I had the same problem. I flashed Advanced Voodoo 5 v1.1 Kernel with Odin and the problem was solved.
Darky's 5.5 is up now - fixes the problem
I did a clean install of 5.5 and I see get this on now .Does any one know a solution other than flashing a new kernel.

I installed XXJVR firmware on my I9000 and then rooted the phone using CF ROOT kernel. Can I install Voodoo lagfix on this stock firmware?

I loved Boefla but my phone has 4.3 and when i try doesnt work well..

Is anyone using infected's slimkat rom and lightning kervel v8 and is having problem with logcat?
I was trying to debug some stuff using android studio and my phone, but logcat is empty. I flashed back infected's kernel which came with the rom and logcat was working again. Is there any solution or should I just flash infected's kernel back? I would but there is an annoying sound stuttering problem while listening music...
