Internal Storage showing blank in file explore apps on Lollipop - Sprint HTC One (M7)

Has anyone else been receiving this plague? I keep rolling back to custom 4.4.4 sense lollipop has been buggy. I flashed stock lollipop firmware and ran the RUU and was successful, but has had it's issues. Had "Sense TV" has stopped working unexpectedly and the VVM not updating and just closing, had everything working including storage, just to take a crap on me just doing a simple reboot. The couple times i had TV app working, i had internal storage showing more than DCIM and MEDIA, but it ends up crashing on reboots, or on fresh flashing with device wiped

Never mind. Found superwipe.zip, flashed it like 30X, and I deleted internal storage. Deleted everything in the internal storage backup on pc except all zip files and all apk backups from "app backup and restore" market app and is all good now. I don't know what was where causing the problem, but it's gone now.

Help!! can not delete/add/format internal storage
I recently rooted my bionic with success (using pete's toolkit) I downloaded TBU and probably deleted/freeze things i should not have deleted/freeze (did not read up on bloatware) so now im stuck...
My phone boots up fine, it can install/uninstall apps and run apps BUT only for the duration until I reboot my phone. Everytime I reboot, all apps that were newly installed are gone including updates, while all uninstalled apps would restore. For example I would uninstall wireless tether, it would then disappear until I reboot the phone in which it auto restores.
I initially tried to unroot my phone by using Pete's tool again, I can successfully unroot the phone by pulling out the usb cable b4 it does the last reboot, but the problem is still there. Once I reboot...same apps come back, including my phone being rooted (checked with root apps).
I figured that to solve any problem I should try using RSDLite method to flash back my stock firmware and at the same time unroot my phone. The program would tell me i succeeded in doing so, yet the problem was not gone. SAME APPS, SAME SETTINGS, STILL ROOTED.
Out of frustration I looked into my internal storage figuring , if I could manually install apps here then they won't disappear.
Here comes the problem.
I connected my phone to the PC (using mass storage) opened up my internal storage drive. there was already some stuff (the apps that keep restoring eg.bootstrap). I tried deleting bootstrap.apk, but once I disconnect my phone, the change would not occur (checked through astro file manager) bootstrap.apk would magically appear again. I tried moving things into the internal storage, and when I disconnect, it would magically disappear.
So i thought I would bring things up another level....I formatted both the internal and the external storage.....both on the computer, and when the phone is by itself.
Even after performing facotry reset, wiped out cache and stuff.....the original files would reappear after disconnecting from computer/rebooting.
can some one help pls? I dont know whats going on or was there something I missed.....
Sounds like your SBF was unsuccessful. SBF should restore everything to stock, even if you were to mess up the internal partioning, or deleted some crtical files you should be fine. I would make sure you have everything installed correctly, that you're using the correct SBF etc. Did you also install the USB drivers from moto?
I installed the Moto end user driver 5.20, I tried with both the fxz minimal and the full version. both are "successful" as stated by program, but not so after reboot.

Internal storage symlink loop?

I attempted to install CyanogenMod 10 for HTC One a few days ago but failed to get it working properly. No matter, I restored a nandroid backup of ARHD 71.1 and everything is working as normal again, however I notice some thing odd when accessing the internal storage by pc.
It appears to split the allocation of folders, some appearing in "Computer\HTC One\Internal storage" and others in "Computer\HTC One\Internal storage\storage\emulated\0" and I have no idea why! They all show up in the same location when viewing in the phone, so must be some error with the symlinks or something
I'd rather not lose all the apps and data, so if I need to wipe/format, would I be able to titanium back up everything?
I attached screenshots to help explanation
Thanks in advanced

it's because CM 10 is too old it uses the old folder structure from android 4.1.2
just delete the storage folder and it should be fine .. I'm pretty sure CM 10 created it

