PLEASE READ: So we have many successful flashes! As you can see the ROM is under 400mb... It is very possible that we may have missed some useless files or bloatware; this is how you can help:
1: If you know the file name in the app/priv-app folder of the bloat then post it here or PM @elliwigy or @raynan!
2: Uninstalling something from Titanium Backup will tell you the com.android.whatever, and the last pop up right before you uninstall the bloat will be the exact file name that we need to remove it from the ROM! Thanks for the help, and enjoy!

.... You Get The Picture! I do not want to hear about if I'm going to add this or that. If you want SHealth then this is not the ROM for you (unless you can find a zip or a way to side load it.) There are stock options with all the bloat you want!

Working:
- Just About Everything!
- Location Bug Squashed (It will now stick without having to reboot device. If for some reason it wont stick, try a reboot and it should work.)

Not Working:
- To Set Wallpaper, You Can Long Press Home Screen or Set From Gallery (I removed native wallpaper picker so it wont work through settings)

Install Instructions:
1: Download ROM from link below.
2: Download SuperSU.zip from HERE.
3: Place ROM and SuperSU.zip on External SD Card (Or you should be able to use internal)
3.5: (Optional) Move/Copy stock apps from the download link to /system/app.
4: Boot in Recovery, make a backup if you want to be on the safe side.
5: In SafeStrap Recovery, use Stock Slot and Wipe (Standard wipe should work)
6: Flash the ROM.zip and then flash the SuperSU.zip immediately after.
7: Reboot System and ENJOY
I am not responsible for your phone if something goes wrong during flashing of the ROM. I can assure you both ODEX and DeOdex versions were tested on MY OWN retail Verizon S5 @raynan 's AT&T retail S5 and everything worked the way it should!​

3: It does say NCG (Verizon Variant) but should also work for AT&T as the files used for download booster are identical.
Viper4Audio
1: It is already installed on the ROM as well as the build.prop has been edited.
2: Open Viper APK and install the drivers for it (it is easy and choose the settings you want.)
3: After the reboot, go into Settings>Sound>Music Effects and make sure Viper is selected. #Win

It does NOT work.. I removed it as bloat lmao.. But you shouldn't need it.. On my VZW S5 with this bad boy I pulled over 5.5 hours screen on time and just about 24hrs and still had 25-30% battery remaining before I plugged it in. This was with 4g/wifi, few calls, heavy web browsing, heave xda app, heavy gaming etc. for over 5.5 hours and still had battery remaining. The phone will use less resources with over 1gb of crap removed as well as you will have more storage space and more than 1gb of system ram (unless you install a bunch of apps back onto the phone.)

I pm'd you rather than commenting lol excited for another new ROM but I can test for you if you'd like.

i have about 5 or so people testing now so soon as they get back to me ill know whats up n post it if all is well!

I am not sure.. Out of the box No.. Lol.. But that is because i removed the gear manager files. However, I had a request in the VZW forum. I am not sure if this will flash the recovery (wont hurt to try it) but here is a (i hope to work) flashable zip to replace the gearmanager files: http://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=23501681358557793
If it won't flash, you can extra it and the files go in System/App - then I would assume set permissions and you should be good to go.

yea.. touch wiz launcher was removed.. and goal is to remove not add lol. changing dpi can cause too many issues.. i will get some screen up.. they are ftom vzw but same rom

As long as you back them up and restore them, you should be good to go. You can also look around for the apk and push it.

When you say stock email. Do you mean corporate email or gmail? I want to flash this but cant lose my work email whatsoever .

This rom initially started out as a port from the T211 KitKat release, but it has now been re-based on the T210 Italian KitKat firmware with kernel compiled from source. It is Touchwiz based and somewhat debloated.
It seems to be very stable.

INSTALLATION
Download v2.1 full rom and the v2.2 update zip from link below
Boot into your custom recovery (recommend Philz Touch)
Perform a factory reset / full wipe (rom install does not wipe data)
Flash 2.1 zip
Then flash the v2.2 update
Reboot and enjoy
Report back any bugs you find
I recommend a full wipe, but you can always try a dirty flash.
NOTE ABOUT INTERNAL SDCARDS
Our 4.1.2 version roms use the /data/media directory as the "internal sdcard".
4.2+ versions of Android use the /data/media/0 directory due to support for multiple users.
If you switch to a different Android version, you need to be aware of this difference.
I recommend wiping "internal sdcard" also before switching from 4.1.2 to 4.4.2.

This zip contains my old SvelteNole boot animation (never released) in the /system/media folder as a sample. Just place your own bootanimation.zip (made for our device) in /system/media. If you delete the /system/media/bootanimation.zip, the standard AOSP style animation will play. Of course, if your animation doesn't currently display, this will not fix it.
Samsung Photo Editor app for our T210(R). It should install as normal app.

