Hey guys,
One of my friend updated his 2014 Moto G to lollipop and he is not getting the Mobile data now. We have tried a factory reset and still the issue is there. Any advice on how to resolve this?

Hey everyone...
I've started to notice data-stall wakeups from phone process in Alarms section of BBS.
They only showed up after updating to 4.4.3. Maybe Motorola did something on radio/modem settings, because I've never saw this since I left cyanogenmod and bought my Moto X.
Anybody else having the same issue?
Only me?
i haven't received the 4.4.3 update yet... wait for people who recieved the update to reply...you can also try a factory reset maybe..
I did a factory reset before update.
Let's wait then...

Hello,
I bought moto x x1060 2 days ago. It had android version kitkat and was working totally fine. It was reading Sim showing signals but then I checked for upgdates and install them and upgraded to lollipop 5.1. Now the phone is reading Sim but not receiving and signals from cellular network. Besides this problem its working fine. Please suggest some solution. Thanks
Have you cleared cache via recovery yet? Have you factory reset it yet?

Hi Guys,
I am new to the forums, I have recently updated my Moto X (2014) with android 6.0, however since doing so all of the options in 'Mobile Network Settings' are greyed out as if there is no sim inserted and so I am unable to connect to my network.
Does anyone have any advice on this and if it is a known problem?
So far I have tried clearing the cache partition but the problem is still the same.
Thanks
