O2-UK TWRP Backup? - One (M7) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Please can someone provide me with a TWRP backup for a stock O2-UK image? I need to return to stock but it's not possible to downgrade firmware while S-ON and the only RUU I can find is an older one than HTC restored my phone to. (I had subsequently restored a stock European HTC image but stupidly didn't take a backup of the O2 rom first.
I really need a TWRP backup of this so I can restore it. Please help if you can.
Thanks

Yes, but depending on what recovery you backed up with TWRP, you might need to also flash the stock recovery.img if you're looking for that to. You might want to re-lock your boot loader also.. Depends on how 'stock' you want it to be.
In short, restoring your backup will get you back to stock ROM and unroot (if you were unrooted when you backed it up)

newbie question for flashing

I have a newbie question about flashing and restoring back to stock, this is my first HTC I had Samsung galaxy before pretty easy restore to stock with odin, but htc is different, if I was to unlock bootloader on my Rogers HTC One, and one day decided to go back to original, which RUU file do I flash that restores stock firmware and recovery? and I have to relocked bootloader before flashing ruu?

You'll be fine with your bootloader unlocked to flash an RUU, but unfortunately, there is not an RUU for Rogers right now. The closest thing I can find is a CWM Nandroid backup here. You should be able to use this and return to stock, however it might re-lock your bootloader, but that's easy to fix, just unlock again. Hope this helps.
If I flashed the nandroid thur cwm, how to restore stock recovery incase I need to return to Rogers for repair ?

[Q] [REQUEST] Stock T-Mobile ROM/Nandroid Backup

Hey all,
so I recently flashed the MaximusHD ROM for my M7 on T-Mobile US. I love the ROM, 4.3 is great, blah blah blah. But right now, TWRP won't recognize my Nandroid backup that I made on stock 4.1.2. I need a Nandroid backup I can use to restore to Stock if I so need, OR a T-Mobile US ROM for M7 on 4.1.2, so I can relock my bootloader and use my RUU properly (if I relock my bootloader, MaximusHD won't boot, thus making me unable to use the RUU).
Unless one of you fine people can tell me how to get TWRP to recognize my Nandroid backup on 4.1.2 (it doesn't show up in the Restore window in TWRP).
Thanks!
Ps. This isn't necessarily an urgent matter, but I would really love to have these things settled before I need them. Also, I tried using the extracted ROM from the T-Mobile RUU, but TWRP wouldn't flash it, so now I'm stuck trying to find something else. Thanks y'all!

Everything you need can be found in the T-Mobile HTC One forum. I suggest you and everyone else look there for T-Mobile specific needs.

[Q] Trying to install KK OTA - stock, rooted

Moved this question from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=51198721
I'm currently stock, rooted, S-OFF, and TWRP recovery. I'm flashed to 3.06.651.6 firmware.
I still get the OTA notifications, and my goal is to install the latest OTA update (without RUU) so that I can preserve data. I've created a TWRP backup, but that's the extent of it.
Any help is appreciated.
Other background - I reverted back to 3.06.651.6 after flashing firmware 4.06.xxx because I could not boot normally after that or did not know how.
My bootloader says Tampered, relocked

Ok
I have never done an OTA or Ran an RUU personally.
To the best of my knowledge you will have to flash the stock recovery and a stock rom to be able to take the OTA.
Sidenote: You say you are re-locked...when you unlock again it's going to wipe your device.
Backup everything important to your PC then run the RUU stuff is gonna get wiped either way might as well use the RUU as it's a cleaner method.
You'll have to flash the 4.06 firmware I pointed you to from the other thread to get the required hboot.

Serious Q - Am I not On the stock ROM if I never switched ROMs?
But OK, s=you're saying if I were even able to get the stock revoery reloaded, and receive the OTA, but then if i try to unloack bootloader after that I won't be able to? Also serious Q - Do you have a link on performing a good nandroid backup?
Next - if I did run the RUU, how would i quickly restore my data - just using titanium backup? is that the quickest/only way?

If you never changed roms then yes you are on a stock rom.
To unlock the bootloader again you would use Htc Dev again(unless you still have your unlock token) and by doing so it will wipe your phone.
Only way to nandroid is to have a custom recovery which means unocking bootloader.
I personally don't use Titanium Backup so can't answer that...I backup my phone/sdcard to my PC at least once a month (copy and paste to a folder on my PC)

What SW version are you on, i you are S-ON you cannot flash a lower version than the one already installed on your phone, it has to be a similar or higher version, plus it has to be precisely for your Model or it will fail.
The only option is to restore stock ROM Backup through TWRP and flash stock recovery...

Hi,
All steps are explained in detail here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/one-mini-2/general/stock-ruu-rom-recovry-htc-one-mini-2-t3250020
You need to have TWRP installed to restore Nandroid backup.
