So, I have download booster enabled and it works great. I just turned on WiFi calling and it popped up and said that download booster and WiFi calling cannot be used at the same time. Does this mean, that if both are turned on, one wont work? Or that you cant be making a wifi call and downloading something with the booster while on the call? Thanks to anyone who can help.
I have them both enabled and didnt get this issue.
I saw the same message, says you can't use both at the same time.
I don't get that msg when both on..

I'm sure this has been covered, and I vaguely remember having this problem in the past, but my search-fu is failing me...
Suddenly, when on a call (I have my Kaiser configured to drop my data connection when making / receiving a call), my WiFi turns on and searches for an AP.
I turn it off, make another call, and the next thing I know it's on again and searching...
How do I configure my Kaiser so it won't turn on WiFi automatically?
Im having this very same issue! I think what is going on is the phone searching for data connection when a call cuts it off. What I mean is im using the phone on ATT so i can only use edge, so if i have lets say parlingo open using data and a call comes in it cuts off the connection thus the program switching on my wifi as an alterior method. Still very annoying and something i dont want happening..
Hi all,
has anyone else seen an issue with T-Mobile WiFi calling being unreliable? Its enabled and the icon in status bar present, but calls immediately go to voice mail. As soon as I disable WiFi calling and it switches back to cell network, calls work fine. Switch WiFi calling back on and it either works again or doesn't , its hit or miss. When I place a call during this time it just immediately drops. Since its so unreliable, I just turned it off completely, but I am curious if others have the same issue.
I am on ARHD 9.0 , but same issue was also on 8.1. I have not been on stock ROM since I got the phone.
Thanks
Is there a way to have WiFi calling turning on automatically if the phone connect to WiFi and have it turn off when the WiFi connection is lost?
I read something in the S5 thread about changing some settings by use of ROM Toolbox, unfortunately it breaks the link to the WiFi calling app. Besides, it didn't seem to work on my m8 hk stock.
Hi!
I'm trying to fix my phone that's been stuck in airplane mode since i can't remember. I got another one, but wanna make this one work. I've tried some stuff i've read but nothing... i've recently installed CM13 and no change. I can swap out of airplane mode, but i never get a signal. If i try to choose a network on my own it just says that something went wrong. People have had the same problem with the HTC One X, but i haven't seen much from Mini 2 users. Those guys tried different kernels and roms, but i don't know what to try.... any thoughts? Uploading a picture of my radio status.
Thanks in advance!
(edit: added two more pictures. When i hold down the power button it says that airplane mode is on, but in my notification bar and settings the airplane mode is off...)

Have you tried???
Bug occurs if you have WiFi Calling on when you turn off WiFi.
To fix :
1) Enable WiFi
2) Enable WiFi Calling
3) Let WiFi Calling re-establish itself.
4) Turn WiFi Calling off
5) Wait 10 seconds
6) Turn WiFi off.
Your 4g should be back.

i'm sorry, i've been googling a bit but i can't find the wifi calling option, i don't have that option where others have it... do you have any idea of why that could be?

This is exactly how it is for me, but with the HTC one Mini 2
Just had the a couple of days ago and noticed WiFi calling not working.
Anyone having the same issue? Tried flight mode and WiFi. Nothing. It was working fine before hand.
Mine disabled WiFi Calling after the update. Re-enabled and it still works fine on mine. Just a bit weird.
So if you choose flight mode and turn on WiFi the WiFi calling symbol comes up on top? You can also dial out?
The WiFi calling in settings can be toggled on or fine in the settings. Just seems to have no effect!