Note 3 Internal memory apps issue

Hey all,
Phone info: AT&T Note 3 on T-Mobile network. Android 4.4.2. Baseband N900AUCUCNC2. Phone is rooted, and carrier unlocked. I have busybox and xposed framework.
This is the first time I have not been able to find the solution to my problem using the forums. I have been searching through threads, but I haven't been able to find anyone who has had the same errors. Apps that are on the internal memory (kindle, adw, ePSXe, file manager, Titanium Backup, SNES9x EX+) are not working correctly. Kindle crashes on open, SNES can no longer save game state, ePSXe cant save game state, File manager cant move files from internal to SD, ADW cant create backups or find the ones it made before, and Titanium Backup cant find my backups, create new ones, or do anything really. All of these issues started yesterday. The newest applications on my phone are ePSXe and Every BIOS, but before I got ePSXe to work, I tried FPSE which failed to download the plug-ins everytime it started. It's not creating any massive system errors, but it is annoying as hell that I cant use any of these apps properly. And ADW not working means I'm using TouchWiz which I hate. I ran a system scan using Avast and it found no viruses.
I am convinced it is a permissions issue on the internal memory since all my SD based apps work fine. And I can use the apps on my internal memory still (SNES9x for example works file to run the ROMs, but the ROMs are located on the external SD, saves do not work at all). I tried fixing permissions in TWRP recovery but nothing improved. Also tried clearing cache in TWRP and nothing improved. Any and all advice that you can dispense would be greatly appreciated.
FIXED
Well, I found a solution. The problem was, in fact, that the internal memory did not have write permissions on the SD. Fixing it by editing permissions.xml worked after I also did a dalvik cache.

Sdcard write protected-Facebook is suspect

My phone is rooted. I am using Lenovo A7000 phone with AOSP 6.0 by Risma Ermaya.
I have formatted my SD card as internal storage using the default feature of marshmallow.
Few months back, I started facing the issue of Facebook and Messenger updates. Whenever I used to update my facebook or messenger from the playstore, these apps stopped opening and used to crash. But after I used to restart my phone, these applications ran fine. A week ago, I installed instgram for the first time in this phone. Similar thing happened with it too. After installation from Google Play store, it did not open. However, after restarting the phone, everything went well.*
Yesterday, I was updating facebook, I got the error 403. I cleared up data of my playstore app after forced stopping it, removed all my google accounts from the phone, and rebooted the device. After rebooting, the error was still showing up in the playstore. Feeling frustrated, I forced stopped Google Play services framework application, cleared it data and rebooted my phone. But, the problem was still there.
I have got into deeper trouble now. My microSD card has become write protected. I did not remove my SD card at all since months. It is of sandisk brand and has class 10.*
I cannot take screenshots. I cannot download any file from chrome browser. I cannot download images sent to me by my friends through whatsapp.*
I cannot even copy one file in its folder to another folder in the memory card. I have tried using the default file explorer and Solid Explorer application. I have just 587 MB remaining in my phone. However, I can access any file I want to. My videos and music are playing just fine.*
I am also able to delete any files within the file explorer, so that I can make a nandroid backup of my files in TWRP. Even TWRP does not allow me to delete my music and videos within the SD card. What should I do to fix this trouble? I do not want to format my SD card as it has lot of important data. Even if I connect my phone to my PC and try to copy the files, the process hangs after few seconds and Windows explorer hangs which is displaying the content in my SD card. I am running windows 8.1.
I have also tried unmounting and remounting my sd card using the in built feature of Marshmallow, but this trick still doesn't solve my trouble.*
I have also tried clearing cache and dalvic from TWRP but still no progress. I feel that facebook is the culprit because while clearing cache in TWRP, it gives the error that it could not clear cache from com.facebook.katana folder.

What is causing com.android.media to stop?

This is a problem I've been facing since like a year. Everytime I open Google Photos, com.android.media stops and Photos app shuts down abruptly. For this reason I haven't been using it at all.
But now, it stops just anytime randomly. I get to see a FC message for it. I collected the log, if anyone can help me understand what the issue is, I'll be very grateful.
I've wiped my phone several times, changed ROMs, went to stock, everything but the issue still stays.

I had that issue a while ago and I had to wipe everything from TWRP (davlik, cache, system, data AND internal storage) and afterwards I didn't restore anything from Titanium Backup. It was a pain but it fixed the problem.

Did you also not restore contents if internal storage? Like photos, music files, etc?

I copied what I wanted to save from internal storage to my computer and copied it back when I was done installing the ROM and setting up the phone. Like you mentioned I copied pictures, music, downloads and I think that was all I saved. It's been a while ago so I don't remember exactly but anything that I felt was important I copied off and copied back.
