Hi Guys,
I am new to the forums, I have recently updated my Moto X (2014) with android 6.0, however since doing so all of the options in 'Mobile Network Settings' are greyed out as if there is no sim inserted and so I am unable to connect to my network.
Does anyone have any advice on this and if it is a known problem?
So far I have tried clearing the cache partition but the problem is still the same.
Thanks

I have a 2014 Moto G on Striaght Talk (AT&T). It STILL does not have the Lollipop update. Settings -> About Phone -> System Updates give's me "Your device's software is up to date". Anyone know why?

My XT1063 on ST got it when it came out.
I grabbed the zip file posted here for the previous update and flashed via recovery. The first OTA. Today I got a new one [emoji41]
I also got the second Lollipop Fix OTA this afternoon. This is an update which seems to have fixed the low memory problem -- things do seem much quicker.
You're just doing the normal "Check for updates", right?
I also have the same problem with my Moto G 2014 dual sim (UK) it just says "Your device's software is up to date."
Can anyone help me please
Hey guys,

I am on my fourth Moto X 2014 Pure Edition, and I have never had any issues with any of them recognizing my T-Mobile SIM.
It's interesting. With 5.1, I see the message for no sim in the status bar on boot (which I hadn't seen before) but it goes away in a second. It could be something with the update. I would try clearing the system cache. Or booting without the sim, insert and reboot. Stuff like that.

Hello,
I bought moto x x1060 2 days ago. It had android version kitkat and was working totally fine. It was reading Sim showing signals but then I checked for upgdates and install them and upgraded to lollipop 5.1. Now the phone is reading Sim but not receiving and signals from cellular network. Besides this problem its working fine. Please suggest some solution. Thanks
Have you cleared cache via recovery yet? Have you factory reset it yet?

I gave an A1 X4 originally from Project Fi, now on Sprint. I had the latest Motorola update (OPW28.2) installed and now I cannot access data over LTE.
I restarted the phone several times. Is there a way I can roll back the update or any other fix?
Thanks
