be very careful how far back you go, make sure you flash 6.09.401.12 firmware, nothing earlier, you will hard brick. https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=95864024717072473
then flash twrp recovery 2.8.5.0, copy and restore this backup https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=95864024717072880
so,i must root my phone on lollipop, install twrp, downgrade to M7_UL_Firmware_6.09.401.12,restore M7_UL_TWRP_Nandroid_6.09.401.12,lock the bootloader .i suppose after i restore de backup,i dont need to install official recovery.

no need to lock the bootloader as your s-off, so if you want to be full stock:
1. flash the firmware https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=95864024717072473
2. flash TWRP recovery: http://techerrata.com/file/twrp2/m7/openrecovery-twrp-2.8.5.0-m7.img
3. copy and restore the backup (full reboot and set up after restoer.) https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=95864024717072880
4. flash the preload data from here again in TWRP recovery: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=95864024717072879
5. full reboot

Be aware that after doing this the phone will almost instantly start bugging you to update. And it may update on it's own after a few days.
Download de lollipop update, and then i check ,,Don't install".since then(friday night) no notification for update.

Great, but don't be surprised if you wake up one morning to lollipop installed or failed
I have HTC One M7, rooted, running official lollipop, so no changes in ROM, I've changed the kernel and I have Clockword recovery and S-ON, will this work for me?

by "this" you mean downgrading? Then no, only possible with S-OFF. But you can still flash an old Kitkat custom rom, but not an old RUU or Firmware.

One of my friend was messing with my one and attempted to flash 3.06 firmware. as usual it asked to run the flash command again but the thing is the usb is now no longer recognised in fastboot and I had to reboot in between. now the phone gets detected in adb mode but in bootloader I am getting usb not recognised with black background with red "OS-3.18.401.2(3.07.1700.1)
Also while booting instead of htc developer message I get a small lock

And, see if in fastboot the device manager can recognize it or it have a yellow warning
i flashed 3.07.1700.1 zip
now in ubuntu i am able to get the fastboot working but i am not able to flash any firmware

Also tried running the RUU but the exe is giving me an error saying 'ARUGlobal.dll is not installed'. What's that all about?
My phone did feel pretty hot just before the errors appeared. Could I have burned out my processors?
I had flashed the Elite Lunar Kernel. Could that have overheated my phone?
The radio zips that are posted here at xda are flashed from recovery not fastboot
Had the same problem, tried to flash hotspot from JB and got that error.
I resolved it by following this:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2634256
After downgrading the HBOOT, was able to run the latest RUU and then take the OTA.
Remember reading a thread that stated doing a reset to factory fixed the problem, but that didn't work for me...
Thanks a lot! Got it working.

Where you able to do a hard reset or did you have to downgrade your hboot to get it working?
I was able to run the latest RUU to KitKat. Back on my Rom of choice, Bad Boyz HTC One, running over clocked Weeping Angel Sense kernel. My phone is back kicking ass.
I need help! I have a HTC One (m7) Unlocked/Developer 32GB. By the moment it was rebooting from Android Lollipop 5.0 Update, the screen froze on HTC logo. It seemed to be Half Bricked. I tryed to FACTORY RESET, but it didn´t work. My last chance is recoverying by Stock ROM. I know how to do it, but I can´t find the correct RUU.
Please help me find It, I need my phone back.
OBS:
- I have all HTC drivers installed.
-I have found the correct version of kernel on HTCdev only.

I will upload a RUU that should work: 6.15.599.101 which is the 4.4.3 ruu, I'll contact you back tomorrow when its ready with link to download and instructions how to flash.
@yurielkadi
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24052804347843559
download this ruu and save it in t he same folder where you have adb and fastboot installed on your computer.
Connect the phone with the original usb cable (or any other usb cable already known to be correctly working with adb/fastboot)
reboot in boorloader mode by holding power and volume down
In the bootloader mode, select the 'fastboot' mode and make sure ''fastboot usb' is shown in red
open a terminal window from your adb/fastboot folder
Code:
fastboot oem rebootRUU
fastboot flash zip PN07IMG_M7_U_K443_SENSE60_MR_HTC_LA_SPA_6.15.599.101_Radio_4T.28.3218.04_10.33E.1718.01D_release_388532_signed.zip

fastboot reboot
If your phone is S-ON, you must make sure that your bootloader is locked or relocked before flashing the ruu. If its unlocked, relock it using
Code:
fastboot oem lock

Your phone is a M7CDTU not a M7_UL, these are 2 completely different phone using different hardware. changing the MID and CID will not magically transform your DTU in a UL variant. Write back your original CID and MID numbers and flash the only RUU that will work on your phone, a M7CDTU ruu.

adb commands are not supported when in bootloader mode only when booted in a rom with usb debugging turned on or when booted in a custom recovery (usb debug on/off doesn't matters)
Try to reflash a custom recovery (a M7CDTU compatible recovery) so you can use an adb shell to restore your MID. you should be able to restore the CID since its done using fastboot commands.
