known bugs:
-when the first configuration wizard finishes you must do a soft-reset to apply the changes.
-in the first configuration wizard, it could appear also a missing link error or something ...but i'm not sure about it...

And honestly I reckon that the most important things in a good ROM are those...
Maybe be named by a king is a too big thing
I am happy that you all appreciate my ROMs...
NB : Make an hard reset after flashing and a SOFT-reset after the customization ends up...cause manila doesn't start immediatly after the customization...

Ooops...a little bug...
Bad management of Music Player. After 12 to 16 seconds evry song you play is stopped and the application run crappy.
EVRYTHING else is stable, maybe a memory lack? Guessing...
(P.S. Mr. Kenia, i'm italian too, i'm writing in english because of forum rules obviously).

It happened something similar with PhoenixEx, we solved deleting MUSIC folders from SD card (assuming your PDA is "clean", otherwise also in PDA's memory), and then creating a new one paying attention putting back the audio files.
It was a problem , in that particular case, of previous Rom's installations in SD card, and not a ROM problem.... spero ti sia d'aiuto, in caso vai su "nonsolotelefonia"....

You were right, previous ROMs installation created mess...
by deleting music and re inserting it the problem swiped away...
Let's go...

seems good rom. first thing i can saw was the slow scroll in file explorer, program list, manila and windows contacts.
...I have to test it...

I just have noticed some minor bugs:
1- comm manager shortcut doesn't work for home tabs
2- program list related to home tabs have some problem in linkage.
3- some icons for home tabs are in low quality, for example camera and notes

At the first flash, evrything worked fine kenia...but i had music player problem...
I decided to re-flash rom ad now...KEYBOARD ISSUE!
I'm wondering why...
I read in other posts people have the same problem.

bella rom davvero, io ho 2 problemi, quando faccio una telefonata il display rimane acceso quindi la batteria scende paurosamente.
poi nell'album delle foto appena li carica tutte il menu ritorna indietro, insomma non rimane li per poter modificare foto o altro.
si possono risolvere questi problemi???

very nice rom, I have 2 problems, when I make a call the display stays on then the battery drops alarmingly.
then the album of photos you just load them all the menu comes back I do not limit them remains to edit photos or other.
can solve these problems??

I Created this splash for my use, or people like it and want to use it
•Make sure your battery is at 50 percent or greater before beginning.
•Completely power off the device and unplug USB connection if present.
•Press down the "Volume down" and "Power/End" button simultaneously.
•You should see a red, green,blue and white screen with the word "Serial" in the bottom.
•Connect your HD2 to the PC via USB
•Run the CustomRUU.exe
•Follow instruction and your Done

No - do a search for bootanimation.zip files. They go in \System\Media. There's plenty of em on here.

Awesome work. Sometimes the Google Chrome closes when he's got so many things to do at the same time.
Just tested the 3G and is working like a charm and i did 11900 on Antutu Benchmark 3k better than Kitkat and something about 2 times the stock rom. Great work!
PS: my phone is the 8190lubamb1 from Brazil.

I've tried your rom and wow it's great. 3g is working.
Hope you'll fix the following issues in your next release.

I have managed to patch up almost everything audio related. But there's still a glitch with in-call audio. While the blobs seem to initialize now: http://paste.omnirom.org/view/263fcbc1, cscall_omx still bails out at line #3777 (apparently)
Will try with the audio.h amendement, haven't done that yet.
Would be too awesome if we could get this finally going. Have also pinged @AGONTUK on that issue.

On F2FS maybe? If not try with 2.7, always works fine for me.

I finnaly install omni rom, nice one but i have some problem with camera, sometimes work and another not, and also i don't find THEME in settings ?!?! And when i change language to french only some settings changed to french but the whole settings are in english?

Stupid question here, but I kind of want to flash this. However, my last flash.....Kind of nearly screwed over my device and it took me almost a day to fix it. However, I feel more confident in doing it now, but still have some questions.
- I have Unlocked my bootloader, Rooted and flashed TWRP. Do I still need to de-crypt the filesystem before flashing this?
- Last time I decrypted using a tutorial here, I dropped from 64GB to 23 GB of file storage. After multiple resets, factory resets and wipes, I still didn't get my storage back. Only after I re-flashed Stock completely I got it back. Did I mess up somewhere?
- The ROM uses the Sensei Kernel it seems. Do I need to flash this beforehand? Or is it included within the ROM?
- Which G-apps are exactly stripped from the g-apps package?

