This is the actual error message I get

Also, i keep on closing all open programs (with button on the left of main button). But it does not help.

Why do you have avast, clean master and cm security at the same time?
Useless

Hi everyone! Do you use Avast Anti-Theft? ...
I have a problem and I'd like to check for possible reasons. Please help me!
I hope someone can send me the apk for Motorola Services (com.motorola.blur.service.blur.apk),
in a list of stock Razr i system apks the one for Motorola Services is called CCE.apk. (for stock Razr i ICS)
I think I need that app cause since it's gone Avast Anti Theft commands sent from the Avast site are not working,
the phone doesn't receive the commands. Sms commands sent to the phone do work.
I wanted to freeze these apps but forgot it and uninstalled them :/ These: (com.motorola.)atcmdlauncher.apk,
atcmdplugin.epu.apk, atcmdplugin.apk, atcmd.apk, atCommandService, AtProxy, BrowserMessage,
omadrm.apk, modempanicreporter.apk, meter.wisl.apk, smspush, DeviceStatistics, ModemStats,
OMAclienteprovisioning, OMAdownload, and others different other days.
Do you think this problem can be because of the lack of some of those apps?
If so, although I can't be exact, the last location hour reported in the avast anti theft maps is near the time I was
playing with my device. Which one can be the problem? Although, as of now with 5 days with this problem the location,
batery state and some configuration changes have been updated some times, but the Commands [still] don't work.
Everything else is working fine (wifi, 3G, Play Store, G+, online Gameloft games, maps, browser, etc).
And what is weird is that backups for all those apps are not working. The one for Motorola Services
shows only some kb of size (unusable). And other bad thing is that even if I restore the other missing apps they don't stick
and don't work, they're gone after reboot. :/ How to restore them?
I hope you guys can help me get back those apps so I can see if that's the problem.
Another reason can be: I was annoyed by the several Google Services (Google Play Services app) processes
running all the time. So I used ROM Toolbox's Advanced Freeze feature and unchecked to disable some of them.
It was all good for some days ("got rid" of them) untill I noticed my location in the Anti-theft maps wasn't updating... it all begun.
I had disabled Google Cloud Messaging (GCM.service) without knowing it (+ others) u.u But, I really think everything
else was working fine, though (even with GCM disabled o,o).
I noticed this because Avast site reported something like "GCM service is disabled in your device. Communication is not possible.
You'll be notified when it's back" when I tried to send commands. So I restored all of those processes to normal state.
Like 2 days after that Avast reported GCM was online again. I thought everything was Ok now, but no! Still the problem persists.
What I don't know if it's a problem caused by me or it's a default state is: When I check out Google Play Services in the running
processes view of ROM Toolbox app, then enter the Advanced Freeze view, the receivers "icing.impl.PowerConnectedReceiver"
and "mdm.ConnectivityReceiver" are disabled. I check their boxes to enable them, but after rebooting they are disabled again.
I'd like you guys check what is the state of these receivers in your Razr i, please. So I can know
To finish up, I, also, recommend Avast antivirus, if wanted it can be uninstalled after its Anti Theft feature is installed. I don't know how
hack proof it can be, but it can be very, very useful, specially because of the several remote commands it has. Try it n.n
I'm going to purchase the premium service after I get this problem solved. I have already sent my help
request to Avast on saturday. I'm waiting working days to get a reply.
Thanks for your kind help!

Solved!
Problem solved!
The problem was my router's firewall, it was miss-behaving. Ha
I disabled the Firewall and the device started to receive the web commans again n.n
I'm glad to know those System apps I deleted are not needed at all in the end. (But GCM (a.k.a. C2DM) do is needed for several tasks, of course)
Thanks for reading!

Battery drain has nothing to do with the version of Android you are using. A classic symptom of a dying battery is a sudden drop from let's say 50% to near 0 followed by a shutdown. When I had this symptom, I went back to kitkat and had that too. If your battery is new, the drain is related to the way you use your rom and the apps you have. Number one culprits are rogue apps such as Gapps and social apps (facebook et al). They persist in ram, prevent your phone from sleeping and do their malware/spying activities virtually 24/7. Gapps record everything that is going on with your phone and regularly transmit data to Google. Facebook does the same+ and communicates with facebook servers. Also, any other app that includes Google analytics does the same (communicates with Google and the respective developer).
Lollipop may seem to cause more drain, because these apps are integrated more into Android. It is even worse in Marshmallows. But if you get rid of Gapps/Social Apps and others, your Z1 should last for 2 days with moderate usage: in my case: 2 hours of screen, mail syncing and wifi/data 24/7. If you can't live without facebook and Google, you can still use them the way you do it on your laptop...
Just think about this: do you want this person to have your private life and sell it to everybody? https://images.duckduckgo.com/iu/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fimg.timeinc.net%2Ftime%2F2010%2Fpoy_2010%2Fmark_zuckerberg%2Fmark_zuckerberg_01.jpg&f=1 . In my view, there are similar faces and versions of sociopaths at Google too.
So you mean it's ok to stay lollipop ? i'll disable the Gapps and fb

