Anybody know if its possible to remove or hide the stock app drawer icon on the Turbo? I don't want to get rid of the app drawer itself. Just keep the icon from showing on the home screen. I know it sounds weird but I have my reasons

Thanks but here's the thing. I'm trying to keep my kid out of the app drawer and shes smart enough to just open the other launcher. So if I can figure out a way to disable it I can use the app drawer app for MIUI And then I can just lock that app. I just want her to have access to what is on the home screen. Got any suggestions?

The slider row on the bottom of the home screen usually contains three icons for Phone, Apps, and Browser. For some reason, the Apps icon on my slider got replaced with the Google Talk icon, so now I can't access my apps from the slider. I think what happened is last night I removed the Talk icon from my home screen and instead of dragging it up to the trash I dragged it down towards the slider.
Does anyone know how to recover the apps icon and put it back on the slider?
Running ADW Launcher?
Go to its settings, change the assignment.
If your using launcher pro, just longpress on the icon that is where your app drawer should be and a box will pop up and it should say change shortcut.
Hope that fixes your problem.

OP is using ADW for sure. Had the same "problem" yesterday.
Longpress the Homescreen and choose "Open App Drawer Shortcut" or something like that.
Now move the icon down to the dock
It's under custom shortcut...

Fixed. Thanks all!
First one suggestion-It would be nice to add transparent option for BlinkFeed, and now a question: I set transparent app drawer at 80% and it works ,but when I enter to apps menu from blinkfeed my drawer is 100%,so the point is that I think that drawer is inconsistent ,or maybe I have that problem only

You have luck, that I actually saw your post
Transparent BF is on the list already. And for the app drawer: That's how it worky by HTC. They remove the BF from the layout stack when the app drawer gets shown. That way it has a solid black background. So basically it is consistent as 80% drawer on black background results in a black background
Is there a good app that will let me change the status bar icons and clock location that does not require root. I have tried a few on Google Play but none seem to do what I want them to.
Thanks.
Maybe try configuring something with Zooper or UCCW widget? You can use a launcher (I use Nova pro) to hide the actual status bar then use a widget in place of it, this way you can design it the way you want.

Not without root, sorry. streebs87's work around might do something for you, but you're not going to be able to configure the actual status bar at all without some sort of root tool.

That's what I was afraid of. Thanks.
"Color Status Bar" app will mod the quick buttons, clock location & style without root.
Edit @twillet50
8bit status bar well worth the price too.

That does part of what I want. Thanks for the tip!!
Also check out an app called Power Toggles. I love it. You can put customizable toggles in your notification drop down. Here's a screenshot from my phone:
Edit: whoops! Misread your post. Not what you were asking.
Hey guys using nova launcher and had no issue I changed the icons and that's fine like usual but I wake up today and now the icons for most apps I'm my app drawer are invisible. I restarted my phone and changed the icon pack and still they're invisible. Any idea on what's going on here?
Is there any way to disable the search bar in app drawer? I know exactly where which app is. I am open to use adb but not open to alternate launchers. Thanks.