Question - why did my flashlight toggle disappear? I did actually turn it on when I was first setting up the rom, but on a reboot it's gone.

No you don't have to un-encrypt. And after you un-encrypt and it shows less storage space you have to either factory reset or wipe data and it will show the right space. As for sensei it's built in with the ROM but you can flash any other kernel.

Alright, I'll test it out today then!

Firstly thanks for the ROM, great work, seems really smooth and with the stock gapps package is just like it was out of the box, only better!
My only question is regarding the volume rocker, I want this to only control the media volume, not the ring/notification volume. Can seem to find where I do that, or is that not baked into CM12?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Build 106 freezes at the language selection screen after the first boot. It then goes into a bootloop. Wiped everything beforehand. Too bad :/ took ages to download for some reason as well

No one else has reported that. I wonder why. And I get over 5MB a second from the server. I do have a fast connection though.

I'm on a 180mbit wired connection. I normally download with slightly over 20MB/s so this really surprised me. I've tried multiple reinstalls last night because I really wanted it to work, but it kept going into a bootloop for some reason. I'll wait for 107 to be out and flash that

Hi Everyone,
After checking lots of days and searching all forums I wanted to share with all world about Cyanogenmod 5.1.1 for Lenovo A3300-hv. (a.k.a. A7 )
What is working :
-Wifi
-Bluetooth
-Gps
-Phone (Audio Calls)
And whole other functions.
What is NOT working :
- Camera.
Actually I tried to copy libs from original rom dump and settings from system folder but I couldnt manage. If someone has some ideas or possible fix please tell me. Also tried for 3rd party applications but still no chance to work.
Lets Continue to guide.
Before you continue make sure you have backup and root !
1. Install flashify.
Download Flashify : http://www.mediafire.com/download/w1i87ls2ell7c1f/Flashify.apk
* If you face any issues please use Rashr.apk
2. Download TWRP Recovery and put it to tablet (either phone storage or sdcard)
Download TWRP Recovery : http://www.mediafire.com/download/1v3ejw7jcw4ivcm/recovery.img
2.1. After downloading TWRP please flash it from Flashify.
* Open Flashify app
* Choose Recovery Image from flash tab.
* Choose recovery.img that you downloaded and put on tablet.
3. Download rom and gapps.

Gapps Minimal : http://www.mediafire.com/download/nb1rt48rqrz8m16/gapps.zip
After downloading both files please put them to sdcard or internal storage.
Now reboot to recovery.
1st option : Power off tablet. Press and hold VOLUME UP + POWER till you see TWRP screen.
2nd option : Open flashify and choose reboot to recovery.
4. Please backup your current rom.
5. Now Wipe Data & Cache make a factory reset. It can take more less 2 minutes just keep calm and imagine cool places from your hometown.
6. Now install rom and gapps as standart old school method.
7. Reboot system VOILA ! Enjoy the Cyanogen Mod 5.1.1 rom in your Lenovo A3300-HV (A7).

This ROM targets the newer version of the tablet. Not the A3000. Their hardware is very different.

Will this ROM work for the A3300-GV, too?
Is the chip the same?
GV is the 2G Version, HV is the 3G Version, I think.

I've tried it on my A3300-H. The camera doesn't work as the developer stated. There are some minor bugs too, but still it's a very nice ROM.

This sounds familiar.
The CyanogenMod Rom for the Fire 5th Generation had also the camera problem before but now it is fixed.
And: The Fire has also a MTK chipset. Maybe its code will help us here!?

Flash azam426 rom by latest SPFlashtool & u'll be okay.

U will find a tutorial video to change or add or reset your imel in youtube I have just made it because I faced some issue after flashing

Great! Only complaint is camera, and the multi touch has reduced from 5 to 2, hopefully that will be fixed :/

Well technically umts(3g) is not fully working in gv but it has! Dial it in your tab #*#*4636*#*# then tab info. Look for gsm(auto prl). Well gsm(auto prl) prioritized more of edge than 3g but its 3g.
