and can i receive the OTA updates??
why getting S-ON is Big mistake...??

We don't care! Let me explain: you have to downgrade hboot to 1.44 to be able to run that ruu I linked above. After the ruu process is complete you will receive ota and hboot will update to latest version avail.
LilbrownMeko said:

Yes after a RUU restore, your device will be 100% stock (stock OS, stock recovery etc...) so as long your MID and CID match the ruu, you will receive ota updates.

Allways stay s-off !!! If you still were s-off, you simply had to run that ruu.exe i linked above. Now with s-on you can't downgrade hboot. Nothing guarantee you will be able to s-off again when you go back s-on. so better to stay s-off.
now go read that thread I linked above (nkk71 guide to return stock) and you will find many options to return stock. You can also use a decrypted ruu.zip and edit the android-info.txt to match your mid and cid.

1- yes, i saw that, but didnt care cause you're s-off; it sometimes happens when trying to flash a firmware package and it doesnt go through successfully.
2- SuperCID is 11111111 (8 ones), then you can use any ruu you like, but it won't let you get any OTAs
3- so recommend you set HTC__J15, so you can receive OTAs
4- keep S-OFF !!

sorry, didnt understand exactly, so you ran the RUU -> so yes, you'll be 100% stock (including stock recovery, which is needed anyway), you reboot and get the notification for update to 2.24.401.2 and during update it goes to stock recovery which is normal.
What am i misunderstanding?

How about flashing the Firmware from this thread:

It seems OK as per the Image in the thread, it is safe to flash a firmware for a m7_UL on a M7_U phone. Mine is _U.

no, the official ruu cannot be S-OFFed. You need ARHD or any other Sense ROM. 31.6 is the best for S-OFF

Why do you need to go back to stock? Warranty/selling?
because with S-On you can only get your bootloader to say RELOCKED, it will never say LOCKED unless you S-Off.

Two more questions
1- do you care about bootloader saying RELOCKED instead of LOCKED?
2- do you ever need to S-Off you device?

You should be able to use any rom you want ... with no s-off you just can't downgrade your firmware or change your CID / MID
This Stock Rom should work fine on your phone >> http://www.androidrevolution.org/downloader/download.php?file=One_6.09.401.5_odexed.zip
If you have a problem flash TWRP 2.6.3.3 it works best with ARHD Roms
and Here's the Stock GPe Rom .. it may need s-off not sure on your phone

As @clsA said unfortunately nothing you can do with s-on. You need s-off to downgrade and there is no ruu for your current version.
You need to get s-off or flash a custom Rom
Do you mind if I ask, did you unlock your bootloader when your device was on Android 4.3 or just recently?

Yeah sorry, mine and @clsA questions about your unlocking the bootloader were about a different discussion. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=57932209
As clsA warned, DO NOT relock your bootloader for any reason. You probably won't be able to Unlock it again.

You need the 7.19.401.22 RUU or newer (7.19.401.31, 7.19.401.51). Look in the general section of this forum, you'll find a sticky thread with the correct RUUs and instructions how to flash it.
cant found :'( if you have any link with instruction will be great

There is a 7.19.401.22 ruu, a 7.19.401.31 version (that one for S-OFF only) and a 7.19.401.51 version. I'm pretty sure of what I'm saying since I have uploaded these files myself.
Would recommend to use the 7.19.401.51 version which is the latest one or if you don't care downloading and installing 2 ota updates, just use the 7.19.401.22 version.

It's normal that there some bypassed items. If the end result was successful that's what matters.
