Good morrow,
I'm using the preinstalled Xperia Album app to view photos on my Xperia SP. I also have got the Google Photos app that I use only to sync photos with Google+/Picasa. Since the latest versions of Xperia Album allow me to view the photos that are on my Google+ account but don't allow me to sync them, this is what I want to ask: is there any way to sync photos with G+ without the Google Photos app?
Thanks in advance

Is there any place we can download camera plug-ins for instant pictures upload to facebook & picasa?
As Play now is no longer supported for X2 neither picasa plug-in is accessible now.
BTW is there any "fix" for playnow?
I have Picasa Plugin, here you are:
Thanks
So, after installing two different JB roms, I've encountered the same problem where the gallery app doesn't display Picasa (now referred to as Google Photos in the sync options) image albums. I have enabled sync of Google Photos in the sync settings, rebooted after etc.
I have tried the QuickPic app- same results.
I can view the albums in JustPictures! but only if the albums are publicly visible (there is no login provision in JustPictures for Picasa galleries).
Has anybody else seen this issue or found a solution?
Hi there,
On the Sony photo gallery app, the default one, I cannot see how to save Picasa / Google+ Photo albums to the phone.
In the stock Gallery app, there is a "make available offline" option on other brands of phones.
This makes an excellent way to sync photos between your PC and phone.
Ideas?
On my Nexus 4, the phone had an option to sync with Picasa, which basically meant Picasa web albums appeared in the albums list on the stock Gallery app. I'm not seeing this on the Moto X. Is there a way to get that same functionality as on the Nexus, or has "Sync with Picasa" been discontinued for some reason, which would mean I'm stuck using the (also stock) Photos gallery app, or download 3rd party such as Quikpic?
I honestly like the simplicity of the stock Gallery app, and now also the way it shows the date as you scroll back in time through the camera roll.
As Nokia mention in its webpage...
How to do ?
It's not specific to this Nokia 7 plus. It's for all phones up to 16MP uploading, it's unlimited.
The Google photos app uploads your photos automatically to the cloud, very handy. There doesn't seem to be a gallery app on this phone, just photos app,
Just double check your backup settings in this app and your all set, you can log in to photos anywhere with your Google account
As long as you don't choose the "original" option in the Photos app back up settings, you have unlimited photos storage.