Lollipop is OK as of September-November 2015. If you are on stock, you need to debloat it. Another problem with Gapps is that they are in System and have root rights. But generally, if you freeze Gapps and FB, your battery life will significantly improve. Every app that has Android native variant is bad (gmail, fb, hangouts and other garbage). You can use K9mail to access gmail or any other e-mail service and you can use web browser to access social sites.. Turn off location services and set them on only when you need them. Turn off system wide syncing: a good app (like K9mail) has its own syncing. Get Afwall and allow internet to apps you use like mail, browser etc. Why do you need Settings or Camera or Gallery or Keyboard or virtually any System app to have access to the internet? You don't and they all waste data and battery communicating with "home" (google)...
Thanks a lot bro
Sorry for this wall of text. Kindly provide some insights on this issue.
This happen at november. Updated samsung device care from galaxy store and it happen. Tried downgrade to an older version from playstore but didnt solve it.
Next is, the firmware update with october security is released. So i just format phone, updated the phone and reinstall all my apps. But the high cpu usage causing phone lag is still there.
Next, i narrow it down to this app, internet speed meter (an app which shows real time data upload/download speed in status bar) which is causing the phone lag. After uninstall it, its better but still with occasional lag. This is weird as the app was not updated at all, so theres no changes in the app. And it was working flawlessly before november.
Next, i tried others apps which provide the same function as internet speed meter but the result is the same. When the app runs, the phone will lag. Once forced stopped, the phone will not lag as much.
Was wondering if theres any changes to samsung device or the firmware OS which result in this lag.
A little description on the lag. When those internet speed meter is running, even opening other apps like xda, it will take about 10 seconds to open. When using samsung internet, when open app and opening new tab or just click on settings or any part of the app, it takes 5 seconds to load/display.
Currently, without any internet speed meter app, its takes about 1 second to load. But, it cant reach the speed before november. Before november, everything loads real fast even when running a few apps at the same time with internet speed meter running.
Anyone who might know what went wrong kindly enlighten me on this issue. Thank you.
Something to add on. If using samsung internet explorer to download files, the download speed will be slower and somehow the phone will lag. If i use dolphin browser to download the same file from the same server, there will be only a very slight lag but the download is fast. Anyone knows what might be the problem? Thanks.
Try disable bixby & google assistant or force stop them, uninstall google play services updates from app info, disable sending diagnostics data & automatic update.

Bixby and google assistant are off. Diagnostic report and automatic updates are off.
Will google play service lag the phone that much?
It's time to clean my phone so I might as well update. I'm currently at Pie November update. My question is what are the main Android 10 issues in summary with our device and are there any serious hiccups for the average everyday user like me? How is the battery life like and such? I need an adequate answer not something like "it sucks" so if you're going to write something of that sort, please refrain from doing so. Thanks in advance.
DON'T UPDATE YOUR PHONE FIRST SEE THIS
Basic things work but I face issues many times. Most common Ghost Touch, Phone Freezes for 10-25 secs and then comes a popup System UI not responding and then wait or reboot for phone to get normal. Everything else works properly but update only if you can handle these on daily basis. I have 4/64 GB variant and my usage is somewhat basic to medium with 3-5 apps in memory and phone starts freezing. Also I would say compared to pie the battery loss has increased
I rooted and stripped out all the garbage (feedback etc.) including most of the Google stuff, and I have zero problems.
I would say, however, that battery life isn't the greatest but that may just be the phone and not the OS.

Could u pls add more detail what r those bloatware s.. planning to root soon
Wireless range and speed tanked (you can find kernel with pie driver as workaround. Most custom roms use pie driver as well).
Slow emmc that causes the well known frequent hangs. Even just typing on keyboard you often get stutters.
Settings suggestions won't go away.
Battery charging behavior changed: it charges at full speed with screen off, but with screen on it throttles to 1000ma or 500ma as battery temperature increases.
If you're gonna bother to reset and stay rooted, I'd suggest going custom rom already.

I bought Samsung S21 Ultra recently, I was using Google Photos before and still wanna use it. I just don't want switch to Microsoft OneDrive.
I disabled every battery and sleep optimization in phone. I don't know what to do next. I disabled Android's own battery optimization for "Google Photos", disabled "Samsung Device Health" battery optimization. And it's still not working in background. I really need help, I was using Google Photos too much in my daily workflow before.
Try to force stop google photos if it is built-in or reinstall the app and remove and add your Google account again in your phone.

It happened to me as well.....turned out I was in power saving mode. I don't know if you unchecked that option as it restricts background activity.
