All,
Recently I have been experiencing random app crashing. Nothing crazy or show stopper, just annoying. My Note 4 is stock and I know in the past, if I experience random app crashing, I wold wipe Dalvick cache and the system would 'rebuild' the apps? Now since I'm stock, how do I go about troubleshooting these random app crashes. I've rebooted multiple times btw.
Let me know! Thanks!!!

I have a freshly roted nc, and many of the apps close when using them. I don't see an alarm raised for it in the status, so I'm not sure if it's a crash. It happens many times on various browsers. Has anyone else suffered this, and found a fix? It usually happens within 1-2 minutes of browsing. After an app closes I still have at least 50% memory unused.
Have you tried to install Fake Location. some apps seem to expect the GPS and panic when they got have it.
Have you tried clearing apps cache on nook tools app managing

Thanks for the suggestions. I've tried both, but neither seemed to solve the problem. I used Titanium backup and nook color tools to clear the cache. My memory usage is 6203 kB, so memory should be a problem.
Hey all,
I am currently running my VZW Galaxy Tab with a stock 2.2 Froyo build that is rooted and running Boushh's KhasMek Kernel V5.
Ever since I installed that kernel, I have been experiencing constant force closes. It's really not any one app either, it is most of them. So far, I have put the freeze (via Titanium Backup) on all the apps that have FC'd a lot that I don't use. Maps was one of the biggest culprits. Facebook FCs a lot as well, and the only way to fix it is to go into app management and clear data. Similar issues with random games and such as well.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple apps, and this helps for a time, but doesn't last too long. I have tried switching launchers, just in case it was somehow related, but it doesn't seem to be.
Basically, whenever I leave the tablet on idle for more than a few minutes, when I unlock it something hangs and I get an FC of a random app.
And a lot of times, it just does the single vibrate, followed by two quick ones, and nothing comes up as having FC. But, in the mean time, the tablet is unusable until it hits the second set of vibrations.
This is extremely annoying and is preventing usage of the tablet for periods of time. So, I am wondering, is anyone else experiencing this? If so, what have you done to fix it? At this point, I am inclined to just revert back to stock, though I would rather not.
Thanks for any insight.
As of now, I am constantly getting

force closing.
Hello,
i am having problems with random soft reboots on my HTC one since i bought it. It happened with stock 4.1.2 and continued with upgrade to 4.2.1, it even rebooted few times while upgrading. I am not sure if some app is causing reboots, it happens only when using it, sometimes while in whatsapp, mx player, dolphine browser, sometimes sense crashes. It happens 3-4 times a day. Now i am on Revolution HD 22 and facing it again, it even reboots after clean install with only few apps. On HD 22 sometimes freezes with black screen so i have to kill it.
Now i am thinking that it is some kind of hardware problem.
What can i do?
Does anybody else have problems like this?
Thanks!
Did you choose a full wipe when you installed V22 (I love it fast smooth and bug free for me)
I would do a Titanium back up (apps you installed only no date - then re-install the app and choose to wipe all options on the install - that should resolve it for you
I did few full wipes and clean installs and even did not used TB to restore.

Does anyone else experience lag sliding from the right? For me its random. I want to use hangouts so bad but this is awful. If anyone has any info, suggestions or solutions relating to this lag that would be fantastic.
I've tried clearing cache and flat out wiping data of the app and although it seems faster at first it eventually begins to lag and get slow all over again. I did however notice that if I rotate my phone all the lag is completely gone.
No one?
Recently went to CM14 from CM13, did a clean install of it, but in the last few days, my phone has been getting REALLY hot, and the battery is draining completely in about 2 hours. Right now, I'm trying to see what's the best way to find out the culprit. Checked the running apps, and there's nothing unusual. Just facebook, whatsapp etc. Any suggestions as to how to start finding out what's causing it?
edit:
ok so I've made some progress by changing apps to be battery optimised and clearing the cache from a few apps. New question, if I wipe cache/dalvik from twrp, does it clear the cache from all apps?
Try installing a custom kernel... The same heating issue i have been experiencing in cm14.1 has been resolved through this...
