That is an HTC bug in their Lollipop GPE update.
They have stated they will fix it in their 5.1 update that is due later this month, or early April.
I have it fixed/working in my Google Plus Edition/GPE custom rom.
But any fully stock GPE rom will have this same HTC bug.

It's probably not available in your region yet... I don't think it reached the Americas so I think you may have to wait for the 4.3 rollout which is due to start at the end of this month
Hi I have an international unlocked version of the HTC One bought in Canada, the thing is my phone is still on software 4.1.2 and even if I search manually for the update nothing comes up, now I should receive 4.3 but still nothing appears. Is there something wrong with my phone any ideas of solutions.
Thanks.

Hello again
I got my sprint HTC one and update with OTA to 4.3 and did root to it.
I would like to know if there's a way to go back to the version I got the device - I think it was 4.2.2
Thanks

If you took OTA then it probably updated firmware as well, which from what I understand breaks TouchPanel for the older ROMs.
Unless someone comes out with a patch for their 4.1/4.2 roms to make touch panel work with new firmware, I don't think the touch panels going to work...

Hi all,
I just bought a second hand htc one that is running android 4.2.2 i tried to update to android 4.3 and it doesn't find it.
This is very strange cause this update has been out for a while in my country (Belgium).
I was wondering if i could force it in to updating.
My htc one is the sense version not the google edition.
Thanks.

You can either install a custom rom or try installing the android 4.3 manually.
Hi,
i know this update page from HTC http://www.htc.com/de/go/htc-software-updates/ But it only shows the HTC One M8 and M7 detailed. So was there already an 4.4.3 Update in any country?
If not are they working on an 4.4.3 update?
I wouldn't worry about getting 4.4.3 or 4.4.4
A new IO will come sooner than we think "Android L" is already in beta fase for nexus and HTC is working on this now. Hopefully we'll get the "L" instead another KitKat.