Read this first
What's all this talk about bootloaders and firmware? Here is the answers to your questions.
Bootloaders do not change when you install a rom in recovery. Bootloaders also do not get backed up when you make a nandroid backup.
There are (at least) 2 versions of bootloaders that Samsung has released for our T210(R) tablets. Most people bought their tablet with the old bootloader version (some may have come with new version). The new bootloader is included with the recently released versions of the full KitKat firmware packages found on sites like sammobile.com.
The old bootloader does not properly work with offline charging in KitKat roms. If you plug your tablet in to charge while powered off, it will power on and boot into the OS. The touchscreen may not work (requiring a reboot) depending on which kernel version you have. It requires a customized kernel to work properly.
The new bootloader does work properly with offline charging. When plugged in while powered off, the tablet screen will show the battery icon, but will not boot into the OS. This is the same behavior as in previous Android 4.1.2 that we have been using. The new bootloader also fixes the glitches in recovery navigation.
Initially, the new bootloader was causing problems with custom recoveries (recovery bootloop), but that has been fixed. Update your custom recovery to the latest version.
If you decide to update to the new bootloader, you can do so by following these steps:
Firmware Update Installation
Download the appropriate KitKat firmware version for your device from sammobile.com. (Don't ask me which region is the one for you. You make that decision).
Install the full firmware package using Odin. There are many tutorials that explain how to do this. Google it.
Download the latest custom recovery you wish to use (Odin version will end with ...tar.md5).
Install custom recovery with Odin. Instructions are in the recovery threads.
That's it. At this point you have the new bootloader and recovery and can install whatever rom you like.
Take note that if you install the new bootloader and then return to a 4.1.2 rom, you will need to use the kernel I posted to get offline charging to work properly.

Nope, Tablet powers up into OS when plugged in. This seems to happen on most of the KitKat upgrades I've seen.

Yes. Also check your internal sdcard for "0" directory that may have things you can delete. Newer versions of Android use "data/media/0" as the internal card where 4.1.2 uses "/data/media".

I have managed to disable the phone functionality (which removes signal icons) by using @ketut.kumajaya's framework patch. I will release another update today when I can.

This rom has no ART and the dev have to odex it first. You can copy the .so files for ART from a galaxy S5 rom

When all i9506 move on to DOD3 or DOD1, the development of DOB5 will stop.
I tripped Knox Warranty to 0x1 in order to be able to develop a rom for Galaxy s4 i9506 because in rom development there are not a lot of active projects. Im doing this for you! Nobody told me to do this! If you like this rom you can always help the development by testing it,and writing your opinion. And of course you can buy me a beer by pressing the donate me button, in order to be more happy to develop this rom during this hot summer!(In greece we have summer right now!)

Installation guide
1. Must have installed (For v1.0.x and V1.1.x DOB5, for V1.2.x DOD3) firmware before installing this, or you will result without wifi and sound!
2. Flash stock System from odin of full flash the firmware(flashing should include bl,ap,cp,csc)
3. Copy the rom to the root of your sdcard/internal storage and the secc.zip and whatever mod fron post #2 you may want to install
4. Flash TWRP recovery via odin and boot to TWRP
5. It is better to wipe your data but not essential
6. Flash the rom and after it completes, all the mods you want with what order you want
7. Wait for it to boot(leave it for 10 minutes)
8. In case of getting System stopped responding, hold power button until phone completely reboots(shows Galaxy S4 screen) and it will boot normally
9. (If you installed on a formatted phone)On diagnostic data, click undestand and No Thanks

but for good performance and battery life we need DOB5 baseband for flash

You can fully flash a DOB5 firmware from Sammobile(With wipe everything) and you will be ok. My phone was at DOA6 but i flashed DOB5 From Slovakia and everything was fine
But if you are on kitkat, then i dont know

UPSM may delay, because it needs a lot of work and coding of services.jar in order to work as it should But im trying to port it!

This rom uses stock kernel, but in system I've deleted all knox related apps. Have you found something that I forgot?

You can flash arter kernel it works with this rom but I always believe stock is better. Flash arter Kerner for touchwiz and get rid of this seandroid

This is my first time creating a ROM.
This ROM is made for those who love to be close to stock, and don't like an advanced rom with much apps modded that these apps latter can be reason of lags and bugs on the phone.
Aroma installer and scripts on this rom are configured by "IF" so installer script will install everything that you have selected in Aroma Configuration, and nothing else. So you can use the archive to install add-ons/modds only or reflash system by wiping or dirty flashed with option to be full stock or modded.
First version released, latter I will add more features.
Modem/Bootloader included on the ROM. So is no needed to be on nougat before flashing my rom. They will be flashed automatically.​

