I have been using Mi 3 since a week with official update MIUI v6, i am unable to read Indian regional languages(Gujrathi,Punjabi,Urdu etc) in text messages.. I had tried to flash language pack of Canvas Unite 2 but the emojis were missing.. Please help how to get those language support!

i just bought the lenovo k3 note. i have the android 5.0 ... i wanted to check for updates but i cant find anywhere the update button.
i went to setings--about phone and nothing is there,
i tried to force search for updates by dialing *#*#blablabla*#*# and nothing happend.
how is that possible? i cant find anything related to updates in my divice !
please help
My phone downloaded a file of 855.76mb called update.zip on 25/7/2015

Some phones come with the shop suppliers rom so that update option is not available. If you want updates you'll have to flash a different rom with sp tool.
OTA update
I got a K3 note (k50-t5) which had a multi language rom (Android 5.0) with VibeUI 2.5 preinstalled from the shop.
I also had no OTA update on this device.
Given that the german translation had still some Chinese strings and I wanted to get the latest stable Lenovo rom, I searched for a rom with OTA to get OTA back on my device.
After I found www needrom com/download/k50-t5_usr_st2511_5-444-1_1503111505-lang-pk4-china-aliexpress/ I only downloaded the Lenovo OTA app to get the OTA update back and to update to VIBEUI_V2.8._1535_5.128.1_ST_K50-T5 over the air (which is the actual Lenovo rom stable with Android 5.1).
I didn't had to flash anything to do that - just installed and run the Lenovo OTA app.
BE AWARE:
If you run the OTA update you will loose the Google apps (which you can install with Google Installer app or flash a custom recovery to install the gapps after the OTA update).
AND
VIBEUI_V2.8._1535_5.128.1_ST_K50-T5 is Chinese/English only!
If you're looking for a multi language rom with OTA, you might want to use the Lenovo Indian rom or another multi language rom which you can find at www needrom com/category/lenovo/serial-k/k-50/ .

I tested it only a couple of days with the 'old' ROM. So I can't say much about any differences in features or performance.
I had no issue before the update - and have no issue since the update.
Before, it was VibeUI 2.5 Android 5.0 (Multilanguage - with some Chinese within the German translation) - and now its VibeUI 2.8 Android 5.1 (Chinese/English). But I use the Google Now Launcher for a more vanilla like UI.
I had to reinstall the GoogleApps after the OTA update (this is normal with the Chinese/English stock ROM) - you can use the 'Google installer app' for this.
And I had to download and install the Lenovo Music App again - Because the Version after the update was old and in Chinese.
I found the download link for the app here on xdadevelopers (Just search for 'Lenovo music app').
Because I 'lost' the possibility to choose 'German' as system language (so ALL apps where in English) - I used the app 'MoreLocale 2' to change the Configuration to my favorite language 'German' and the Location to Germany.
To give the app the needed permission I used the adb sdk command line tool with 'adb shell pm grant jp.co.c_lis.ccl.morelocale android.permission.CHANGE_CONFIGURATION'.
So now I have the System in English (Settings, Notification bar, and all apps without German language support) - and all apps with German language support are in German (Playstore, Gmail, Chrome, Google+, Skype, Whatsapp, Games, and so on).
Neither root nor a custom recovery is necessary to do any of this.

and if it is supported you can update through OTA or u have to flash stock rom again

How to install newest Android Marshmallow (there is only Indian)? ...is there any workaround, guide, ...or similar?

I bought a second hand phone MI NOTE (virgo) and i am new in the World of Xiaomi and MIUI. I can tell that the phone is running a China ROM, specifically ROM version MIUI 16.3.6.0 (KXECNBL) Stable. It contains lots of useless apps and well apps that are fully running in chinese language, so i wanted to flash a different ROM. After some researches and tries, i have failed to flash a stable nor dev Global ROM. The ROMs that i tried are located here en. miui. com/download-262. html#366 (just remove the spaces and add http) . I have tried the System update, Recovery update and the Fastboot update but failed in all of it. I always get the "Install update.zip signature verification failed" in the Recovery update, holding down Volume down (-) and power only power on/off loops the device and not open the fastboot, and in the system update, there are no three dots where an option to update is present. I am now running android 4.4.4. I am from the Philippines btw, first owner said phone came from China. Can someone help me to just flash an android 6 stable and global rom? Also please excuse me in advance if i ask a lot of basic questions.

i recently bought a Huawei Mate S (CRR-UL00)
i love the phone
i love everything about it
The Hardware is amazing
there's only one problem .. which is the software (EMUI) .. it's just kinda ugly and iPhone like
i was wondering .. Is there a way to replace EMUI with AOSP systemui ? as there currently are no custom ROMs for the Mate S

i tried v3 and it had issues with google services as its based on an asian version of mate s firmware. the latest v4, is german language only.
In v4 continue the problems with google services. I do not have the contacts and if you can change the language, although there are 3 or 4 applications that are in German besides the Chinese

And this Not really a custom Rom.......its the b370 with kangvipe settings and xposed....... more not..............Fix Google Service DL from thread at this site.............. Contacs....make Backup from the contacs
Is there any way we could get the Gobal Rom not just the Beta rom?
Any Proffesional could extract from their updated global rom to make a rom for eveyone?
Its just sucks alot of crashing useing the chinese rom...

It hasnt been released yet.
I recommend you using ominirom, its working flawlessly. I made some customization (Magisk, deleted some system apps, and installed some other system apps) on it and almost 3 months, without any issue.
