(to unlock bootloader, we need to use downgrade bootloader that needs flashin with older ROM) how can I backup ??
You can't backup before unlocking bootloader. And if you ain't on hboot 2.00 you can just easy root and flash recovery via revolutionary. In recovery you can backup your stock rom.

Help about unlocked bootloader

Guys im using the ihackers pure stock rom minimal version with unlocked bootloader and using ihackers kernel too so how can i fix my x reality in unlocked bootloader with this rom?..i already restore the TA so that i can relock it but after restoring my TA the phone just vibrate and won't boot..now i just reflash it.
No, the description reads like it's using a modified kernel. The DRM'd features will only work with a stock kernel. You may be able to flash a stock kernel alongside the ROM to get those features back.

Install STOCK rom and root it, then restore your TA. It is very important that you flash stock rom. Do not use custom rom or custom kernel. If you have 10.3.1.A.2.67 or 10.3.1.A.0.244(more easy to root) firmware, install it and root it. What tool did you use to make your TA backup?
To root 10.3.1.A.2.67/74 firmware read http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2386405

Yes, install stock rom and then root it and make sure you have root before you restore your TA. In the Backup-TA tool you have one option called, Restore dry-run... use that one to test your TA before you restore it, to make sure you don't get any errors

You can lock your bootloader by restoring the TA partition (assuming you made a backup) but you must go back to stock first, otherwise you'll get problems.
To get back to stock, download the correct ftf from here and flash it using flashtool.

Not a good idea. You’re asking for troubles.
In theory: yes... You can make a backup in twrp, reatores It and lock bootloader. In real world: Just don't do that. There are several possible problems with It and people are bricking their phones doing a lot less...
