hello to everyone
I have bought my Honor 3c from Amazon fr and it came with B109.
Now I have updated it to official B306 and I will love to try xposed.
Can I use always root with vroot ?
thanks
Has anyone confirmed the above? Thanks!
Thanks! Any method for xposed + resource hooks?
Hello. I am bringing this up after all this time to
Thank you for your answers! Thanks!
Indeed, @kernel.killer 's method works. One needs to disable resource hooks for xposed to work on this phone. (tested with xposed 2.6.1)
Ask if there is a way to install xposed with resource hooks. What I have tried is editing build.prop hwtheme value from 2 to 0 but xposed still did not work.

Eventually you can try installing XposedInstaller 2.5.1 modified for some devices. It worked for me but it disabled HW theming engine, so the icons look terrible.
P.S.: I forgot where I got it from, in order that I can't give credits to anyone, but it IS NOT my work.
Just flash xposed zip
xposed is not working on stock
ive searched through some threads finding out how to install xposed on lollipop (5.0.2) but it is confusing me as different phones have different methods of installing... apparently
Can someone give me a step by step guide for noobs with links if you can.
i had xposed before on kitkat but now it seems confusing to install ?
Many thanks

Installing xposed on HTC One running lollipop isn't different than what is explained in the "official Xposed for lollipop" thread: Flash framework zip in recovery and install the xposed apk. Each time you want to update the framework, you'll have to flash it in recovery like said in the xposed app
Btw its "harder" to install because Xposed for lollipop is still in alpha version.
Btw. there is a separate version for 5.1.

What did you finally download? x86, or arm?
Should be ARM since the CPU on the m7 is ARMv7.
I use a galaxy nexus (CyanogenMod 11-20151213-NIGHTLY-maguro)
Xposed You can not install the frame work because it does not correspond to the armeabi-v7a.
please me if there is xposed fremework is not supported by the amrmebi-v7a
I reply slow because Japanese

Xposed supports Android KitKat on a Nexus 5. Use the Xposed Installer from here (Xposed v2.7 experimental1 or any other version). Check this thread if you still have problems.
Thank you

Hi everyone!
I'm having some troubles getting Xposed Framework to work on my S4 mini (GT-I9195)
The phone is rooted and i'm using Android 4.4.2 (it's not a custom rom, but Samsung's original)
From Xposed installer, as I go to the Framework section, i get:
With Xposed 3.2: "Xposed is not (yet) compatible with android SDK 19 or your processor architecture (armeabi-v7a)"
With Xposed 3 alpha 4: "The Xposed framework is not installed. Please download the latest ZIP file from XDA and flash it manually via recovery"
Am I doing something wrong or is there something i just don't know?
Sorry and hopefully this thread isn't spam

You're on KitKat, so you just need to use the older apk method, no need for flashing Xposed

Thank u a lot for your answer!
Where i can find more info about the "apk method"? I'm afraid i've never read anything about other methods than putting the apk in the phone and installing it from there.
Sorry but i'm a total noob
EDIT: Apparently i solved by using another version of Xposed from a mediafire link found on a forum. The file name is "Xposed Installer (SDK 19).apk" (Unfortunately i can't post urls yet )
Thank you a lot!
Hello,
I seem to have installed Xposed successfully, because in the Xposed app it says, I have installed Xposed Framework v89 successfully.
however it does not seem to work.
I have installed the Module MinMinGuard and it says Xposed is not enabled.
How can I verify if it works or not?
I installed the official Xposed Version.
I remember, that some time in the past I had to install wanams Version for Xposed to works, but since I can only find old Versions, I would like to use the official version.
How can I get it to work?
I use Resurrection Remix ROM v5. 8.2, which is Nougat 7.1.1
Thanks

The exposed installer app main screen will tell you if the exposed framework itself is active or not. After installing MinMin guard did you reboot. Also in installer menu under modules make sure the module is checked then reboot.

Yes, I rebooted.
I have now uninstalled MinMinGuard, but I can not install it again.
It download the addon, but when the download has finished, there is no button to install it, like there used to be.
Does the official Xposed work with a S5 and my CustomROM or only wanams Version?
If I remember correctly, in the past I was only able to install wanams version, but it seems to be outdated by now.
I also get a notification, that I have to update Xposed, but I don't know where to find a newer Version

I am using official rovo's ver 89 on stock 7.0 rom with no issues. I believe exposed is more firmware and architecture related rather than device(with exceptions of course).
As to to custom ROMs I am not sure as I having only used stock ROMs but there are threads here on XDA for your rom. If exposed was not going to work on your device I would think you would know about it.
MimMin Guard(ver 2.0.2) is working for me. I have only been using it for a short time (running 2 other ad blockers as well) have noticed that there are no notifications to say if it is blocking or not unless you open app up and scroll through app lists.
When downloading modules is complete it installs automatically then should tell you to reboot.
Not to sound like a broken record but remember when un/installing reboot.
I believe wanums versions are for Samsung devices on lollipop/marshmellow.
As to updates as far as I know there are none yet for nougat unless you have magisk version or an unofficial version.
Link below is for minmin guard thread for more info

Edit: Sorry just realized yes it does come up with install option. Sounds like you only disabled the module and not uninstalled it.

I did remove MinMinGuard completely.
Now I've found out, that I can no longer install any Xposed addon.
It seems to download the addons, but it won't install.
Also I always get a notification, that I need to update Xposed...
I'll try remove and reinstall Xposed.

What version of exposed installer are you on.
Latest version is 3.1.5
Edit: You could also try clearing data and cache in your app settings.
