Change LG logo when turning on?(not the boot animation)

Hi,
I recently changed my boot animation but still when I turn on my phone, it shows the LG logo for about 5-6 seconds, then starts the custom boot animation. is there any way to get rid of that logo and add my custom one?
I used search, but couldn't find any specific thread for this question.

Not a hope. That is part of the hardware boot (consider it comparable to a PC BIOS boot-up) which is why you get that before being able to access the 'Recovery'.

Indeed. This Logo is part of the bootloader, so it cannot be changed. But it might be possible to add another Logo, so the LG Logo disappears a bit faster, then the new Logo appears and then finally the Bootanimation. But this would have to be done from within the kernel, which would bloat it, so I haven't even tried it yet

Does anyone know if it's possible to delete or change the initial boot screen showing the HTC logo? The one prior to any rom boot screen. Thanks.

The one with the Red text on it ...no that's the hboot

The one that shows on a full power boot, and the one that before hboot like you mentioned. There is no way?

if your s-off you can flash the GPE Dark hboot and change the boot screens that say beats audio on them

Black border on boot animations?

Hi all. My Moto X is unlocked and I've been trying to get a custom boot animation on it by switching out the bootanimation.zip in the system/media folder (using ROM toolbox to facilitate this). Problem is every boot animation is too small and has a huge black border around it when I boot up. I gave up and downloaded the stock one and tried to go back to that and... STILL the black border. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

It's because those boot animations are made for a different size screen. You have 3 options. You can either grab the boot animation, extract it, resize the images, then zip it back up, or you could find a boot animation for your X, or you can make one yourself.

That's the weird thing. I grabbed the official Moto X boot animation, and the Moto X is only 720p anyway (pretty small by smartphone standards). What dimensions should I be changing it to?

If it is the official Moto X boot animation then try placing it in system/media manually. You may want to back up the current boot animation first.

change boot logo

I have a rooted moto g5s plus.
I flashed a boot logo few months back.
But now when i am flashing a new boot logo, it is not changing the logo while booting.
There is same logo everytime.
My present logo is very bright which i dont like.
Please guide to change the logo.

Install the boot animation for super user from play store and then flash the boot animation which you want.

Update the recovery to latest twrp.
Then install the zip.

Question how to remove bootloader unlock warning message during bootup on P7/P7P

I saw some phone can be done through upload mod or file. this warning really annoying . is some pro pal can give a way and howto guide to achive this on P7 or P7 pro？

The warning can't be removed but you might be able to mask it with a logo file or animation (see this). Or just skip the delay by double-pressing the power button when the warning appears.

Your linked program will NOT affect this, since all it is is a custom boot animation. Boot animation comes LATER in the boot process.

You're right, come to think of it. When I used that app on an old phone in place of an uglier animation, it was a custom logo.bin that covered the bootloader warning.
