I just don't know how to flash it
If someone could make a step by step guide ,it would be great!
It says that there's no bug except one useless .

From what I understand, we need the phablet-network package built for our device..

I don't know what's it? Sorry!
Sent from my Nexus 5 using xda app-developers app
Ubuntu releases generic packages and a device specific package to get radios and more hardware working.
We need someone to build that package for the Nexus 5. (I didn't understand if he has one or not, it seems he does, but I didn't find a download )
EDIT:
Sorry! I think I'm wrong.
Forget all I said..
I don‘t know how to flash it too... if some one make a recovery flashable zip file it will be great!

Yes, at this moment ubuntu requires fastboot to be flasshed. Dont forget to flash the zip file mentioned in the link in the op.
5) Flash Ubuntu using http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-to...d/pending/trusty-preinstalled-touch-armhf.zip (adb push then flash via menu)
6) Reboot, and use phablet-network to setup the network
7) Enable my personal PPA (latest MIR): sudo apt-add-repository ppa:rsalveti/ppa
8) Install latest MIR packages: apt-get update; apt-get dist-upgrade
9) Enable MIR: touch /home/phablet/.display-mir

I usually cheat the system a bit and just flash it and then take a nandroid backup and use that as a "flashable zip".

Hmm clever. think that would work with MultiROM?
---------- Post added at 02:12 PM ---------- Previous post was at 02:10 PM ----------
Okay well i just followed the instructions and i'm stuck at the google logo so...
Tassadar released a new version of MultiROM, it should work
And avoid the fastboot flash ubuntu etc..
Everything is done in the recovery

Can't wait to run this!

Got it running but it boots to a black screen or the screen with Google logo, i can confirm that the system itself is running because i can adb shell. From what i can tell it has something to do with the fact that unity8 cant connect to the surfaceflinger display...i'll update as i learn more
I can not flash a recovery to my Motorola Atrix HD (Mb886). I have tried Clockwork Mod and TWRP but nothing works. Can someone please help by telling me how or what recovery to use.

You have not mentioned any specifics, such as Windows or Linux? Fastboot or moto-fastboot? Current device drivers? Does the flash fail? What does the error say? Screenshots would be good along with a description of steps you took. The best anyone can do at this point is direct you toward a relevent thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2421418

I went to this thread and did what cyanfox said do but it still did not work. I have a desktop running windows 7 with the lastest drivers for my device. I can go and flash recoveries from any source but when it goes to boot into them all that shows up is am android man with an "X" above him.

You mentioned that you've unlocked your bootloader in an above post. I'm assuming you used Motopocolypse, or Myth Tools (which uses Motopocolypse) to do this?

@nickachu22 Here is the thread for Mythtools http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2262726
Right at the top there is a line which reads - For the option of installing CWM: plz rename the /system/etc/install-recovery.sh to install-recovery.sh.bak before installing. Sr all users who got trouble with this. I forgot this step =.= Will add in next version.
And here is a differnt tool for flashing recoveries: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=50096694&postcount=1

Might have to send my phone in for warranty replacement and would like to re-add the ATT splash screen to the device?
Best way to do this?
Get someone to extract it or just flash a stock image.

No offense, but if you can't download a file off the Internet:
A) you shouldn't be rooting and deleting stuff
B) i'm not going to have the patience to help you.
Sorry, but downloading a zip file from the Internet is really, really basic stuff.
Hi, I flashed the oreo stock with odin and now i want to root with magisk without installing twrp recovery, to keep stock recovery and stay official. Anyhow?
As far as i know you can do it by patching the boot.img of the stock rom on magisk and then with 7zip you can make a .tar file wich you can flash through Odin on AP. But i'm not sure, because i didn't do it, but it can be an option, I hope it has been helpful for you.
