In Europe, 510 is listed as RM-914 on Turkcell.
I have no idea, nor can find the RM# for AT&T version of 510. Does anyone know?
I did some digging on my own trying to figure out:
According to Phone Arena,
GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 - all versions
I believe this means both 914 and all other versions use the exact same voice radio, and would work anywhere in the world.
Turkcell and Vodafone uses GSM 900, and Avea uses 1800. Good with all 3.
AT&T uses GSM 850 and 1900
HSDPA 900 / 2100 - RM-914
HSDPA 850 / 1900 / 2100 - RM-915 (I believe this is AT&T version since AT&T uses 850/1900 for 3G)
HSDPA 850 / 1700 / 1900 / 2100 - RM-917 (I believe this is the one sold by T-Mobile)

Thanks,
I took the plunged and ordered 2 Lumia 520's.
The only problem I see is that AT&T has put a restriction on SIM unlocking, I can't find anyone who will unlock this phone for cheap, and reports indicate most of them are refunding and claiming they are unable to unlock it.
AT&T Lumia 520 is RM-915

520? Which one?
Either one, both should work for me since they both seem to have similar networks, I just need one that can work on same data networks as RM-914. I will be sending this over to be used on Turkcell.
I have a Lumia 1520 RM-940 and would like to enable the AWS band 4 spectrum for HSPA+ (1700/2100) that the RM-938 has. The ATT version has LTE band 4 available and my understanding is ATT disables the HSPA network. If I flashed the RM-938 ROM would this enable AWS on the phone? Also, if so, any specific Process I should use. Need for Wind Mobile in Canada. Thanks
Hi, I have a ATT Lumia 1520 RM-940 that has built in support for LTE 1700 (band 4) but not HSPA+ (probably ATT locked).
RM-938 has same frequencies as RM-940 but has HSPA+ enabled 1700 frequency. If I flash it, do you think I could possibly enable the HSPA+ support? Thanks
Is there a way to enable LTE bands 3, 7 and 20 (800, 1800 and 2100 GHz) in Lumia 928?
Via diagnostics, flashing or any other similar way?
Thanks a lot in advance!

Hi,
I don't think so. The Lumia 928 has the 4G LTE band 13 (700 MHz), no more.
Well, the reason why I asked that was the specifications given by several phone related websites such as gsmarena and phonearena.
An example:
http://www.phonearena.com/phones/Nokia-Lumia-928_id7765
There it's said Lumia 928 would have LTE bands used in Europe, i.e. 800, 1800 and 2600 Ghz. But when I placed a 4G/LTE SIM card into the phone, it's only HSPA+ and not LTE. The operator I'm using uses those aforementioned LTE bands.
The way it's done on Samsung android devices is:
1) Put the phone in diagnostic mode. Dial ##DMMODE# (some models will be different).
2) Connect phone to Windows PC via USB cable and Windows will install Samsung diagnostic drivers.
3) Use QPST/QXDM Windows app on PC to enable additional LTE bands.

If your Lumia 928 is using Qualcomm chipset, you may be able to do the same. Most difficult part of this exercise is finding out how to get your phone into diagnostic mode and whether there are diagnostic drivers for your phone.

It actually also has LTE Band 4, but it was never activated in firmware. There are ways to select radio bands on Lumias (see my post at WindowsCentral for the 1520 (RM-940) for AWS HSPA+), however it doesnt appear to work on CDMA Windows Phones and I haven't found a way of calling up the Field Test Mode on them (928/Icon/8x/M8).
Hi everyone.
I currently have a Lumia 640 with the Tmobile FFU installed.
I'm using it on public mobile
I'm wondering if there are any other FFU files that would work with Public Mobile.
The Tmobile one does not upgrade to Win10 without me having to install insider. Or should I just keep it on the Insider production build?
Public Mobile Network info:
For 3G use (UMTS/HSPA): 850MHz/1900MHz bands
For 4G/LTE use: 1700MHz/2100MHz bands
For 4G/LTE use: 700 MHz band
Thanks