REQUIREMENTS
USERDATA encryption should be disabled (format data in twrp to disable it first)
No need for modem/Bootloader... Included on the ROM
Install it with TWRP.
How to install:
--> If you are on MM (Marshmallow 6.0.1)
1 - Back up ALL personal data, Everything will be deleted...
2 - (Optional) (not recommended) Back up apps with and data with Smart Switch
3 - activate developer mode on the current system and turn on the option 'enable OEM' - VERY IMPORTANT!
4 - download TWRP (hero2lte) for S7 Edge
5 - download Odin v3.12.3
6 - reboot phone mode to 'download mode' and flash using Odin (position AP) TWRP recovery
ATTENTION you must turn off autoreboot option in odin and after flash you have to manually reboot the phone into recovery mode
7 - confirm "allow modifications" if recevory ask
8 - in TWRP go to WIPE and select Format Data - write "yes".
ATTENTION this operation will clear the memory of the phone and delete ALL personal data if you have'nt backed up it first. This operation will not delete data stored on the ex-scdard
9 - flash in the recovery SimpleROM "Clean Flash"
10 - restart phone and wait for system to boot (about 5 min)
-->If you are actually on Nougat
1 - Follow the same steps...
2 - Flash SimpleROM "Clean Flash or Dirty Flash"
-->If you are actually on Nougat Custom ROM
1 - Flash SimpleROM on TWRP "Clean Flash or Dirty Flash"

I was always looking for closer to stock ROMs for my phones and i through to create it for Galaxy S7 Edge.
You can choose to flash full stock in aroma (debload deknox only) if you dont want root and modds ?

Nothing against all the other great deodexed/modded ROMs on XDA, but I'm pretty and almost stock ROM will bring happiness to many :good:

My only doubt is because I've read some where in XDA, I'm not sure but I think it was the S7 edge Snapdragon version at a certain time was possible to root without tripping knox , I always had Galaxy phones and always rooted them S1,S2,S3,S4,S5,S6 note 4 and now the S7 , so I'm aware rooting voids warranty

everything you do on the phone that it is not official from samsung will trip the knox, so warranty will be void

Hey op. Just came to tell you that this is the perfect rom. Smooth as hell, great battery life, latest Magisk working, advanced reboot. After 24 hours I got no issue. This is the nougat I've been looking for, since all the newer versions have bad battery life. And I don't believe in security updates .

Go back to ur latest rom and update bootloader & modem. Im guessing ur on a newer bootloader and modem and then u cant use this one since it automaticlly installs an older bootloader and modem.

I figured it was more than likely a modem issue tried installing several times and each time the same thing no signal / network at all.
Tried other roms like superman rom v9 , reveloution rom 1.0 stock recovery all work 100% with working phone signal so i will have to leave this rom as for me its unusable

Update: Fixed the no phone signal problem by replacing the modem files from this rom with different modem files from another rom and reflashing the rom.

Any plan making s7 flat version for this awesome rom?

Clean install of your great ROM over another custom nougat ROM but the Samsung account keeps FC and I can not sign into it use it. I skipped it in the setup and tried again from in settings I have tried wiping the Dalvik/ART Cache and dirty flashing the ROM again when the first fix did not sort it. Have also wiped the apps cache and data any other ideas?

How to Install

Good iam looking forward to hear you feedback , and focus on the camera , if it gives random FC sometimes.
and for the SMS limitation i think eleo already gavea solution on his NxTeam thread for that , and you can also use another 3rd party SMS app.

Great job man! Your rom are amazing! keep up! I own the gt-i9506 version and I will test it! One off topic question . I m using stock 4.4.2 can i flash it over 4.4.2 or should i install at least 5.0.1? ( In case i want to go back to my back up rom stock 4.4.2 with some mods can i return from this rom back for example to my previous back up rom by using the restor zip from twrp which i have already made?) sorry for my really bad English ;P

I start using this rom, and it is smooth and stable. But i have one big problem. Call don't work. I start calling, and dialler show up, and nothing happens.
Also with comming call it the same problem.
How can i solve it ?
I am using i9506
E: i used patch i9506 and now everything is perfect!

Unfortunately before you could be able to use this ROM you have to flash the Latest Stock ROM via Odin first ( to get the latest Modem and Bootloader)
and for your question the answer is YES , if you make a FULL backup using TWRP ( it should contain everything including the boot and the Modem ) then yes you can restore it.

im glad the Patch works for this ROM too , so on the i9506 there is no issue at all ?

For now everything is ok.
Sometimes i have problem with camera, (camera stop working). Several time.
But generally camera works well

appearently you flashed the OLD zip of the Rom , i fixed the Camera Fc in another Zip wich is uploaded now and replaced the old link.
if the Camera FC will bother you , you will have to clean flash the Rom again using the new link.

Is there a way to enable blue light filter?

I just flashed the rom twice and the apps in the debloat list on aroma didn't install at all including camera app. Developper options are not working too and cause settings to force close..

This is a Highly Debloated ROM not a normal use ROM.
this ROM is made for people who stick to the minimum of minimum.
@X-Ninety you are the first one complaining about the camera. idk if you did a full wipe or not before u install it. so give details about what you did , and yes the developer options cause Setting to FC , due to the high debloat of other APK that may interfere with it.
What you wanted from there anyway ( just curious )

I was on LOS 13 with the latest modem/bootloader and used TWRP 2.8.7.0 to wipe everything, after rom installation, patch and reboot nothing is installed except phone/clock/messages/calendar. Camera app and other apps on debloat list aren't there even if I unchecked them..

I need game launchet please...

Try with the twrp-3.2.1-0 , do a TOTAL full wipe , then flash the ROM , boot it (without the patch ) then after booting it flash the patch.
