Maybe not many guys are trying windows 3.1 on an android phone => you must find your solution by yourself
Do you want to use win3.1 permanently on your phone? So if its graphic is very poor, get back to android
Hey, Since Windows 8 RT is out, can it be ported to the Note? I see Windows 8 RT is for "light devices".
Cheers,

Windows 8 its closed source so you can not get the kernel to work with any other device.. Probably some freak could manage to accomplish some kind of crazy port but without hardware acceleration video, no camera, no radios, no sensors so what would be the point..

I remember reading that the original Nexus 7 had a Bluetooth Low-Energy compatible Broadcom chip, but that stock Android didn't have support for Bluetooth 4.0/LE. With the released 4.3 which labels 4.0/LE support as a key feature, has anyone running 4.3 managed to get BLE functioning or tested it at all?
Based on my tests, our last-gen Nexus 7s haven't got support for it with 4.3.
I use the API 18 and there is a BLE sample in SDK, I build it and put it into my nexus 7 with android 4.3. The BLEsample app show "BLE not support".

Like the Galaxy Nexus, the 7 was not FCC certified for BT4.0, only BT3.0.
The old 7 will NOT have BT4.0, even on Android 4.3 and up.
Might be possible using custom ROM. Like cynogenmod. I wish they could put support for that feature.

Does anyone know if the Note 8 supports the AAC codec over bluetooth? I know it supports AptX but I cannot find anything regarding AAC.
Thank you.
I can't connect using Bluetooth AAC with a Galaxy S8+ and a Sony HT-RT3

The S8+ does not support AAC currently. It is going to be added with OREO.
Thank you!!!
