In the screenshot you can see that the time of the "screen on" is 3:06, and the time "awake" is 5:19, two hours more! how is that possible!?
This phone is driving me crazy!, I flashed it with stock rom, I disable some system apps like S Voice and I deleted just Flipboard and ChatOn, the rom is almost stock and I take care with the options that are enabled (like Google Now and Sync)
A tried: *just flashing stock rom, and the problem is still there
*stock rom + root, deleting some system apps and the problem is still there
*stock rom + root with "debloat zip" made for S3Mini and the problem persist...
*stock rom + root + debloat zip + Xposed and the problem got worse! (and now my flash count is on 5 or 6 :/ )
Now Im again on stock rom 4.1.2 + CWM + root and I just deleted flipboard and chaton, plus I disabled "S Voice", "S Suggest", "Samsung Apps", "Game Hub" and the "Stock calendar" (cuz I use Google Calendar), what the (f...) can I do for fix this problem that kills the battery very fast? is annoying to get the phone awake a LOT of time when it is supposed to be "sleeping"
PD: I tried to install 4.1.1 for test if that rom is more stable but when I tried I just got a phone with a green screen full of lines (maybe was cuz I had CWM installed when I flashed the rom...) (and my phone is the L variant)

Hi there,
Used my old samsung bluetooth earphone for one call today and after the call the phone froze ? With a restart it boots to the first screen and the bluetooth symbol comes on in the top right corner where the 3G symbol should be. It then hangs and after about a minute goes into a loop showing the samsung name glowing, glowing,...I have to remove the battery to shut it down. I did a back up in recovery, (it won't back up to the external sd card for some reason...) but it reproduces the same scenario - the bluetooth symbol followed by the ever glowing shut down....the 3G never get's there and I can't see the phone on my PC either so I can't save my data. Effectively, I have data and recordings I need to recover. Any ideas how I may save my phone and data ? And what the hell happened ? I have never had bluetooth issues before ! The phone had just updated some apps including google voice whose download hung and I eventually force topped it. But that wouldn't kill my phone, would it ??!! Weird...:crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying:
Oops ! Forgot to specify : Rom = Ultimate N7000 XXLT4 JellyBean 4.1.2 v6 with Philz safe kernel and CWM 6.0.3.1 based touch recovery (still working )

The failed update might have something to do with it ( I think), anyway, to save your data and setting, reboot to recovery, go to mount&storage, format SYSTEM, CACHE, PRELOAD, and wipe dalvik Cache. After that reflash your ROM, reboot and try.
I wiped internal sd, then hooked up to computer used Odin 3.09 got the following files:
AP_G900AATT1ANCE_964333_REV00_user_low_ship_MULTI_CERT.tar.md5
CP_G900AATT1ANCE_964333_REV00_user_low_ship_MULTI_CERT.tar.md5
CSC_ATT_G900AATT1ANCE_964333_REV00_user_low_ship_MULTI_CERT.tar.md5
Checked and placed accordingly... flashed rebooted, then updated back to the G900AUCU2AND3, rerooted / let it rain ( lol ) and poof, back up and running...
That's it and all...
Hope this helps anyone curious...
Only problem I encountered is in about and system status it still says device status is custom...
But everything else still says 0x0 and official...
If anyone knows why device status is custom and how to get it all saying official feel free to post it here...
Thanks...
SAMSUNG-SM-G900A, with 128gb SD & Rooted.
are you using ART (as opposed to DALVIK)? That will set the custom, and also change the boot screen to show the "Custom Android" with an open lock...
Try rebooting twice (or is it three times?) to get the boot screen to change one way or the other (after switching between ART/Dalvik)...
A few days ago I went through the same thing... soft-bricked my GS5 (2AND3) by installing XPosed module while using ART, mild panic, Odin v3.09 and 1ANCE firmware (full flash, three files), and instant fix(I used a USB 2.0 cable based upon two videos I found saying better reliability than USB 3.0 cable). I left it on the older 1ANCE instead of doing the 2AND3 upgrade, re-rooted, KoolKit mod for tweaks, serious de-bloating and TiBu freezing of everything I wasn't using and it's back in action better than ever.
Hi,
I used Safestrap to root my mobile phone today (Galaxy S4 Active I9295, Android Version 4.2.2), then I installed the ROM "Virgin Google Play Edition". The ROM was zipped in one file including Kernel files.
Everything was working properly until I realized that Wi-Fi is not even turning on. I restarted and double checked it but it didn't work.
Also, the camera is showing "Can't connect to the camera" error. Moreover, every time I power the device on it shows the Safestrap's screen and asks me to choose (Continue / Recovery). When I click on "Continue" the system doesn't start immediately. It turns the screen off for about 5 minutes then it starts the system on itself !
What do I have to do ?
Thank you.
ive used the xda tool for k50 to root and flash touch recovery, taken a backup and flashed xposed. there was no chance to recover after bootloop cause for whatever reason, it wasnt saved.. even rom flash wont work in recovery and a backup ive found is to big to load with bad connection (google storage has no resume feature). as the phone staid in this state some hours, it surprisingly fixed itself, coming up with stock but system updates arent working. no problem until yet. but now the settings app closes instantly without a message - any ideas?
Hi ereyone. So I have this problem:I have Exynos model and had it magisk rooted by patching AP firmware file via Magisk Manager(with keep force encryption check box checked) and then flashing it with the rest of the files in Odin + modules like Riru,LSPosed,Smali patch,Android Core Patch&Magisk app hidden. Long story short-I used this setup for more than 2 years ang gathered decent amaount of life in it(Photos,Videos,Apps and ect.)One day while traveling from point A to point B I noticed I mighgt not make it back home until phone dies so I enabled extreme power saving on it and thought I did managed to get back home without it dying price I had to pay for it was not worth it. For the first time in I my whole life expierence using Note after switching phone from yet another extreme power saving to High efficiency(Note: not first time I did this switch between these two modes, happens rarely but definetily wasn't the 1st time with this setup) the previous hiden Magisk app first gave me update notification that I pressed(thought nothing hapened) and then it started crashing whenever you wanted to open it or it had to show toast for app wether the app was or was not granted su permission, it still was giving root permission to apps and Magisk hide seemed to be working but opening Magisk manager was out of the question.while Magisk hide worked for first few restarts due to riru module, even once in between to restarts I had LSPosed to open up too ,but only that once, at some point Magisk hide stoped working and I needed to add new app anyway so Update was inevitable like Thanos. So I downloaded firmware files that matched the currectly installed one, patched AP with newly downloaded and installed Magisk manager that for some reason never sees already installed Su permission, loaded it with the rest files in Odin and was sure to choose CSC not HOME_CSC which tells odin to do wipe before flashing and thought Odin didn't say anything about wiping before flashing after flashing Odin gave PASS and phone reboot first it showed me android mascot with spinning circkle animation and bar below it from 0 to 100% and after that it restarted again and booted for about Half an hour after to my demise I was greeted with Setup screen and obvious data vipe during mascot boot part, I panicangly double cheked Odin screen and it did say I choose CSC not HOME variant. So My question is: Do I not know how perform update type flash like Smart Switch do or are there some ohter steps I'm missing like a complete idiot, Please someone if you know how explain because this makes me weak and I think I'm at my fcking limit.
P.S My only hope seems to make a nand backup but how do I restore it and will it not break my Stock+Magisk installation?
