Booked Nexus 6 on 9th December
Supposed to be dispatched by 30th Jan.
Till date no shipment. Google Support doesn't seem to know the problem.
Can anyone help

Flipkart has plenty of stock right now... They should ship it by now
I was in the same boat as you.. Had ordered 32gb mb on 9th dec... But looking at the supply crisis, i cancelled the play store order and purchased the phone from flipkart... Have been using the device for more than a month now... And i am actually happy that i decided to cancel the play store order

I've been following the shipping thread and clearly many people are annoyed at google for assorted reasons.
I won't go into those here, I personally didn't think they had been terrible (not great) until a post I read yesterday.
It now seems Google have informed Play customers that anyone who pre-ordered a 16GB unit after 30th June will now have to wait until 20th July for shipping.
Yet tons of other retailers are now shipping and selling in store the 16GB units.
So basically we have a situation where Google has accepted pre-orders early July and then knowingly shipped 16GB product to other retailers knowing full well they wouldn't be able to cover Play store pre-orders. That is disgusting to my mind.
I ordered my 16GB on 28 Jun, and haven't heard anything yet....
Check out how screwed Canada is getting. Here is when Google is saying that 16GB units ordered in June are shipping:
US: July 19
UK: July 20
Australia: July 19
Canada: July 24-31 (? 1-2 weeks from July 17)
Meanwhile there are 16GB for sale in multiple stores. I am on the edge of just buying one somewhere else and telling them to shove their useless pre-order.

It's just wrong.
From the start Google should have said Play store preorders will be allowed until say 7th July at which point they stop, they then should have ensured they had enough stock to cover those before sending out to other retailers.
Very obviously if someone pre-orders from Google on the 4th July they should get it sooner or at least the same time as someone else that preorders the same item from another retailer on the 15th July.

I ordered one on Monday after I unexpectedly sold my Touchpad. The Site said 1 to 2 weeks back ordered which I was fine with. The next day it changed to 3 to 5 or 2 to 4, I can't remember. Now it says coming soon with a notification sign up thing. I couldn't find any info on this because every news item is about the pre orders and Google isn't getting back to me. Anyone have an idea of when the next batch of 16s will ship?

A long time. The 16GB version has sold out practically everywhere worldwide so don't expect it to be soon. There is a very high demand for this tablet. I would say around 2-5 weeks you would have to wait for the device.
I ordered mine on the July 17th at a Staples store. It as in my hands by the July 20th.

I got mine the other day because I pre-ordered. Pretty much every (if not every) distributor is sold out now. The demand for the 16 gig model is HUGE. Google just van keep up.

I ordered mine through Walmart (online) on July 18, with promised delivery on July 25.
I called Google about this and they said it might come within the 3-4 weeks range because I was on the border of the pre-orders. Or he said it might come this weekend which it didn't. I ended up ordering from Macmall it said 2-3 days shipping. But it hasn't shipped yet so hopefully tomorrow it ships or I have a problem. I ordered from mac mall early Saturday morning.

I actually found and bought my 16g today at a staples store. Of course it was almost an hour away from home. But that was the closest stock I could find. Might want to try them.

Hi Guys just thought it might be a good idea to run a separate thread, specifically for people who ordered on the 4/12/2012 17:00 onwards...
Who have not not received shipping notification or worse still, not received any further updates beyond their order being placed on the 4th
I put a 16GB in the basket at 505 email confirmation states 507 (1-2 weeks)
Google Play is still showing 4th December (went from pending to pre-order about a week ago)
Google Wallet is showing 4th December
Funds were reserved initially however they have now been released
I did not receive the Saturday (15) update ie order moved to the 15th nor were funds re applied
Everything is basically the same as when I ordered on the 4th
I'm in exactly the same boat.
I emailed TNT and they said they have nothing for my address

5:05:42 3-5 dayer with absolutely no change since the 4th.

It helps others like myself whose order is "Pending".
I placed my order on Aug 8th. The estimate was 2-3 weeks and the order is still pending .
Update:
Looks like I've placed duplicate orders. So, I've two extra chromecasts to get rid off. They will ship from google on Aug 29th to my US address. They will be shipped to Bangalore,India immediately after delivery at my US address. Send me a PM if you are interested. You will pay only whatever it costed me to get them here, not a penny extra

I ordered on 7th Aug. Mine is pending too.Status on google play says ships by 29th Aug.
Order #1: Ordered July 24th. Google said it would ship August 2nd. It arrived July 29th, much earlier than expected.
Order #2: Ordered August 6th, Google said shipping in 3-4 weeks. Online lookup in the play store says it will ship by August 29th.
Ordered on 29th July. Expected shipping date 23rd august.

Ordered on August 2nd. Said 3-4 weeks. Shipped today, 20th.
Note: Play Store now shows "Ships by September 3" for new orders.
Ordered mine July 24th, said it would ship Aug 6th. Showed up July 31st before I even got the shipping notice.
My co-worker ordered his July 28th via Amazon, initial ship date of Aug 21st, now it's showing end of October. He found one at Best Buy last night.

I ordered mine Aug. 2 and got an Email this morning that they have shipped. I ordered 2 through the play store and bought 2 from a BestBuy store. I'm gonna set up a few friends with one of them and the free Netflix trial I got from the ones at BestBuy..

Just an FYI. A pending debit doesn't actually remove the money from your account, it's just a hold. You can call your bank and release that hold at any time.

My card was charged yesterday too after the previous hold fell off. i ordered on 7th Aug. Status is ships by 29th aug.
Ordered Aug 1st, delivered Aug 23rd.

Looks like some orders from 8/11 are also shipped. But mine was not shipped even though I placed order on 8/8.

the receipts that people have been getting say 11/21 or 11/26 as the ship date. No reason to really doubt that currently
My order from today says it leaves the warehouse on the 21st. I don't really expect it to ship any sooner than that, though I'd certainly be pleasantly surprised if it did.
Orders show 21/26 of Nov. It's not uncommon for them to ship early but my Nexus Player has been showing the 14th since the day I put the order in and that hasn't budged yet. I have overnight shipping on both so we'll see what happens. Hopefully the both go out a week or so early. Would love to have them in hand before the 12th when I could just walk into my TMO store and grab one.
Like ALL Play Store devices I've bought on the store day 1, it will ship earlier. I'm honestly expecting the people that preordered last week to get shipping labels by end of Friday at the very latest.

Nexus 6 in Europe
Hi All
Does anyone out there have any idea as to when the Nexus 6 will be available in Europe and if the carriers will be selling them too? I am curious as I have heard that it could possibly be as late as End of December which means that for Europe it will be classed as a 2015 device.

Most sites are speculating preorder will be up on late December for Google Play store. For carrier store on the other hand, it wouldn't be available until Spring 2015 at the earliest. Google Play store preorder is only for US, but maybe the motorola store will ship internationally.
Personally, I doubt it is late December, because rarely do consumer products release near Christmas
