[BOOT ANIMATION] Galaxy Nexus Jelly Bean (Android 4.1)

Hi guys!
I ported the Galaxy Nexus Jelly Bean boot animation from the GMS Galaxy Nexus handed out at Google I/O today to fit the Thunderbolt (480x480).
It's nothing special (just an X with some flashy colors around it) so I'm not sure if this will be a big hit or not, but I thought hey it's the latest and greatest and people dig that.
LINKS
Click Here to check out a preview on youtube.
Click Here to download the 480x480 Version (Fits the Thunderbolt)
Click Here to download the Original (640x640) Version
INSTRUCTIONS
- Step 1: Download the boot animation using a link above
- Step 2: Copy the boot animation to your sdcard
- Step 3: Use a file explorer (I recommend ES File Explorer) to navigate to your current bootanimation.zip
* If you are using an AOSP ROM this should be /system/customize/resource/bootanimation.zip
* If you are using a Sense ROM this should be /system/customize/resource/VZW_bootanimation.zip
- Step 4: Make a backup of your existing boot animation file by copying it to your sdcard
- Step 5: Delete the boot animation file from the system folder
- Step 6: Copy the custom boot animation file and paste it to where the original boot animation file was located
- Step 7: Rename the file exactly like the original.
- Step 8: Reboot the phone
NOTE: I'm not sure who to credit for getting the original boot animation... I just converted to the appropriate size to work on the tbolt.
Enjoy!
Nice work!

2)what is De-ODEX?
thank everyone for help...
1) Flash a FTF file ending in .534 (Find the file and the instructions in the Mega collection thread in general)
2) Install Dual Recovery (Find the files and instructions in the dual recovery thread in the cross device development section)
3) Install the rom you have linked to following the instructions in that ROM
De-odex means the odex files of all the system apks have been incorporated into the apk making modding of them easier.

[HELP REQUEST] Adding native blur via maxx35000 guide

So there it is men, I'm trying to follow this guide to add the native blur when you're going to All Apps menu or unlocking the screen via pattern or PIN. But I've encountered a problem (the Android is 7.0 Nougat for J7 Prime G610M). I don't see the exact strings required by the instruction in the first file, specifically SamsungWindowState (you have to modify SamsungWindowState.smali in Samsung-Services.jar and WindowStateAnimator.smali and also GlobalActions.smali in services.jar).
Here is the link to the mod again: https://forum.xda-developers.com/ga...ide-how-to-add-native-blur-stock-rom-t3717950.
And as the code is too long to post here I'm uploading the extracted JARs and specific key files in the archives .
Link 1, extracted JAR: http://rgho.st/92mt76Ztn.
Link 2, only key files: http://rgho.st/8dMTHQRWs.
Which strings I have to modify and how? Please help.
where did you find these files, i mean the path, what is the path of these files, please tell me

hey..so..uhmmm...awesome work, but how can I change the image and have my own custom boot logo?
I tried changing the image using winrar, but it complained that it cant modify .bin files, so i created a zip file and moved bin files from it to there then changed the extension to .bin, but it didn't work when I flashed it. Can you give me tip on how to achieve this?
